Needed a new key programmed. Louis was great. Literally stopped what he was doing and explained to me exact what the options were and all the different potential costs. Had everything working like new in no time. Cost was fair and service was great!!!

Lou is a master of his craft. He had the work done in the quoted time and was very reasonable with his total cost. He was very flexible with scheduling as I had to change my appointment a few times. He s got a customer for life.

Lou is great guy to work with and very knowledgeable. Appointments very easy to make and is usually done with your vehicle earlier than expected. He did 2 car radios and key fobs for me. I live in queens and drive over 1 hr just to have him to the work. Highly recommend! Worth the trip.

I recently bought a 2018 Kia Sportage that didn t have Apple Play. Louie at Sound Waves on Larkfield Rd in East Northport to the rescue. He installed a huge touch screen radio for me that had Apple Play and fit the car perfectly. Louie made sure all of the radio controls on the steering wheel and the backup camera still work with the new radio. Louie spent 20 minutes showing me how everything works and made sure everything worked with my phone. The new radio makes my car feel like an upgraded model. I highly recommend Louie at Sound Waves. He knows what he is doing. The quality of his products and work is excellent. Shown in the photos are my old radio and my new radio.

Louie is great. He spent a lot of time to help me pick the right system for me. The work was completed promptly, and Louie spent extra time to make sure I knew how to use everything before I left his shop. I had a great experience and would use this shop again.

I had IGLA and Compustar pro t13 installed to my 2018 Hellcat. Louie is a great professional, I m glad I found him. He did a great work and also explained everything in details of how everything works. I highly recommend this place for car alarms and antitheft systems installation if you really want to protect your vehicle.

i had a very positive experience here with the owner Luis. he installed a stereo in an older car ( 2002 Buick) with no problems and he made me a new key and transponder while i waited for the stereo to be done. he has fair prices and is v. knowledgeable, and he kept to the apptd schedule and times he promised. .

We have been using Louie for more than 20 years and have always been pleased with the service he delivers and the prices he charges. I'm not local anymore and traveled 30 minutes for him to install an auto start on my card. Pleased as usual!

Sound Wave is great. The owner, Luis, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. My only regret was not going to him originally for all of my questions and concerns. Luis knew EVERYTHING about my car and the various gear I'd need to get the performance I wanted. The install itself was VERY complicated, and Luis was able to get everything up and running very quickly.Part of the work was an upgrade to the factory radio. This was a more complicated installation, and Luis had no issue physically installing everything. The only problem that arose was due to an online retailer sending the wrong/misconfigured part. They repeatedly tried to deflect blame, and I would have been out of luck, had it not been for Luis and his expertise and experience. He was able to narrow down the exact issue with the retailers part, and solve it, which saved me from being without the new radio. I CANNOT stress this enough - had I gone to a lesser electrician, I would have been totally out of luck.While I was in the shop, there were multiple people that came in with various questions about gear and installations that Luis was more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend Sound Wave!

Had a Compustar and IGLA system installed here. Super clean install. Louis went over everything in detail. Could not be happier with the work done. I know where I am going for any future alarm and/or key work in the future!

Perfecto. He installed the remote start two way remotes i love it keep showing it off to my friends and family. Also installed a subwoofer as mine was completely blown out in my older lexus es 330. Will visit again for a advanced stereo system in need of android auto.

The owner is a nice guy that does good work. Installed my car stereo and showed me how it worked before I left. From what I understand the price was good as well so yeah l totally recommend this place. Support local businesses people!

My son wanted a new radio installed in his car. We initially got a quote from a Very well known place in Sayville. They gave us a quote and advised us what wouldn't work and what we would need to pay extra for.Louis at Sound Waves told us some things indeed may not work well but he will try and make it work! He advised us of his labor rate.What made him stand out was the fact that he called the radio manufacturer to get the 360 Camera to work along with the backup Camera. (Where the other store was telling us it wouldn't work and that we needed to purchase a new Camera)Last but not least after all work was done plus a purchase of an emergency backup key with a chip, it all came out to less than the popular Car tunes place in Sayville! Now that's working with the customer and making them feel like you tried and did everything you could before adding any additional charges or upgrades on equipment! Thanks Sound Waves!

Remote Start up. Luis did a wonderful job adding a remote startup to my vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure that the right one worked. I am happy with the quality of work and looking forward to going back for additional work.

Was refered to sound waves from a friend and I couldn't be happier. Luis was great, I brought him led's to install on my roof and cowls on my fj Cruiser and he was happy to answer questions before the install and after. Quality of work is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and very fair prices. Was missing a piece that was cosmetic and he told me to get it and he would install for me at no cost. Definitely recommend sound waves.

I've needed to have my car alarm removed for years, and finally got around to doing it. Lou took it out like nothing, and gave me the parts that were removed. It was a very easy, friendly, pleasant experience. I should have done this years ago! I would go to Sound Waves again in an instant for any key, car alarm, sound work down the road. Thank you!

I highly recommend Sound Waves! I used to send customers here 20 years ago when I was in the industry, they were excellent back then and even netter now.I dropped off my wife's truck for a remote start and picked it up a couple hours later operating perfectly.Thank you

I was a bit unsure about going here since their were no reviews on back up camera installation. The owner is really kind and the service is wonderful, however i will say the prices are very steap as compared to other locations that provide the same service. I was ok with paying more since this was a local spot and the owner was so kind.

The owner is a super knowledgable guy. He'll take the time to explain things to you both before and after the alarm is installed. If you're serious about your car and an alarm then I would definitely recommend this store.

I needed programming for replacement alarm remotes. Instructions that I couldn't follow no matter how hard I try he didn't need to see - just did them, both remotes, in minutes, plus helped me find the problem with my remote start. So yes, I'm quite pleased with your service!
