This team went above and beyond to help my family on Christmas Eve when my mother s car broke down on the way to visit us. Could not thank them enough for the care and attentiveness that they provided in getting her car back to working order in a timely manner in the week following. Very kind and polite.

Filled out the online form for an appointment and had a response within an hour. Personable, polite staff. Location is downtown LaSalle and is near the LaSalle Expressway. Had my vehicle back in a couple hours.

Had to go back and have my repairs re-done because something wasn't right. This is the second time I've had to waste time and money to have them fix mistakes. But they always make it right in the end. I just wish they would compensate a bit more for my losses. It would be nice to know when my car is ready instead of having to call and find out it's been ready... having gone to multiple mechanics, this seems to be the new norm

Went here for my annual NYS inspection. Had 8:30 appointment and was out by 9:15. I went to Kent for many years for all my service needs and only stopped after purchasing a vehicle that included first 2 years of service and provided frequent discounts for various maintenance after that. If you don't have this kind if coverage I would and have recommended Kent and his crew for any service needs. This is long time family owned business that is an asset to the community.

You were my mechanical specialist for 5 years. I had an old Aveo that needed very little care. You took care of me, drove me back home so my handicapped husband was not alone for long. I am coming back to Niagara Falls, miss people like you.Geny Heywood

First time taking my car into Richardsons. Had to have my air conditioner fixed. I asked them to look at a few other things didn t try to give me unneeded repairs reminded me my inspection was due asked if I wanted to update that as well. Will definitely be back Top-notch shop

This is the only place I will take my vehicle. Their work is always impeccable and they are the most honest shop around. I would recommend, Richardson Auto Repair to anyone, I always do in fact. A+, 5/5, two thumbs up, give them a call!I have a vehicle which has had semi-chronic CV issues, and it began making the exact same noise as before.I also had a very short window in which I required my vehicle to be repaired before a long drive.I called on a Monday, appointment set for a Wednesday, and resolved mid-afternoon on that same Wednesday. Issue was resolved with a fair and honest price, and the staff was great!If it is a general repair, oil change, etc, I would trust this garage again.

They've fixed every problem I have ever taken to them, cost-effectively and on time. You NEVER, EVER have to worry about them ripping you off. Honest beyond any question. I'm grateful that Richardson is there and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I have worked with Kent and his team on both a professional level as well as a personal level for several years. I have always found him to be responsive and honest. I never worry if he has one of our company trucks or my wife's car. I know that it will be done right and at a fair price.The best part of going to Richardsons Auto is that I have made a good friend in Kent.

Needed a new mechanic after mine retired. Richardsons was recommended to me by quite a few people for being an honest guy which is what I value in a mechanic. I was very happy with the service and plan to return!

worst service of my life, the workers are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Never been treated worse by a worker, i do not recommend bringing your car here.

My car has been at Richardson repair shop for a week and all I'm getting is alternator replacement now a guy is sick and I still have to wait so long omg please hire more mechanics

During pandemic I bought a used truck that had a numerous glitches thank God Niagara casino is open and retirement money all those glitches we're repaired at Richardson's , had a fender crash from last winter storm they at Richardson's repaired it been with them for year's business had hard time during pandemic but is always there and restaurant is open across the street oh don't forget get them some k cup's it would much appreciated I would give them 100 star's
