It focuses solely on my experiences at the Walmart Tire, Lube, & Express department and does not cover my opinions on the absence of people greeters at Walmart or the Bentonville cultural shift towards bicyclists.My experiences at this Walmart TLE have been quite diverse. The managerial staff, led by someone with an expansive breadth of knowledge that spans not just automotive care but also areas like carpentry, brings a high level of competence and commitment to quality service. This multi-talented leadership is approachable and proactive, adding substantial value to this location.However, the service falters when it comes to some of the newer technicians. Assistance with batteries, tires, and rims has been inconsistent, often marked by a lack of information, dismissive attitudes, or an unwillingness to assist.On a positive note, the cashier staff adds a welcome layer of expertise and goodwill. Their service goes beyond what you might expect, elevating the entire experience.In conclusion, this Walmart TLE location offers a blend of strong managerial competence and exceptional cashier service, though there are areas that could use improvement. My experiences have been mixed, but I believe in providing constructive feedback to help businesses grow. Wouldn't recommend. Had to come back multiple times for the same issue, and after waiting for hours for an oil change they only then tell me they don't have the filter for the car, not before they checked in my car. Will not go again.

I went there on October 3rd 2022 and the automotive department never put new oil in my car. They destroyed my engine and keep putting us on hold at claims department at corporate. They are giving me a hard time in making it right. I am disabled and need my car. My car was fine before I took it to Norwich NY Walmart automotive dept. I will never take my car there again or to any Walmart storeService: Oil change

Upset that policies are so strict. Wanted snow tires on the front of my car for a front wheel drive vehicle. I literally can't drive up a freaking hill with snow out without good snow tires on front. I'm not mad at workers they understand my 5 walmart as a whole needs to do better...

After an hour wait of having the car in the bay,we were told they couldn't do the oil change due to lack of filters and correct oil weight.

I bought 4 new all season tires 12/2018 and 3 years later I cannot pass inspection because all four tires are dry rotted. I spoke with 5 different people in Customer service said they couldn t do anything about that since it s over a year later and they didn t have a record of the order. I have an emailed receipt but they didn t care. I now have to spend $500 to get 4 new tires for my car to pass inspection. The tires were bought in 2018 but the tires were manufactured in 2016 so technically the tires were not new as expected and the auto shop I m working with stated that they most likely sold me used tires as new. Dry rot wouldn t be caused in 3 years especially when I drove it regularly. I will take the time and money elsewhere

This place costed me extra money and damaged my car they had no education on my car and it wasn't fair for me to pay extra put of pocket for oil they didn't have. When they say it's $34 for an oil change and then the bill comes back at $80 sad then they messed my car up and costed me $1,500 extra for the turbo they blew up and dumped all the new oil out my manifold making it smoke. So done with this walmart

Very quick service! It was very convenient to drop off my car for tire installation while doing some grocery shopping. No complaints on the price either!

I ve used Walmart before. And never had issue. But this time I m down a vehicle because they did the oil change wrong. I would not use them again. I ve learned my lesson.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was always leery of the auto center, especially after installing my tires backwards once, but they made up for it when I was in some financial pinches... up until yesterday. Last night it took three hours for Walmart to change the oil and rotate/balance the tires on my wife's Buick. That job should take an hour tops, I've done it myself. Then they did a "lube audit" which didn't take very long... but that's probably because they weren't even looking since they put 4.5 quarts in when the owner's manual states it takes 5.5 quarts. So now I'm right back to the "never go to Walmart again" mode, except I've already purchased the lifetime rotation and balance. I'll check with the service manager to see if they can give me any good reasons to come back and spend money in the auto center.

Cliff fixed my tire in a timely manner even with the department appearing busy. He was very professional and helpful in answering questions too. He puts 5 star effort into customer satisfaction.

This story is great. Well stocked and easy to get around. The mobility carts seem to run out of power about halfway through shopping. This has happened more then once, surround 10:00am.

Automotive side of Walmart, nothing new. They're almost always busy, they weren't as friendly as most Walmart stores, almost never anyone available at the desk when they're busy, lack of workers. Cheap oil changes and tires/balancing, that's about it.

They were quick and plesent to us, we showed up 3 mins after 7 and I told them their is a family of 3 and a damn good friend of mine waiting on me so the little boy gets to the Drs. Apt on time. Yes they made it on time

They put new tpms sensors in my tires never programmed them. No other shop can program them and walmart apparently no longer has the tool due to the fact what the manager told me an employee stole it. They are thieves. Stole my money for the sensors and wont program them told me to drive to the next closest walmart after their deception.

Had to wait awhile and they declined to replace one of the 2 windshield wipers I requested but did not tell me until I had left the shop. Otherwise small job was ok.

My truck has been on the rack for over 3 hours for tires to be switched and oil change. This is the most inefficient operation in the area.

Awful experience, I paid for one of the performance specials and a oil change... The next day I had to go to my machans no oil change And nothing else either

Like their order tires deal. Haveing the tires sent to Wal-Mart with free shipping. They call you when they have arrived.
