So exceptionally happy with this experience! Anthony (who is brand new) and Paul worked incredibly hard for almost 2 weeks to find us the truck that fit our budget. Worked with us and never against us. Always communicated efficiently. Anthony answered every question I threw his way, and if he didn't have the answer, he found someone who did! Very personable and pleasant environment! Anthony made our experience personal. Knew us by name, made sure to talk about other things like our day and things we enjoy while waiting. When they finally found us what we were looking for, they celebrated with us. So happy and thankful we chose Norwich dodge Chrysler and Jeep to do business with and that Anthony was the guy to guide us and help along the way! Thank you Paul and Anthony for all of your hard work, patience and exceptional customer service!

Norwich Dodge is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. From their friendly, helpful staff to the selections of new and used vehicle they offer is over the top. I have bought my last 7 vehicles under Paul Cirello (General Manager) and have been treated fairly on every single purchase I have made. This was my first time working with Jason and I plan on working with him on all future purchases as well. Thank you again for a great experience!!

I am a very happy customer! I hit a deer on my way home from work one evening, this dealership not only had a quick response to getting my vehicle in, stayed in contact with me through the whole process and my vehicle was cleaned before I picked it up. I am very pleased with the service they did on my Dodge and it looks brand new. I highly recommend the service team.

I was trying to take advantage of some year end offers from Chrysler to replace my Pacifica before my current lease ended. I couldn't find anything in the Syracuse area so I took a chance with Norwich Dodge. They had exactly what I wanted and we were able to work out everything but my trade over the phone. I took the hour and 45 minute drive and I am happy to say I was treated great. We arrived pretty quickly at a fair value for the trade and what was really unexpected was seeing the staff come together to get all the paperwork processed and the car prepped so I could drive it home that day.I would encourage anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep to give Norwich Dodge a call.

I bought my Grand Cherokee here after unexpectedly having issues with my old vehicle. Ashley and Paul were extremely helpful in not only finding me the perfect car but working with me on my trade as well. Everyone there as well is very friendly. Wonderful staff. I won t be going anywhere else for my vehicles in the future.

Contacted the dealership was working with a young lady named Ashley warren she had me sent her pictures of my vehicle VIN number personal information.Didnt respond its going on two weeks she never got back to me never answered my phone calls or anything. Call the dealership reported it to the general manager he was not nonchalot about the situation and was like oh okay thank you and have a nice day. Do not go to this dealership they play games and will not answer any phone calls or emails waste of time bad business.....

One of the worst places to get a car. I've been complaining and telling them what's wrong and they are doing nothing about it. Paul is the biggest joke I've ever dealt with. He wants to make things right but it's been 4-5 months on the same part ive been complaining about and has done nothing. My transmission has gone twice in this vehicle. It sat at the dealership for two weeks for a possible trade in. Nothing came of it because he doesn't want to negotiate anything. I gave a short list of what I knew was wrong with my car and they only did one. I needed brakes, an oil change and another look at the transmission. Like I said, sat there for two weeks and only the brakes were done. The part that's been bad and acting up is the passenger side wheelbaring up front. All they say is you need new tires. Eventually yes but tires don't make a metal grinding noise by any means. He's refusing to take my calls and won't even call me to get this situated. They couldn't even do an oil change while it sat there. When I finally got my vehicle back, both front tires were down to 13 instead of the 32 where the tires are supposed to be filled to. Hopefully they wake up soon. I know many of other people that are not happy with this "dealership". This place should be called Lemon Shop of Norwich.So as they decline to do any work on my vehicle because their feelings were hurt from what I wrote above, the problem as been solved through a dealership that actually takes time to please, listen and take care of their customers. For an issue that's been consistent and Norwich Dodge not going above and beyond to try to find anything, Butlers in Sidney found it the first time around. It's a blown fuel pump. Norwich also told me change tires and it will be taken care of. What a joke of an answer. New tires are put on still happening. I just want to thank butlers for being upfront and honest. They go above and beyond to help their customers besides having people come in over and over again. Thank you Butlers! If anyone needs QUALITY work and ANSWERS from a dealership, Butlers is the way to go. Not Norwich Lemon shop.

Took my brand new 2022 2500 for service on the power steering pump and to have new tires mounted on my rims. Didn t call me when my pump came in, had to wait an extra week to get it in because of that. Said they could do my tires, popped the bead off of one and gouged one my 1600$ rims and didn t want to touch any of the other ones said their machines werent big enough. Tried talking to them about it and all they had to say was they couldn t have possibly scratched it. But that s the only one that was popped gouged and the tire behind it had been cut w the same tool that scratched it.

Was told an SRS airbag recall warranty didn't cover 2 impact sensors @ 235.00 �2. Just the occupant control module. The parts department and service department lied about them not being covered in the recall.. Called Jeep in Chicopee Mass and all was covered. Bad service, and bad sales. Don't go there for an older recall.

Excellent and honest service.I brought my Jeep into a dealership in NJ (via appointment) for my 80,000 check up/check engine light. They quoted me without looking at the Jeep almost $1,300. Spent 4 and 1/2 hours for them to tell me that my Jeep hadn't been touched, but that I needed almost $400 new parts and that I needed new spark plugs (another $200). Grand total of $1,900+.Nope!Then I took it to the JD in Norwich. They knocked everything out in a few hours. Plus, the $400 in parts aren't needed. The JD guys told me all I needed was to have my computer "re-flashed". Said it was a common problem. Check engine light gone. They also checked their database and discovered that I had had my spark plugs recently replaced.They also gave me a ride to and from my RV.All this for a literal fraction of what the JD in Jersey quoted me.Plus I'm bringing it back next week to have my service axle locker warning light taken care of (very common malfunction on the JL's). The JD in Jersey said it would cost me around $1,600 to have it fixed. The guys at the Norwich JD said it would only cost me around $500.I don't live in Norwich, but this is where I'm taking my Jeep hence forth. Hard to put a price on honest mechanics who do good work.

My son bought a veh that has repeatedly had problems and they didn't fix the issues. The supposedly need new tires, now makes the car shake. He wrote a bad review, so now they refuse to do anything. He is no longer aloud to take his vehicle there to be serviced. They not only don't care about their customers, but don't care about the safety of people in the vehicle. The wheel bearings are bad and need to be changed, he's found a dealership in sidney that will help him, Paul, Ashley and the others at Norwich Dodge Chrysler Jeep should be so proud of themselves, for screwing people over. I hope the Better Business Bureau has fun with them.

Do not trust! Jason and Paul made me an offer on my Jeep liberty trade in and I was so excited to get a Rubicon. Even after questions I had with the paperwork, Jason assured me it was aligned with the verbal offer. I trusted that I was not being deceived. Only after, did I go back into the paperwork and calculate how figures were distributed that I realized they had gotten what they initially offered, which I refused. Heartbreaking that a company would cheat, deceive and lie to a member of the community that cares so much for the people in it.

I live on Long Island and I had a 2020 ram 1500 that had all kind of electrical problems. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment here in Long Island which came and then was told it would take 3-5 days even to look at it. After I already had bought 5 trucks from security dodge for me and my sons. To say I was Frustrated was understatement even with no loaner cars available. All the dealers here said the same thing. So I went on the web and found Norwich dodge 4 hours away, so I called them and they said the next day at 4 I could bring it in. So the next day I was up in Norwich and let me say it was the most worth it decision I could have made. They were so nice and looked at it for about ten min. They came out and said it was a crack in the back taillight and even helped me to order one to save money. These guys are the real deal from Jay in service Paul the manager and Jason the salesman and all the ladies. From now on I will drive to them for all my service and new car sales from now on. Thank you all for service that has been long lost until I met guys!

Just replaced my truck with a very nice pre-owned truck from Norwich Dodge. I wasn't totally sure I was ready for a new truck but went and looked at a truck they had advertised in the Pennysaver.Jamie (my salesperson) was very laid back and helpful in showing me the truck. I never felt pressured, they worked with me on my trade and I ended up with the new truck.It is nice shopping locally and having Great service.Thank you Jamie and Paul

My husband needed a new truck for his business and had been lied to by another dealer with a bunch of empty promises. He found Norwich Dodge and they were nothing short of amazing for the entire process. There is something to be said about feeling like you re welcomed into a family and that made it a very pleasant and painless experience. The day we came to pick up his truck we asked if they could give us an idea of doing a possible trade in for my car that we were upside down on. They were able to get me the most incredible deal going from a car with 125k miles to a 6 year newer car with 13k miles for slightly over what I was already paying and with a day turn around for pickup. They were helpful, welcoming, and extremely accommodating and both my husband and I would highly recommend you bring your business here!

Norwich Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Norwich NY are and have been the best dealership. We have done business with them for many years and it feels like family when we are there. My expectations are always met promptly and to my satisfaction. Besides being super friendly , they never fail to impress me by their knowledge of my likes, dislikes and needs. From sales to service I have never had a bad experience. Being able to walk into a local dealership that takes the time to know their customers, and meet their needs, is a bonus and much appreciated by me.

I have bought my first dealership car from Norwich dodge worked with Jamie and she got me into a nice car for being first to finance. Had it for 2 years and needed a more roomy backseat for my kids so they re not cramped. So yet again went back to Norwich dodge and Jamie helped me get into a vehicle that fits my needs. I couldn t have asked for a better dealership but Norwich dodge is where to go. Ask for Jamie to help fit you with what your looking for
