Sold us a car a year ago that had been in multiple accidents and had the air bags blown and when we found out and went back they tryed to screw us over even more and wouldn t take back the car and give us a new safe one for our family. They tried to tell us the car had never been in a accident before they sold it to us till we showed them the car fax we had pulled on it. Over all it was a horrible experience 10/10 would recommend not doing business with them unless you like having a broken over priced car and to be screwed over.

These guys mean business. They made the buying process quick and easy. They were also very thorough going over the equipment I was purchasing. Highly recommend and hope to buy another trailer from them in the near future.

Had a great experience working with Andrew! He held the trailer for me until I couldn t get down there, and had the paperwork 100% ready to go. In just a few minutes I was out the door with my new dump trailer! Looking forward to working with them again!

I would highly recommend North Norwich Motors for purchasing a new vehicle or if you need work done on your vehicle. They are professional, helpful and very nice to work with. We have bought vehicles and used the service department. Excellent service!!

Dropped my trailer off on Wednesday for a scheduled inspection appt. The trailer hadn t even been moved when I went there Friday at 2 to check on it. No call, no explanation. Complete waste of time.

My dad just purchased a truck from here.. friendly service, and we had an issue with a check engine light pop on, they immediately got it in and took a good look at it, and it was taken care of in under an hour. All the sales reps are great, but we have dealt with Paul Mirabito multiple times- very honest very caring man.

I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass from a North Norwich Motors. My previous car (a 2007 Chevy Cobalt) I also purchased here. I returned here to car shop because my previous experience with them was so positive. They did not let me down. These guys are great! Paul Mirabito was my salesman and was wonderful. He was very patient and explained all the features on the Jeep since I wasn t familiar with most of them. Having stopped in on a Saturday, they held the Jeep for me until my mechanic could look it over for me the following Tuesday. (And he found it to be mechanically sound) I highly recommend these guys for great used cars!!

Recently purchased and had a fifth wheel hitch installed. Great price, fast service, very knowledgeable staff and great buying experience. They even took the time to come outside to show me how to operate the hitch and answer all my questions. I will be going through them for all future vehicle/trailer purchases.
