This is long over due, but I have taken my car to Joe twice now, and both experiences have been excellent! He's very up front and honest, and won't try to sell you on anything you don't need. Every question I had was quickly answered, and my car was in great hands! Both times, my issues were fixed immediately and my car back in better condition than bringing it in. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs car stuff done!

Joe is awesome! Got me in super quick. He was up front and honest about the work he was doing. He also let me know the condition of a few other things that may need repair! As a single mom it s super important to me to find some who is honest!

Most reliable and honest shop around. My go to for any repairs and maintenance. As a woman, it s very hard to find a fair and honest mechanic, Joe is the best. I ve been following him around for everything he could help me with for years.

Santiago has been taking care of a lot of work for me lately. From tires, oil change, and exhaust work to building a whole motor for me. Best priced and the most honest around. definitely recommend.

Stop before you become a slave to another payment. Don't buy another car until you can see if your paid off car is repairable. Four mechanics later and a very satisfied customer. Carfix should be renamed to Carbroke. I took it back 6 times while under warranty. I could not a 7th time. The 2nd and 3rd mechanics worked on things they thought would resolve the issue but did not. Santiago Repair and Performance did not give up. Not only did they repair it at a very fair price but brought it back to its best performance yet. Joe and Jeff thank you for what you do!

If you need auto repair work in the Falls / Buffalo area, Santiago Repair and performance is the place to go! I was met by the owner Joe, given a very descriptive diagnosis of what was wrong with my truck, it was repaired correctly, and quickly, without trying to sell me things it didn t need. I will be taking my fun car to Joe for a performance cam shaft and stall converter soon.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Joe does all the repair and maintenance on our entire inventory of vehicles. Servicing 3-5 vehicles per week, from oil changes, to full engine rebuilds, he does it all. Professional, great communication, excellent pricing, and quality work. Joe has done right by me on several occasions at this point. My most recent was a sever rattling sound misdiagnosis from 2 other garages. 1 shop telling me its just some heat shield of some sort, and the 2nd shop telling me I needed a new engine. I got a hold of Joe and he expressed he would like to try and diagnose my issue. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to his shop and he immediately had a realistic diagnoses and he was spot on....cracked flex plate. He literally save me 3k in unneeded repairs....THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I don't know if there is anything else I need to say....take your business to Santiago's Repair & Performance! Again, thanks Joe!
