The service was decent from a select few people when I went for my inspection. However actually getting the inspection done was very much a hassle. Called Thursday morning to ask about inspection times, was told they do them 9-11:30 then 1:00 to 3:30. Showed up at 1:35 that day and was told the last spot was taken and to come back 9AM on Friday and they will do it. Showed up at 9 and was told the line was too long to do it asap, so they said come back at 1 and they will definitely get me in. Left work and got there at 12:45, when the inspections started at 1. Was told they were fully booked (even though they don t take appointments and it s all first come first serve) and to come back at 9AM Saturday. Told the gentleman I had been there 3 times already and the same thing keeps happening. They appeared annoyed that I was trying to get my inspection done. Eventually he decided just to do it instead of making me come back. A couple of nice gentlemen in there which I why I give them 2 stars. But would not recommend this place for an inspection

I went in for an oil change and Ken informed me that the oil life was still good and to come in before 5,000 miles. Jaylen offered to fill up the tires and washer fluid even with no purchase. We appreciate the honesty and service! These guys are great!

Not the best experience the 25$ coupon that I downloaded the day before disappeared and was replaced by 10 just to start then they go around the car recommending upsells that are very costly. The worst is when they checked the cabin filter and pull it out with leaves on it the after declining a new one they reinserted it with the leaves still on it.

Absolutely horrible company discrimination upon hire poor employee trestment including not taking brakes but taking the time off ur check the area manager Carlos is always disrespectful to his employees and customers they will be on the news soon! Do not take ur vehicle here unless u want to be ripped off and disrespected!

The woman in charge knows her stuff. They had me in and out quick. Notified me about anything they noticed that should be looked at soon. They didn t push any sales on me.

Friendly and fast. Really appreciate they show you the fresh oil at the end. Also willing to check other basic things. Yes, it's a little pricier compared to Take 5 but if you need a fast local oil change without an appointment, it's worth it.Tip for future customers: call to ask about pricing before going and they'll text you a $10 off coupon

Stoped in last week 11:30 everyone going to lunch. 10:15 today not taking anymore cars all going to lunch again. Again? We just want an inspection guys. 5 min. Why does everyone go to lunch at the same time and why before 11:00? Crazy what happened to customer service.

These guys are very good at their job, and get it done quickly. I had one employee get me several discounts in one pass through. Very pleased with the service I have received here over the years!

Great service and friendly employees! We stopped by and were taken care of immediately. The service man was courteous and took care to explain the cost and added a coupon discount without me even asking. Easy Peasy!

Ken as always was fantastic!! I went in for an oil change and NYS inspection. At 1st I was told no inspection because the bay doors were broken. Carlos stepped in to save the day!! I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for an inspection and the girl told me sure they do them till 3:30. I got there at 2:15 and the guy told me they couldn't do it. I took time off work cause at 2 she said they could. I'll never use there service again for nothing. He was not a nice guy. This was Niagara Falls location. Took it to Firestone and they did it. Firestone people was very nice and professional.

Went for a 15 min oil change which turned into over 100 min. They started and drained oil beforerealizing they did not have enough of correct oil. The Ast. Mgr was gone for an hour and 20 min to get proper oil. Needless to say - was not charged...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick, knowledgeable and friendly staff. My good too for oil changes, and NY State inspection. Check for coupons and Groupon always has discounts. Kuddos, I'll be back

100% best place in Western New York to get an oil change and any basic auto services done. Part of the reason I go here is because the staff is so friendly and genuinely enjoys their jobs. I always leave here feeling satisfied! Let s put it this way I recently moved from Niagara Falls, NY to Washington, DC for work and I still make it a point to only have my oil changed here! Bunch of chumps. I was insulted on a price quote by the Valvoline oil staff. I was quoted by the Vavoline 800 number. They treated me poorly. They could not properly place the mating face of the oil filter head up to avoid grit & salt on concrete floor. Asked for another filter. I was out of car by office door, they did not want me to see what's going on. They put wrong mileage on invoice after I told them it was wrong. They used the wrong name & address on invoice. They told me to "get the hell out and never come back." Well guess what I'm not coming back to any Valvoline location ever. This was in Niagara Falls, NY.

First time there Super fast! Ken took care of me! Told me a break light was out.. but no pressure to get it fixed :) ( I still did though) pulled in at 8:40am no wait. 10/10 recommend to any gorgeous gorgeous girl that is too pretty to change their oil but have too much anxiety going places to do it. First time customer, I was recommended from a family member. From the greeting in my car to pulling up inside the building the oil change, customer satisfaction! Also on a side note, my inspection was due and that was also taken care of! Super friendly people, very professional, and I didn t even have to leave my car! Tried to tell me my transmission fluid needed to be changed and was turning brown. First issue with that: I just had it changed. Second issue: they hadn't even checked the transmission fluid, the hood had been popped for less than a minute. Third: I checked after, it's still red and like new. First of all, they said we had 1000 miles left until our next due oil change, but it was 1000 miles over - not sure how they don't require basic math skills, but whatever.Secondly, I got the oil changed anyways - a few days later my car died - all of the oil had leaked out because the cap was barely on there. The last ones to touch it - Valvoline.Now I have my car in the shop hoping the engine didn't seize beyond repair. I will never go here again.Service: Oil change

Terrible customer service. I arrived at 11 am for an inspection and was told to come back at 130. Ok, no problem - I rearranged my day and came back at 130 only to be told that the inspection guy was going home for the day and they couldn't take me. Spoke to the assistant manager who said there was nothing he could do and that I was out of luck. Thanks for nothing - I will not be back.

The range of services offered are limited but, the convenience and reasonable cost for services makes it easy to squeeze an oil change or inspection in during a busy day. Also, the staff is knowledgable and will not perform services you do not need. We recently went in to get tires rotated and they said we were better to get new tires than rotate them as steel cables were showing. They could have easily done the work and had us pay just to get new tires in a week or so. Appreciate the honesty and concern for our safety.

I called this morning and asked if I could get an inspection, she says sure 9-1130 & 1-3. I show up at 11 and the guy says he has one car before me (aka 5 minute inspection) so he won't be able to get to me before 1130, like what?! Literally turned me away and told me to come back later, like I just drove 20 minutes I'm not coming back later - THATS WHY I CALLED & ASKED FIRST. I know finding employees is hard right now just geez hopefully they find some who aren't so lazy soon.

Wow. First time here, and definitely not the last. We needed an oil change before a trip.I pulled up at 8:00 AM, and pulled out with fresh oil at 8:14.Besides the speed, what impressed me was the professionalism, communication, and efficiency. They checked my lights and wipers, the whole time calling out each thing they were doing.Excellent service.
