We bought a Mazda here and this dealership is outstanding! They have absolutely transparent and fair pricing. Our sales consultant Nicholas Chauan was eager to help with everything during the process, and even though we had some financing delay we never felt any pressure, but only wiliness to support us. I defiantly recommend to buy a car here.

Purchased a CPO d car at the end of January and experienced a few issues not caused by the dealer but they were more than happy to help and fix. Call it buyers remorse paired with stress from a newborn baby but I just was not as happy with the purchase. I called the dealer and spoke to my Salesman Delvi who took my information down and forwarded it to the management team. Within a few days I got a call from Andy who from the moment listened to my frustrations and told me he was going to make it right. He and the team came through in the clutch days before my first child s birth and were able to allow me to trade the car in and worked out an amazing deal on a different model. My personal experience with this dealer has been amazing even with the quirks and buyers remorse and based on how I was treated they ve made me a buyer for life. Both my father and wife will be looking for new cars soon and if they choose to go within the brands family of vehicles I m sure they will only buy from the Premier Collection going forward. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - the thing that surprised me the most was the constant communication from them to me. They kept me updated every step of the way and every missed call was promptly returned.

Excellent car buying experience! They had lots of inventory and were very transparent throughout the whole process. I even got a GREAT price for my trade in. Knowing that the return of my 2021 Jeep was approaching in April 2024, I began to think of my options. I was a loyal client of Jeep for over 6 years but unfortunately, felt their services fell short. My husband is on his 2nd lease and has had the best experience not only with his CX5 but also the service we received at Palisades Mazda. I instantly knew I wanted to switch over to the Mazda family. We have had the pleasure of working with Chris Kinder, who makes the experience so easy and pleasant. Chris thoroughly explains everything you need to know about the vehicle, helps you weigh out what best suites your needs, and truly makes you feel like he wants what s best for you. I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 and so happy I decided to make the switch. The whole staff is excellent. If you re looking for a great dealership, look no further- you ll be in great hands! Salesperson was good, 90 minute wait to sign papers even though I had an appointment 2 days in advance. Now apparently my financing papers that I signed were screwed up. We ll see! Would have been a 5 star rating two days agoEdit: Upgraded to 4 stars as financing explanation was provided. Can't do 5 stars due to 90 minute wait to sign papers when I had an appointment; one finance person didn't appear to have any customers. Amazingly the owner doesn't reply when the review isn't 5 stars! Would have been nice to be given something for my wait and patience on the financing screw up which I re-signed to the benefit of the dealer!Edit 2: the dealership made a nice gesture which was appreciated. I would definitely shop for my next vehicle there again

Overall great service from sales to finance! Steve in sales was great to work with, he did not let us leave without having his sales manager speak with us to get us a better deal. Both of them worked to get us the best deal in our budget with the SUV we wanted. Steve was very knowledgeable with the SUVs at Mazda and he really took the time to explain literally everything to us! Finance manager also was very helpful and made sure he reviewed all documents with us properly. They gained a customer!

This by far has to be the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their inventory. The floor manager allowed me to work at my pace and I did not feel forced or obligated to purchase a vehicle. I was completely taken care of from start to finish. Seemed almost effortless to trade my current car in and purchase a new car. I would definitely see myself going back in the future to do business. I highly would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Palisades Mazda.

I had been a customer for years. Actually right now I have 2 of my car from Mazda Palisades. I have to say I am very disappointed today of your changes. Before I had customer service advisers that know the Mazda cars and answer your questions. Today I found in your dealer Customer support reps. No knowledge at all. You took away communications of the service via Chad/ email and your mechanic should you the car check up . This service was amazing. Today it was nothing. My oil chance and tire rotation took almost 2 our hrs. Even so my appointment was early @ 8:15. I really don t feel this was worthy $156 this time. Horrible service.You better be carful . If your service goes down the hails I don t think your sales are stay good. I car lease is up to next September. If this still the same. Honesty I would not stay there.Regards.

I had a great experience buying a car from this location! This was my first car buying experience and I was initially overwhelmed by the whole process. I worked with Chris Kinder and he turned this into a great experience. The process was comfortable, easy, and low pressure. Chris was a wealth of information and answered any and all questions that I had. He went above and beyond to make this a great experience, and to teach me the ins and outs of my new car. I couldn t have asked for a better first car buying endeavor!

There was a lot to do on my car so I had a long wait, but Krissy kept me informed throughout and she was nice enough to get my car cleaned even though some of the guys had already left. She did it herself which I thought was very nice.

great experience at this dealership. I visited 8 dealerships while shopping around. Found this to be one of the only two positive experiences (including all past car purchases) No pressure, no constant follow up calls, text messages. I got was a nice thank you and follow up on new deals a few weeks later. perfect. did not end up with a mazda but highly recommended this dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this service dept. After spending nearly 7k, they made unsuccessful repairs to my car, and I had to bring it back for the same issue. They had it for over two and a half weeks across two visits, and I'm still not confident that it is fixed. I have been coming here for years, but I will never go here again. Service advisor did not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner, and they were not transparent with my car's status at all. The first time I picked it up, there was trash and some kind of plastic part left in my passenger seat.

My partner and I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a used car at other dealerships ..coming here was our last hope!I am so glad we did! Chris Kinder went above and beyond for us! The inspection guy we ordered never showed up and Chris K. was kind enough to have the car inspected for us by a third party! The dealership is very clean, organized, and very professional.It was easy to communicate with Chris K. via email, text, and over the phone! We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My wife and I are now in our fourth CX five lease. Our last vehicle we leased through Palisades Mazda. We had such a good experience with Palisades that we went back for another CX five lease this past August.Nicole our sales person was great throughout the process. Andy her manager was outstanding.In the current cx5 we were experiencing a problem with loud noise from the windshield wipers and also specks on the windshield that could not be cleaned off. The windshield arm was replaced. It turns out the windshield was defective from the factory- I m assuming this is very rare but does happen.Our windshield was replaced last week and everything seems great.I want to shout out the folks who worked together to get this done.First and foremost Juan Mendez the shop foreman went above and beyond. He is a tremendous leader and professional and Palisades is lucky to have him. Thank you Juan.Amelia the service coordinator was awesome and was a joy to work with coordinating pick up and delivery of vehicle. You rock Amelia.Thank you also to Jamie the service coordinator for your patience and superb customer service each time I spoke to you.What an amazing team.The service and sales department are top notch and based on our experiences- we would highly recommend Palisades Mazda as the go to dealer for your purchase or lease and service.

We had unexpected issues with our purchase that the team immediately corrected for us. We can t thank them enough for being so understanding and reasonable which are not qualities that are always synonymous with a car dealership. Online scheduling was easy. Needed preemptive brake diagnosis (they were a little soft). Video diagnosis sent to my phone was a really cool feature, along with recommended services and prices. Staff was prompt and friendly.

Everyone at the service department was friendly and helpful even though I was getting a complimentary oil change. I will call take the car back for its regular service, so they can review the telematics.It s when I asked to buy a cargo cover and cargo net that I ran into trouble. Both parts snap into the cargo area of the hatchback. Service wanted to charge $100 to install them. So I walked out. And around to the parts department. It took five minutes to install them. That would make their effective labor rate $1200 per hour. No thanks.

I was shopping around for a CPO CX-5 I visited few dealerships in Jersey and this one. Ultimately I decided to buy from Palisades Mazda because they were friendlier and I felt that their service was superb. My sales rep Kasey was so nice and she wasn t pushy like the other sales reps at other dealerships. She didn t try to play games like some other reps I dealt with (at other dealerships). And at the end of the day, I got the best deal from them. I highly recommend this dealership. 5 stars!

Giving a shout out to the Mazda service dept.! First service for my Mazda 2023 CX30. I called into the service dept and was able to pull in my scheduled appointment to a same day appointment. When i arrived the attendants we friendly and accommodating. Roxana was my agent, she was able to quickly get me settled and my car pulled in for service. I recieved updates and video the services performed via texts, awesome perk by the way. Once my service was completed Roxana came and got me from the clean and comfortable waiting area, we finished the paperwork and she walked me to my car to ensure the car was as clean as it arrived. Thank you Roxana and the service staff at Palisades Mazda for the exceptional experience!

Attentive and flexible. I thought my appointment was at 9:30am, but it was at 9am. The receptionist was able to change my appointment. Once I arrived, she communicated how long it would take and sent a video of the mechanic servicing my car and explaining what was checked and done. There is a small waiting area to work out of, which was great as I work remotely.

Such a great experience at Palisades Mazda! From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted with a smile and led to my sales associate. Michael was absolutely amazing, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and he patiently answered all of my questions. Financing was also made so easy, I looked at my car on a Tuesday and was able to pick it up on a Wednesday. Buying a new car can often be stressful, but Palisades Mazda made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. I will definitely return and will recommend this dealership to everyone.

The overall experience was good. I was acknowledged when entered the front desk of the service area. Once the car was examined the representative explained to me what needed to be done. She also applied a discount/promotion to my bill. I was disappointed that I was charged a fee 3% for using my credit . I believe this should have been explained to me before I made the decision to get the work done on my car. I would have delayed getting items fix. She pointed out the sign on the and on the back of their monitor. I believe that is only regulation and to cya. Who reads all the signs when entering the car dealership they have been going to for several years. The video I received it s a nice touch, however it was very difficult to hear and understand.
