I recently needed a same-day inspection for my Tesla Model S, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service at Easy Rider. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better.Not only did they promptly address my needs, but they also made me feel valued as a customer. As a result, I'll definitely be recommending this service center to others. In fact, I'm planning to bring my Jeep here for future maintenance as well.

I consistently receive excellent service from Easy Rider! Butch is always very accommodating regarding scheduling, and the atmosphere is always very friendly! Wouldn t think of going any place else!

Butch the owner and chief mechanic is a very pleasant and competent guy. I live about 1 mile from this service center but never used them until now when I had a difficult problem that others could not solve. Easy Rider is the place to go in Northport for skilled service by friendly mechanics at reasonable charges.

So glad I switched over to Easy Rider. They are professional and decently priced. They treat my MB GLK 350 with care and dedication. Will definitely be using them for all my ongoing auto needs. The staff is also great. No attitudes, just superior service.

Caught a nail in my tire on the way home, pulled into Easy rider. Never been there. No appt. No call, nothing.. spoke to owner - Butch- really nice guy btw and within 5 minutes One of his mechanics, Rob plugged the tire. I see these guys don't mess around so I ask them about a rattling coming from the bottom of the car -- sounding almost like sheet metal.( Mind you Prior to stopping here -weeks ago Honda attempted to find and fix this noise ..... No luck with them. Same w Mavis. ).Upon asking he said no problem we'll throw it up on the lift see what we can do. No lies within 10 min not even , problem solved. One of the heat shields had multiple bends rubbing on exhaust and such. Within minutes Rob bent it all back to its place. LITERALLY within 20 min I had my flat and a problem that not only was driving me crazy but I thought might be pricey to fix - all fixed. Butch wouldn't charge me for the bending back of heat shield just for my tire fix.You don't find places like this anymore. Im referring family and friends in the area 100%.Stand up guys, Honest and they are Real Mechanics. Not diagnostic readers. 100% I will be back even though I'm not local. Found my new shop. Found an oil leak in my vintage VW after a servicing at Easy Rider. Took me in promptly; determined the cause (old gasket), replaced it and I was done in less than 1 hour. The fee was very reasonable and the owner and mechanics are friendly, personable and honest..

Had to get my inspection done quick and had to wait with the car. I called and got an appointment for the next day. I added an oil change at checkin and was done in under an hour. Fast friendly service. The wait area is small, but comfortably furnished.

My 2001 Toyota Sienna was making a loud noise coming from the muffler. Went to a franchised auto service center and found out the catalytic converter was rotted into the pipe and O2 sensor, Although a third party part is only $300, it is not advisable and needed genuine Toyota part which would cost around $1500-$1800.Went to Easy Rider and John, the mechanic, found out the catalytic converter appeared to be working and was detached from the pipe. He thought of using 2 clamps to attach the catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe. Butch the owner charged the part and service for $110, instead of thousand dollars. He said this is not guaranteed, it may work for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or maybe many years. This was 4 months ago and the Sienna is running perfectly. Thank you Butch for saving me a grand.

Butch and his team represent the best local mechanic shop out there. I have known the shop since virtually its inception and you will not be disappointed. His staff sticks with him and that is rare in the industry. Highly reccomended!

I actually enjoy going there, lol! They are friendly, easy going and knowledgeable not only that they take into consideration that I have 3 little kids and actually help me out so I can get done as soon as possible. It's a legit place with good people and honest service.
