Pulled in thier parking lot with a flat tire around 1230. Talked to the mechanic( told me his name but I'm awful with names) and asked him about a tire told him truck was garbage and I had kids to pick up by 2pm. He found me a used tire they had in back, pulled my truck in, had the new tire mounted, balanced, and installed in no time..was back on the road and headed to pick up my kids by 130 pm. Oh yeah and that's with 2 cars ahead of me. Awesome and friendly service. Didn't charge a lot either. Definitely going back there

Dispatched to my location very quickly. Had to get my mother in law home due to her needing her meds. Was able to talk to the driver and get everything hooked up and dropped off while taking care of her.Without them being so friendly and professional and working with me. It would have been a lot more difficult. Highly recommend if you need fast towing service that treat you like a human being.

I'm an auto hauler and I needed help with a very simple problem, I high-centered a vehicle on my trailer and all I needed was a wheel lift to lift the back of the vehicle and reverse it onto my trailer.Literally a $100 (with tip) for 5 minutes of work kind of job, they confirmed then cancelled because and I quote "we have a strict policy to not drive on grass because of the weight of our trucks" I explained that my truck and trailer weigh more than their truck and that the grass is hard packed - it's an industrial parking lot. They refused my call for help.I will never call them for a service again.

I needed an inspection on my car ASAP. Jon at Military Towing got me in right away. Once I was there, everyone was friendly and helpful, and they had my car inspected quickly and I was on my way in no time. I will definitely be using them again.

Update: Was just called back w an apology. Lost phone and short staffed were the culprits. Was told to call back if other truck doesn't show. I appreciate his taking time to apologize. I would give this company another chance if needed.Called at 3. Told 1- 1 1/2 hours. Called back at 4:39 to double check. He told me he would call his guy to see how far out he was and then call me back. No call back. I called back several times between 5: 15- 6:00. As of 6:00, no tow truck. Not answering phone. Voicemail not set up. Stranded. In the dark. With a hungry child.

They were the BEST. Between snow and ice, and a million other "issues", another tow company canceled on me three separate times. Running out of time to tow a car out of an apartment parking lot that I'm moving from, I started exploring other options. I honestly couldn't be happier. Definition of "everything happens for a reason". My vehicle hasn't moved in nearly a year, and he explored other options to try and get my car going, like jumping the battery, because we were worried about the tow not fitting in the narrow driveway. When that failed, he skillfully maneuvered his tow and was able to get my car on it. I called for an estimate and my car was on the bed an hour and a half later. I wish I would've got the guys name. He made it feel like it was an honor to be there, not an obligation.Between the sense of urgency and being able to come right away, the extremely fair pricing, and the professionalism of the employee, I couldn't recommend military towing more.Service: Car towing

The guy was nice, but who wouldn't be happy to get $330 to tow a car 3 miles and make over 300 bucks to wait 10 minutes to get the money. That should be price gouging as far as I'm concerned. What makes it any different than raising gas or food and water during a crisis? I asked him politely why it cost so much. All he said it was tye state sets the rates. It was more to get the car instantly that night than if I waited till the morning by a hundred dollars. NY State rips us off and also helps others rip us of, too, it seems. It's time to move south I think

The gentleman we worked with were AMAZING! My parents were in a bad motorhome accident on the way to 4 mile creek and they went out of their way to work with them. We needed to find time to empty it before it was towed to the RV assessment place. They opened up on a weekend for us and were so patient and kind. Absolute gems. I would like to, again, thank the Tow truck mechanic who patched up & fixed a flat tire, for a Canadian family, stuck at Smoking Joe's, Indian Hill Rd., last Sun., May 22nd, to help us get back over the border. He was prompt, efficient, well mannered, friendly & kind. The next day taking our vehicle to our local dealership we were told that no need for a new tire as the tow truck mechanic did an excellent job & got us home safe. I recently needed to have my car battery charged up. I called roadside assistance. Military Towing was dispatched and they came within minutes of my call. The driver was respectful and courteous. It was the day after our big snowfall and it was bitterly cold. The driver went out of his way to reach the front of my almost buried car. He charged it up right away. I have used Military Towing in the past and definitely will use them again. Can t say enough about them. Kudos.

I brought my box truck there he was polite and not rude and understandable I explained to him what was going on .and he did Good worker he did an excellent job he fixed the problem very good and he knows how to make your customers very happy he made me very happy and I will use him as my mechanic

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the people at Military Towing. I was stranded from out of town and they towed my truck, changed the battery and serpentine belt on the Sunday of a holiday weekend-that is service! I was grateful for the way I was treated and communicated with and the commitment of the staff to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Needed a tow while on vacation on a Saturday. Gave him a call, and he was there within half an hour. He even checked to see if he could get the car going before he towed it. The tow rate was VERY REASONABLE! Very nice man. He helped us out in a tough situation.

I had a deer collision late evening on February 16, while on my way to work. After contacting my auto insurance roadside assistance, my night only became worst. They were unable to find me a towing service and suggested that, I wait until morning. I was eventually contacted that, a towing service was enroute only to find out 3 hours later, they refused to service the contract! After spending all morning with my auto insurance looking for another towing service with no takers. I decided to contact MILITARY TOWING. I wasn't happy to learn that, I had another hour and a half wait due to their work load and being let down by several other towing services! I was extremely happy with their HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jason arrived when he stated he would and was completely professional! I want to highly recommend Military Towing Service for your towing needs! I know I'll use them again if, necessary.
