Let me describe my buying process, unfortunately my vehicle was totaled during halftime on super bowl Sunday. The following Friday I schedule an appointment to look at a vehicle. Woke up late, still drove out to the facility, and they steered me towards a young man named Cole.Cole at no point in time try to pressure me into purchasing any thing extra, he always gave everything that he offered as an option.I came there knowing exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it was a vehicle that they had just taken in so it was going to take some time to get it prepared.That was the easy part for me. They went above and beyond to make sure that not only did the parts get replaced, but the transition went smooth and effortlessly.I wasn't up charged, given pointless things to look over, it was right to the meat of what needed and didn't need to be on the vehicle.Even as the deadline drew near, for the vehicle to be finished, they made sure that they got it prepared for me.At no point in time did I have any inclination that I was being taken advantage of, hoodwinked, or bamboozled. There was no sleazy under tone to anything pertaining to my acquisition of the vehicle that I now possess.Thankfully the facility I was dealing with is known for having a good reputation in treating clients well.

Cole and Landin both helped me find the truck of my dreams. I m so pleased with my Silverado Trail Boss, they made my buying experience comfortable and were knowledgeable throughout. Cole was accommodating with test drives, while knowing the products he s selling. Landin assisted my financing through BoA, he helped me find packages to maintain my investment. I m both happy and grateful for an honest team, they treated me like an old family friend.

This is my third truck from Joe Cecconi. I love doing business with them! Kind, curtious, and always firm but fair. Please stay in business, you really know how to treat your customers right. Also, a huge thank you to Dino Gambino. He was a tremendous help and is just a really great guy!

Great experience! The man that greeted me as soon as I walked in the dealership was very nice and helpful. Brian S. was my Salesman. He was patient, professional, a good communicator, not pushy and a pleasure to work with. Mary Beth confirmed the finances, answered my questions and was very helpful. All the people that answer the phone at the dealership were pleasant and polite. Basically everyone I dealt with were wonderful people.

AWFUL service. Purchased a Jeep there in 21. Amy Sabers doesn t know how to put a vehicle in drive and tried to offer 1k on my trade in that was at a 7k KBB value. The extended warranty was worthless as both the warranty provider and the dealership denied claims that were clearly covered via the contract with no explanation. And to top it off, they tried to sell me a new vehicle while I was in the waiting room waiting for service to be doneI ve genuinely not heard any person say anything good about here after I told them I went to Joe s. Keep looking. Go somewhere else. Your dream vehicle is out there, but it s not at Joe Cecconi s

They sold my mom a Red Jeep Renegade Limited in the Fall after trading in her last one and sold her an extended warranty!!! She only drives locally - a few thousand over several years maximum!!! Taking advantage of an 85 year old woman!! Gus was the salesperson. Terrible business.Update:We spoke to the GM at Cecconi today and they assured us they will make good on this situation and they stated it was an offer that was accepted by my Mom not knowing she has difficulties. They were very receptive to refunding any part of the extended warranty when appropriate . I am hopeful this will work out and that they will continue to take this into consideration with future sales to elderly individuals.

Had a great experience before I ever walked in to the dealership, Rob Fleming was informative and professional over the phone, and answered any questions I had about leasing a new vehicle. When I arrived at dealership I was immediately greeted and never had to wait around for a salesperson, Rob was very helpful and went through everything throughly. He answered any questions I had and also insisted on making sure he took me out to my new truck, and showed me how everything worked, and walked me thorough the programming of everything I needed. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely recommend Rob Fleming as your sales person! ! and Cecconi s Chrysler Complex as your dealership.

From the first phone call with Cole put my mind at ease. I came in to the dealership was serviced by Amy. She was phenomenal. I drove the car decided to buy it. The process was simple. Everybody in the building was respectful I so enjoyed. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car I highly recommend.

I have bought many new cars the last 5 from Joe Cecconi's . My newest purchase 2/13/23 from salesman Gus Haddad had to be the best purchase ever . Gus had my Jeep perfectly cleaned and ready for pick up. He is honest , reliable and is a very likable person with a great attitude . Julian "Pancho" Santiago is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I have bought and leased many cars from him over the years and will never go to anyone else. He takes care of his customers and looks out for their best interests in every aspect. I will always be a loyal customer of his.When it comes to the service department of Joe Cecconis I have watched it decline for years and it is at its worst currently. I will never bring my car there for any service again. I have had many bad experiences in the service department from rediculous time management to not having the service done that I was there for and told they forgot. There is no excuse for the things they do.I will always buy vehicles from Pancho but go somewhere else for services

Rob Fleming is such a great salesperson ! I had some issues with my purchase but Wow he fixed me up real good Ask for him when you buy your car, he is such a nice person, got me in and out less than an hour, he gets back to you asap if you have any issues, top notch salesperson ! Best salesman i ever had buying a car !

My fiance and I worked with Edward. The whole process was easy and fast. We never felt pressured or mislead. Also, the finance department was able to get us a very competitive interest rate! We saw the car on Thursday and picked it up Friday. We would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Had the greatest experience with purchasing this vehicle. Johnathan Artidiello was the absolute best. When the first vehicle that I was looking at sold a half hour before I got there, he went to work and found this one for me. Was the easiest and most pleasurable experience that I have ever had. Great job and thanks goes out to Johnathan and making the experience as seamless as possible! Easily the best dealer I've dealt with in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. I wouldn't say they are perfect, the only real issue I had was they seemed very insistent on using their own financing - but every dealership does that now. They were very upfront that I can refinance the loan if needed and I appreciated the honesty. Other than that I can't say a single bad thing. They didn't sell the vehicle I called about just hours ago like many conveniently do, and even though they had just gotten it so it wasn't ready for sale yet, I got to come take a look and test drive it as well as put down a small (like very small and reasonable) payment for them to hold the vehicle. They kept me in the loop as service looked it over, and really went above and beyond to make it a simple and easy process. The finance person I worked with was a dream, she was not pushy with a warranty and simply explained what options I had and let me choose. All this and their prices are some of the best in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out! I worked with Brian who was honestly the best, and left the dealer happy and not feeling ripped off or lied to, it was easily my best car buying experience to date. Definitely check them out if you are in the area and looking for a vehicle!

Was an extremely positive experience. The staff welcomed me and made sure I was aware of everything I needed as a first time car buyer. Gus and Davin were both honest and open about my purchase and I have recommended the dealership and them to multiple people already. If I plan on purchasing another car they will be the first to know!

The environment here is great, everyone is friendly and helpful, and Gus was excellent throughout the process and got me into a car I really wanted. Great customer service! They really take care of you here. Even offer to bring the car to me after the sale! A nice young man came to the house with my license plates and paperwork. We completed the sale in my driveway! I love my 2020 Jeep Cherokee ! A great find in 2023 , it only had 13,000 miles! Would recommend this dealership.

Their company is the worst to deal with I had called to go into to purchase a charger widebody. Then was told to reschedule due to weather. So I gave sales manager my info on the vehicle I had plan to trade in drove all the way to dealership for him to come back and tell me that they don't purchase Hondas. So was a straight waste of time . I would have wanted to purchase a Mopar again but this company put a bad taste in my mouth. So I will never go back to them ever again and I will never recommend anyone.

We were so pleased with the kind courtesy and attentive service provided by your sales manager Renee Campbell. We have least a few vehicles from Cecconi s auto complex over the years. We drive from Webster NY all the way to BUffalo an 1.5 hour drive to do business we Joe Cecconi s Mike Jensen and his sales team always know how to get us into the right vehicle.

Super easy to buy a car. Gus was a great guy super friendly. We had chatted on email for awhile even on a weekend. I have never had such an easy car buying experience in my life. Even as I was getting my keys. Gus asked me do I have an ezpass. He then gave me tape to put up the new one. I am very happy with my Dodge Durango . I will be back.

Had an Amazing experience working with mason seger , he didn t stop till he found the perfect car for me and still even after things went haywire he didn t stop still I left with an awesome car in my price range with an awesome amount of miles , I truly thank him to the fullest , if you need a car definitely stop in and go see Mason!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!
