Stay away from this place Me and my son went here for oil change Both cars had a problem after oil change engine splash guards were not tight properly. My cars broke off partially. My son s car came off totally it cost us $500 when I called Manager he was saying it s not their fault it might be caused by road hazard do yourself a favor take your cars for oil, change, local mechanics and see yourself if they do good job or not

I ve been coming here for over a year and I can say the service is amazing! Everyone is so nice. My mom, dad, and I each have monthly plans for The Works wash and it is TOTALLY worth it. They clean our cars so well and it always smells fresh and looks almost brand new (for a car wash).

For 40$ I could have cleaned the inside of my jeep better than them. I am now home recleaning the better part of the car. Did not wipe down my rear view mirror, did not clean the whole back windows. Did not vacuum the area by the pedals nor my trunk space. They didn't even wipe the inside of the 3 rear windows by the trunk. Do yourself a favor and get the exterior wash and clean the inside yourself. What a scam. The guy at the start had two Bluetooth beat headphones in and didn't even acknowledge me when I told him what I wanted. Basically talking to a brick wall.2 starts because it was quick....obviously to quick.

Took 30 mins to just get the car dried. Then, this missed the truck. Also left soap on the car both side. But took my $38.02 though asap without problem. 1 hour at the car wash for what? I have to come home and do it myself.

Just left here. Terrible customer service. I went there for an oil change. There is a technician here who is about 5'8" with a black mustache. He didn't greet me. No hello or anything. I repeatedly said good afternoon and I was repeatedly ignored. After that I asked him if he ever greets his customers and he said no and demanded me to get out of the car. The onky thing he kept saying was synthetic or regular. Left my car there and did not tell me when it was finished. If I didn't ask the cashier if my car was finished I would not have ever known. I also spoke with the manager and he claimed not to have any idea why his worker behaved in such a manner. They gave me a full service car wash for free without addressing the issue. This does not fix the terrible customer service I received and I will not return to this establishment again. I've been here plenty of times before and received great customer service and have tipped well. Not anymore. Again it would be best to go elsewhere.

Just had my car washed and used a gift card I received. One of the main reasons I went there was because, on the trunk WeatherTek mats I have, there was some dried mud on it. I also had some kind of smudge on the steering wheel.I noticed the steering wheel smudge as I was leaving. I used spit and my fingernail to remove it.When I got home, I opened the trunk. You know what I m going to say .still there. So, that tells me that they may have vacuumed the rubber mat but they clearly didn t clean it. Further, they didn t take the mat out and didn t vacuum under the mat.How could they miss that? It was so obvious that attention to detail was not the norm. I bought The Works but got cleaned for $38 instead. I will try another one in the future.

Cashier on Fridays, Marianne, is very kind and sweet. Mark is an amazing manager. Always do a flawless job on cleaning my car and making it squeaky clean. I m a loyal customer here, and I recommend this car wash! If I could give more than five stars I would.

Came on Sunday after noon with my daughters car and my wife followed behind me. Long wait and waited 30 minutes before being attended and my wife who was behind my car waited an additional 15 minutes before being attended. Go to pay the older woman at counter and she was not happy to be there... very grumpy... paid for 2 deluxe washes . Outside of cars were ok. Still dirty go inside and looks like no one vacuumed anything on both cars... had to come home and do there job all over again for both cars. Figured give another chance from my first experience with my 3rd vehicle same issue ... will never go back again even though its 2 minutes away from my house rather drive to Zimbabwe and get my car washed.... never again

the best car wash in bellmore. last year i was hesitant to buy the 78 dollar a month membership but it was the best investment i ever made. i come here whenever i want, i can come twice a day if i really want to and get my car washed. yet each and every time the staff is amazing and does a spectacular job cleaning my car. they know how to make their customers happy. i ll never go to another car wash again, i recommend everyone to come here. even if you don t want to buy any of the memberships, the prices for one time car washes are still very reasonable. i pay 78 dollars a month for the vip membership, and vip car washes are 40 dollars each time so it s a great deal. please come here!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Wish I never came here, STAY AWAY.Both the service tech and the cashier have very poor customer service. No one said a word to me when I arrived, the service tech disappeared after letting me into the garage and started working underneath my car without finding out what I needed, I had to get out and intercept him under the vehicle before he continued. When I tried to communicate what I needed, he dismissively said "kay" and went back to his business ignoring me. The cashier was also rude. I came with a Groupon and despite an oil filter being included in the service, she still charged me extra for the "premium" oil filter. When trying to show her that it was included, she dismissed me saying I shouldn't use Groupon, I'll end up paying more and should be price matching with the companies themselves (despite none of this being communicated before service was done).I would have saved money at my local Valvoline AND they're polite, they top off your fluids and communicate everything up front! Don't waste your time or money here.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Been there numerous times in the past for oil changes and never a problem until now. Pulled my car in for an oil change. Saw one of the guys underneath draining what I assumed was my oil for a few minutes. A few minutes later another guy tells me he couldn't get my drain plug out. So I asked them what was draining then. They avoided me and the guy that was draining the fluids was basically hiding and couldnt tell me what he drained out. Spoke to the manager there that pretty much just said take your truck to Toyota. Just for reference I have a 2022 Tacoma that needs the skid plate removed to access the filter. They never touched the skid plate so I'm not sure what fluids they drained from my Truck. !!!!!!! I would avoid this place at all costs and go to a real mechanic or a reputable oil change shop which i think this place is not. Read some other reviews on here. You've been warned!!!!!!Quick update...took my Tacoma to Valvoline which had no problem doing the oil change. Valvoline did mention there was oil spilled all over the skid plate which indicates they just drained the filter. I find it funny that I have a new oil change reminder sticker on my windshield from clean machine. Leads me to believe that they were going to charge me for an oil change they were not going to do. Changed their tune after they realized I was watching them and know the process of doing my own oil changes. I usually do all my own oil changes. Think twice about going to this place!!Service: Oil change

I came here around 8:45 am for the early bird exterior wash special. I pull up, tell the attendant I'm here for the special and he says "ok", points to the signage by the entrance bay and says "wash", I reply "as long as it's the special" and he then hands me a ticket. I go in and as my car is half way through the wash, and expecting to pay the $10ish for the special, am charged $30 for the "Full Service", being told I submitted a ticket for this service and not the exterior wash special.I tell the gentleman working the register, but at this point my car is halfway through the cleaning tunnel and it's too late to change it. So, I agree to get what I thought was a "Full Service Wash", with the expectation of it to at the very least live up to it's namesake, and more importantly, am now paying three times what I had additionally planned.(a side note, I also noticed there was no signage for this special posted near the entrance to the actual wash where the workers stand is, inside by the cashier stall, or anywhere on their website, just one small poster on the side of the building advertising the deal.)At the very least, I had hoped that the price would be worth it, but looking at my vehicle afterwards, it doesn't even look like they did much of anything.According to the site, a full service wash is supposed to include a "complete vacuum" which clearly didn't happen as there's more debris on my seat now than there was before the wash. Additionally, the gentleman tasked with cleaning my interior clearly flipped the weather mats to clean under them, but couldn't be bothered to replace them correctly, making me wonder if they were when vacuumed out. (Picture for reference, they put the weather tech mat UNDER the regular mat on the left rear passenger side, but on the opposite side the regular mat was correctly under the weather mat, which either shows they only vacuumed one side, or that they couldn't be bothered to take the extra minute to make sure the components were being put back correctly, either way a complete lack of attention to detail and not something I would expect in a package labeled as a "Full Service".I had a few beverage stains around my cupholders I were hoping would be taken care of as part of the "interior wipe down" advertised as part of the package. These were completely ignored, and I wound up cleaning them off myself when I got home with Windex.Immediately after getting my car "washed", I went across the street to fill my car with gas. I immediately noticed a part of my exterior was completely ignored, and to make matters worse, when I opened the door to my gas cover, I couldn't believe the amount of soap that was backed up in there and how the workers didn't check to see if it was dirty. Yet another element I thought to be included in the "Full Service" that I wound up having to do myself upon getting home.I realize in the grand scheme of things these aren't super major details, however given the fact I paid 3x what I initially thought I would be for a service I was lead to believe was a "Full Service" wash, I can with confidence say there was nothing full, or fulfilling about this service.

I went in for a The Works, and the outside looks perfectly fine, but for the inside... not so good (to say the least). I used a Groupon offer I found and I was still charged an additional couple of dollars (I thought it might've been for the tax, but numbers didn't add up, and I didn't question it at the time so I payed). I read the description and it stated my mats will be shampooed (which they did, but still came out dirty when dried). My car was not properly vacuumed because there's dirt all over the car. Also, I noticed a little grease spot on my mirror (I'm not blaming the car wash) that was not properly washed off (as it's still there even after the wash).

I read the mixed reviews and I was little skeptical but figured I'd give it a try because it's the closest car wash by my house. I paid for a full service wash. Windshield was not thoroughly wiped down and left cloudy cleaning product on it along with body of car. Didn't even look thoroughly wiped down. Car was not vacuum thoroughly. Very poor job!

Wouldn t run back to this car wash any time soon. It was convenient to go to at the time. I ll stick to the two other car washes I go to on Sunrise Highway in Merrick & Bellmore.

I got my oil changed here a few months back. I thought it was expensive but the job was done quickly, which is what I needed. Shortly thereafter I took my car to my mechanic if 20 years for an inspection. He told me that my oil needed to be changed. I was shocked. I told him I just had it done and he said that the oil hadn t been changed. He showed me the oil and it was thick and black, indicating that it hadn t been changed. The Clean Machine has lost me as a loyal customer - I will not go back there under any circumstances.

I mainly came here for an interior cleaning and wow, barely cleaned compared to before. My seats are just as bad, dust & debris all over my dash, radio, shifter, etc. Before I drove away I looked in my cup holder and it was not touched AT ALL. Still caked with dirt that had been building up. I had to go back to find someone to fix it because it was not cleaned whatsoever. Then I had someone else in my car the next day that said, "it doesn't look like someone attempted to actually clean it, just vacuumed some sand quickly most likely." So disappointed, I'll never go back.Edit: worse than I even realized when I went to take pictures. What a waste of money!

This is my second time coming here for a full Detail, The staff is very nice and Mark, the manager makes sure you are fully satisfied..Thanks for making my car look new again :)

I honestly never post reviews but this is completely unacceptable. I just left here after having an exterior wash with my 2 week old car to find out they gouged my trunk during the wash. Literally 2 weeks old and now there s a scratch all the way down. People go to washes to avoid stuff like this happening in their own time. I will never be stopping back here again.

This place didn't start out as a 5 star.I went for the Works right before close. I asked the guys to vacuum the back of my SUV. With tip it came out to be about $45.When I got home they had hardly detailed the inside of my car. I was the last car of the day so I knew I couldn't go back to complain. I hated how much ot cost me for a poor job.A week went by and I needed my car washed from a trip upstate. When I went in I told Mark the manager how unhappy I was with the previous car wash. Without any discussion he offered me a rehwash and vacuum at no charge. He didn't even question me about it at all. He just took care of it. Customer service is the key so I definitely recommend the Clean Machine for the customer service. My car was perfect the second the around.

If I could give this NO Stars I would. After the first incident, I let it slide. I went back because my husband has an unlimited monthly membership that includes my car. The regular woman that is behind the counter, whom Im not sure what her name is, because she is extremely unapproachable, gave me a hard time 2 weeks in a row. My app was giving me issues to sign in, but I had a screen shot and that was apparently NOT good enough for her. She then told me I needed to pay out of pocket, Until i had suggest looking up the account by my husbands name, which worked the first week and then suddenly did not work the next. Overall, the attitude I received and lack of customer service from this woman, left a bad taste in my mouth.I m going to speak to my husband about perusing a different car wash!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

After specifying to please wash the mats and paying for the most expensive wash. My mats were not cleaned. I had to come home clean my mats, revacuum my car and wipe down my whole interior again including the seats. Why are people so lazy in their jobs? DISHONEST CAR WASH!!!!! I brought my mom here for "The Works" wash.. It includes Complete Vacuum, shampoo mats, wash, hot wax, triple wax, Undercarriage, windows in and out.The car was not vacuum, the undercarriage wasn't done. the hub caps were filthy. I get nothing is perfect but this was ZERO effort in what she paid for. The mud along the bottom of the car was still caked on. Foolish us for entrusting this place to do the job they were hired to do. $35.00 +tax then a $10.00 tip in the front and a $10.00 tip at the end. LESSON LEARN! NEVER GOING BACK!!! Hi I was able to come back and try them again. Usually I would prefer to stay in the car but now I see the equipment up close and I love that it is Soft Touch. Glad they did the renovations.I hope the owner reaches out on this review. Will be back again and hope that you continue to deliver excellent quality to your customers. The blowers did so well my car never had spots. I would come back for any wash but I believe the wash itself alone is so worth it. The owner should read this review and realize that the team at Clean Machine has another great customer. I love the tunnel and hope to get a video of this amazing car wash.

I was enticed by the $30 a month for unlimited service so I went there and I saw that that was a gimmick to begin with so I got a regular wash for $32 and there was birdshit on my car they didn't do nothing horrible horrible horrible no armoral seats are dirty didn't do absolutely nothing for $32 stay away from this dump this is truly highway robbery of garden hose and some dough soap would have worked better
