I took my car to Chili Automotive for the first time after being uncertain of the quality of work being done on my car at another local place. Ed was friendly and helpful and listened carefully to the issues I was having with my car. I felt they were very transparent, providing photos of the problem areas and even an overview of potential issues and maintenance for the future. This was the first time I have ever had an automotive repair business take that level of care and thoroughness and then also provide reporting I could see. He explained everything so I felt confident in investing in the repairs that needed to be made. Thank you!

I have never met more honest, friendly, kind people in the automotive Buisness. My car needed just an inspection and they were beyond thorough, called me, actually raved about my cars condition lol. I will be servicing my vehicles there from now on!! And I told friends and family too. If you want honest and fair pricing, great customer service, then go to them.

Awesome customer service from this place, they were super friendly and helpful! One thing that stands out from the rest is the updated pictures and details on parts that need service, fluid etc after the appointment. Was recommended to the Chili Automotive garage from my neighbor's. The place was clean and the guys there friendly. They did a oil change on my jeep. And then sent me a computerized diagnostics on the jeep for future updates and things to get done. I love that, never had that happen. Anyways i would recommend this Garage to everyone

Great experience! Brought my car in for a state inspection and it was done in a timely manner and was the most through and informative inspection I've ever seen. The text with all of the key points about the inspection was great! Highly recommended and I will be back

This was my first time at Chili Automotive and I will be a customer for ever now. Everyone was super pleasant, informative, and helpful. There was a lot of communication from the staff about what was going on with my car and what could be done. No one ever made me feel pressured to agree to any service. I spoke to Ed specifically about my inspection results and he took the time to go over everything without making me feel like I didn't know anything about cars (Which I don't). I feel like it is rare to find an automotive place that does not try to take advantage of customers who aren't car savvy and Chili Automotive is a diamond in the rough in that regard! I like supporting local, small business and I thought it was time to find a second location to have my car serviced. Posted reviews of Chili Automotive Repair were all very positive which got me in the door. The one thing that impressed me the most was the thorough inspection report which included immediate issues needing attention down to general maintenance items (including photos). Communication with Mark (owner) was easy, both on-line and in person in discussing options for needed work. Next step, getting vehicle in to work on items on hit list. You don t receive this kind of personal service from the big auto service shops. Stop in, ask questions, then you decide. So far it has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Ed made our first experience amazing! Needed an inspection and likely a few new tires before winter hits! They have a whole online diagnostic portal which allows you to spot exactly what is wrong with your vehicle for safety reasons and also a few suggestive repairs. They go over everything with you and are very trustworthy in making sure it is safe and correct before they release it back to you. They only fix the items you have agreed upon and understand. Chili Automotive Repair was fantastic! They were able to check my car over and give me a detailed list (with photos) and recommendations on what needed managed. They did not pressure me in any way to do additional work. They educated me and gave me options for managing the issues with my car- upfront prices and scenarios that could impact the prices of any work that I chose to have done.The experience was great! I trust what they recommended and made the list easy to read and understand allowing me to prioritize the work. They answered my multiple questions with understanding and patience.They were able to accommodate the extra requests for work without any delay. My car came back clean and working great.Their warranty is not complicated like a lot of other places I have been in the past. I will be returning for all my future work.

Most professional car shop I've been to! This shop sends you a link to how your inspection concluded with photos, videos, and describes the parts that need attention! They also list it in order of most urgent! Ed helped set up the appointments and explained everything going on with my car in an easy to understand way! Shane did an amazing job fixing and installing parts on my car! It drives better than when I bought it 10 years ago! I absolutely recommend Chili Automotive Repair for the fast and highest quality service I received! These people are the best of the best!*Update*I've been bringing my car to Chili Automotive for over a year now for general maintenance like oil change and inspection. These guys are pure quality! To get my pickup to pass an inspection required that one my rear end lights work. It took more time than l would like to fix that problem until l took my pickup to Chili Automotive Repair. Problem found and repaired by noon of the day the pickup was brought. THANK YOU!

I felt like they were trying to upcharge and take advantage of me because I am a young female. They recommended 9 upgrades to complete on my car and one of them was getting a new battery. If they had bothered to check they would've seen that my battery is brand new. I will not be coming back here.

I was experiencing a frustrating issue of my Dodge Charger shaking which I figured was just a balancing problem. Chili Auto did rebalance a couple tires but the problem persisted. As soon as I made them aware that the issue was still around they got my car back in immediately and spent a couple days going through the vehicle to a look at every possible cause. It was determined that the most likely cause was that the tires were acting up whenever the car was being driven after sitting for a while. I thank them for working with me and getting this issue worked out and to determine that the car was safe to drive and nothing mechanically was wrong.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

I was very impressed with both the professionalism and the quality of the work. They may not be the least expensive but the quality is what I rate them on. First time customer. Shop was clean. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. A few concerns I found with chili automotive repair: 1-didn't know I was being charged $150 for a diagnostic. 2-I felt bombarded with several needs future/immediate attention. It was overwhelming. I would have been fine if they had mentioned the other recommendations after the repair.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

Every time I go here the service is beyond incredible. Ed at the front does a wonderful job assuring you know exactly what is wrong with your car and what it will take to get it fixed. Their prices are reasonable and the work is quality. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for work. (I have had everything from breaks, oil change, headlights and big sensor issues taken care of in no time!) Amazing service at Chili Automotive

We had my 2015 Equinox inspected. Dropped it off the night before. Was added to their electronic messaging system so we would be informed.The detail to the inspection was outstanding. Pictures were included! We were given information that we needed to make repairs. Never once pressured to have the work completed there. I ve been taking our 2 vehicles to Chili Automotive for almost a year now, and I waited to write a review because I wanted more than 1 experience working with them. After a few visits with different issues, I m glad to report they have been terrific each time. They do quality work and have great communication, letting you know what needs to be done and how much it will cost and when the work will be completed. Recently I got a nail or screw in my tire, and I could hear that something was wrong. I drove to the shop and they pulled the metal and patched the tire within minutes.
