I switched to A&RS A couple of years ago from another local repair shop due to an emergency repair the day before a long road trip. They made the repair which turned out to be a minor issue and did NOT charge me. I have been bringing my three cars here ever since and find Asad to be honest, reliable and professional. I highly recommend his shop to family and friends.

Had the best experience, very professional and fast, I always come here and recommend everyone I know to come here. Customer service was excellent, they know what there doing, and always take care of me. Best shop on the island!

Avoid them if you can. I went in for an inspection and they said the DMV wont pass me so i asked dmv is going to know if my brakes are shot. He replied no but it s my license. They insisted i have no brakes and tried to show me but I m not a handy person so i stuck to my guns and left. My own mechanic said there is plenty of room left and passed me no problem. It s sad bc there right in the neighborhood and it s convenient but you can t trust anyone these days.

I called and they said bring her right over took 5 min to get their and 15 minutes for an oil change.....can't beat that HAPPY NEW YEAR

Rip off will tell you one thing and will have same issue you have to go back for other again why can t u tell the issue at once and charge labor once but yet you have to do in parts waste of time and your money

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! These people are scam artists and will ruin your car. I wish I could give zero stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. My uncle came here once and they scammed him too. Hopefully the authorities shut this place down soon. Pray for me and anyone who has taken their car here for repairs.

Used to go here for routine maintenance. They have new management now and I don't trust them. Last time I went in for an inspection and was told I needed brakes changed. This was right around the end of the pandemic and I'd barely driven that car the previous year. I think they also screwed up my alignment because the car started to pull fairly noticeably to one side after they worked their magic. Oh and they charged me a surcharge for using a credit card also.

Whatever you do don't get your tints removed at this place!!! The guy scratched and cut my window trim inside of my BMW, they are so unprofessional they don't even use a heat gun or a steamer, they use a razor blade to remove tints. When I told the guy he cut and scratched my car he responded by saying: "what do you expect, to be perfect? You know if you bring it to the BMW dealer they have to remove your whole door panel?" Yeah right! as if someone would have to remove a door panel to remove a tint that is on a window! Who would believe such lie? If they can't even be professional enough to remove 2 simple window tints without causing damage can you imagine what else would they say if you send in your vehicle to their shop to get actual repairs?. Even though they gave me my $40 dollars back, they have still caused damage to the interior of my car.

I ve come here for several oil changes, tires and other work the past few years and it has always been quick and efficient. They do get backed up crazy since it isn t a big place so they always recommends calling in advance which is why I m always in and out.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil changeServices: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Stay away. They are crooks. Charge you for top line work. And lie and do not put in proper parts.Hold you car up for four days for shocks. Every excuse possible they will give you. And then over charge you for parts they never replaced!!!!

I was very satisfied with the work that was performed on my Nissan maxima after taking it to a few shops and spending money on expensive diagnostic check ups and still having the same issues, this repair shop was able to properly diagnose the issue and explain to me different options on how to repair my vehicle. If your like me and who has one car and depends on it to be running properly to get you through the work week I highly recommend you take your car to this shop I have told all my friends in the neighborhood that we know have a reasonable, reliable shop to go to ask for Mr. Jerry

He doesn't go by appointment, just first come first served basis. So yesterday (12/26/16) I was looking for a place open that could replace my wheel bearing. He got us right in, and even replaced our front brakes that were also shot in 2 hours. He was very nice, and very afforable. What would have cost us 400 dollars somewhere else for just the wheel bearing, he only charged 360 for the wheel bearing and the brakes. Highly recommend going to him.

My experience with Deer Park Auto Repairs was horrible! I only go there for oil changes for about 3 years now & this time the supposedly owner changed my oil & after that I have a bad oil leak spraying all over my alternator, up on the hood & other components under the hood! Also my engine started to make a loud tacking noise & my check engine light came on.. Now none of this happened until right after he changed my oil! But he refused to even thoroughly check the car! He just looked under the hood & said I have a leak! Ah...yea that was the whole purpose of me bringing the car back! Instead of doing the right thing which would be checking the issue n fixing it he refuse to take any responsibility at all So I will be reporting this & I will never go back there again! Also he charged me $24 even when the sign clearly says $21.99 plus tax! So when did $2 tax become of a $21.99 cost! & again I've been going here for an oil change for a a while & the price never changed. It was always 21.99 & with the tax it would come to $23 & change. It's a shame that Ppl try to take advantage of good ppl n women like me that's just trying to keep my car up to par! As a Professional Nurse I wouldn't half do my job & refuse to take responsibility if I may have done something wrong! I would find out the problem & resolve it! How hard is that! I hope this place loose alot of customers. I'm glad I had an opportunity to leave my comment! Thank you!

Affordable prices, but this place is run by a bunch of creepy and unprofessional incompetent guys. I've tried limiting my visits here for a few reasons, and decided officially after the last straw today that I will never come back:1 - Their employees make me very uncomfortable, one whispered for my number offering to fix my car door in his own garage last year. I politely declined but let it go because their shop is conveniently close to me.2 - My car was sputtering for months, their mechanic took it for a test drive (mind you, driving 70+ mph on Prairie Drive like a freaking psycho with me IN the car) and concludes with "your transmission runs beautifully, what are you talking about?" Turns out I had NO transmission fluid and the leak nearly destroyed my engine. My friend's dad figured it out by me simply describing the symptoms, yet this licensed(?) mechanic took it for a test drive and couldn't even tell me what's wrong?3 - I went for a simple quick oil change earlier today, the mechanic messed up my car settings and accidentally added a teenage restriction "My Key" feature while he was attempting to re-set the mileage. Not only does he neglect to tell me, but i'm sitting in my car with a newly programmed speed limit, volume limit, and a bunch of annoying beeping notifications. I proceed to tell Jerry that something's wrong with my settings that wasn't there before, so he sits in my car trying to figure it out for an hour using Youtube videos. My poor mom is waiting outside in the rain, fasting, while he attempts to turn my engine on, and off. On, and off. On, and off. About 50 times. He couldn't figure it out until I finally attempted to play with the settings using a different key (my car starter). Jerry walks out of my car and says "I learnt something new from you today." No apology for wasting my time. No apology for wasting my gas and turning my engine on dozens of times. No ownership that his incompetent employee messed up my settings. Nothing. I was livid. I got very upset and told him you waste my time, my gas, and think it's okay to walk away without so much as acknowledging your fault or apologizing? He thinks he did me a favour by spending HIS hour attempting to undo his mechanic's mistake. He continues by justifying himself with "well it wasn't intentional and it's resolved now, so what?" I had to explain to him the concept of professionalism, customer service, and accountability for your mistakes as a business owner. His form of communication was trying to tell me to be grateful for their work --as if they did me a free favour rather than a paid service. I am distraught. Never going back here, and neither will any of my family members. I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes, but there's a difference when you take ownership for it and attempt to offer some form of compensation or merely acknowledgment of your errors and the inconvenience caused. You have a lot to learn about how business is conducted in this country, Jerry.

Only good for basic stuff . They said my transmission was goin . Found out from AAMCO that it was my drive shaft and transmission coolant line .. big difference!!

They.could barely fix a flat and I had to push them to install the full size tire and take the donut tire off. VERY RUDE - will NEVER use this shop again.

Never bring your car here ! They are unprofessional and use poor quality parts . The owner has no clue on what he is doing and how to run a business ! The turn around with the mechanics is unreal !!! That right there shows you this place is No Good . Take your chances and waste your money bringing your car to this place .

Absolutely the best shop for an inspection. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I usually get there when they open.
