I've had 2 of my vehicles repaired at Combined, once last year 2022 and twice this year 2023. I was completely satisfied with the job they did 100%. Also, Jaclyn and Marcela went above and beyond what's required and dealt with the insurance company to have my claim settled. Words can't express how grateful I am for all their hard work and getting my car back. Thank you so much!John, thank you for providing excellent service! I definitely recommend your shop to anyone.

My car was involved in an accident recently and towed to Combined Auto. Jacqueline reached out to me immediately, and worked closely with myself and the insurance company to get repairs done on my car ASAP. She has been amazing, compassionate and supportive through the stressful process of getting my car repaired in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Combined Auto enough!

To start off the New Year January 1st 2024 my car got hit as I was right in front of my house. I was very upset about the damage, but Combined Auto Collision saved the day. They were amazing handling everything from towing my car early the next day to dealing with the insurance company, to repairing my car like new. I honestly would have never knew there was any damage to my car. I got it back very quickly within two weeks looking better then ever. I give them five stars. Definitely the best Auto Repair around here. The staff was excellent in keeping me updated as well.

Highly recommend!!! My car was hit as it was parked and my passenger side was dented in and scratched up. Took it to Combined Auto and they did an amazing job. Fast, great communication, and overall a great group of people. I have gotten several compliments since I got my car back about how they did a wonderful job and how beautiful it looks. I was in Florida and had someone run into the side of my car at the gym. I received a few quotes but got the run -around on what they would cover. I waited to get back to New York because I trusted John at Combined Auto Collision with his meticulous details in his work. He covered everything and it looks like new. It was well worth the few weeks wait to return to NY and I would highly recommend the shop. They are all very professional.

They do Stella bodywork. But after my case was closed and I realized an electrcl issue I called and was told my file would be pulled and they'd call me back. Still waiting for that call UPDATE: as turns out the woman who answered the phone didn't have my number correct and couldn't return my call. Still having the problem, I called them. Sometimes we need to breath and have patience with others. They took the car back and turns out the problem was not caused by the accident.Combined has been reparing mine and my family cars for years. They do an awesome job. Hopefully people stop hitting me, but my next repair will be with them.

My truck bed had been hit by a Tesla between the rear wheel and bumper. They took a long time to repair it but I didn t mind so long as it s done right and it came out beautiful. But then only 6 months later I m noticing all these bubbles started popping up in the paint so I went back and spoke to John. We talked about what it could be including rust but he said he would take care of it since there were no bubbles before the accident. They fixed it and it looked great but a few weeks later the bubbles came back so I went back but John wasn t there so I told another gentleman who was very nice that I just wanted it done right and I would work with them on a solution including paying into it if it wasn t covered in the original job. He said john would call me but didn t so it called back but john was busy and would call me back but he didn t. I guess they are great so long as they re making money

If I can put -10...This is the most terrible place in the world. They took their time and did not give my car to the insurance company, for which they charged about 2000. Then they did not tell me that they took the license plates from me and kept them for more than three months. I hope there is a separate hell for companies like this.

My BMW was hit by a drunk driver. Combined Auto Collision was professional, friendly, and the body work was excellent. You can trust they will do right by you...I highly recommend these folks. HORRIBLE business. Beware. Zero transparency. My car was hit by a tree right before Christmas. The original estimate was 2.5 weeks, we're now at 8 weeks and still don't have our car. We have called weekly for updates and were repeatedly told they're "waiting for parts". When asked to provide a list of the parts they're waiting for, they conveniently sent to the wrong email and then didn't respond for days. One part they were looking for, my husband called a local dealership and found. Another part, my husband called the dealership they ordered from and it turns out they only ordered the part last week. So it took them 7 weeks to order a part they knew they needed weeks ago?I don't believe a single word they say. Three times we've been told that they had the parts and it would be ready in a few days, only to them be told they're waiting for more parts!I would never go back to this place and I would strongly urge others not to bring their cars here. The level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing.

My most recent experience was horrible. The initial time to fix the car was 2.5 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks. I found a sunroof for them that they said they were waiting on and one of the last parts they said they were waiting on was only ordered a week before the car was finished.

Combined Auto is literally the best! The staff is so nice, professional, and thorough. My husband and I have been using them for years. They re work is perfect.. and they return your car to you sparing clean! They make an otherwise stressful situation completely easy!

These guys are great! They were so helpful and got my car back to me very quickly. They handled everything with my insurance company so I had nothing to worry about. My family has been going to this place for years, even before I was born. I highly recommend them!

This place has been the best to me I drove in a day and 19 hours to Long Island New York from California my window stopped working out of nowhere and I went to three different shops that told me it would run me about three to $500 to fix it but when I came to them they put my window up for free they ordered my part had it on time and only charge me $100 I recommend them to locals and foreigners they can definitely help you get out of a big hole.Also they take a look at your car before they give you an estimate which where the previous shops I ve visited minutes before I showed up at combined auto didn t even touch my car and told me an estimate

These days it's hard to find good service and a place you can trust. Luckily I found Combined Auto Collision. Great staff, quality work and trustworthy. I've needed body repairs more than I care to deal with, but everything is so much easier when using Combined Auto Collision.

John and his crew at COMBINED are FANTASTIC! They took what was an embarrassing and unfortunate situation and made it a pleasure. The quality is 2nd to none and they took care of everything. I was so happy with the experience I had them paint the front entry door to my house! I highly recommend them.THANKS AGAIN!

Criminals run this place! If you end up stuck in their trap it will cost you a lot of money. The police insisted Commack Towing remove my car after it was in a fender bender. Commack Towing charged me $430 for a 3 mile tow to their collision shop. They held my car hostage until I got them cash. When this happens to you report them to the town office. These smooth talkers run 3 different businesses out of 1 location. Why? I can only assume its part of their scam. They are Commack Towing, Combined Auto Collision and East Coast Transport. Their collision shop offered me a free estimate of $2,300 to get my car running again which they charged me $70 for the estimate. I drove it to another place and it only needed $220 of repairs. Don't just walk . Run away as soon as you can before they clean out your wallet.:(

They did a good job on my car, at a fair price.The best part, however, was the audio recordings left behind on my dash cam when they were moving it around in the back lot:"This motherf****r must be a midget his seat is so far up" and a few other 'locker room talk' conversations I can't post here. Entertaining.I am 6' thank you very much.

We have been using Combined Auto for generations for a reason. I have used them for everything from parking lot dings to custom paint jobs and have never been disappointed. They even painted my boat !
