Immediately as soon as they answer the phone, you are met with kindness and respect.Even if their shop is busy, they will always make the time to at minimum assess the situation with your vehicle at minimum, especially if you are a damsel in distress.The way they put it is, I look at it as; what if it were my wife or my daughter in that situation. Which is very well put. I had broken down hours away from home and stranded. He was able to accommodate for an unfortunate and stressful situation.I walked away knowing my car was taken care of. I appreciate the work they did for me and my daughter. I would definitely give them business in the future!

I appreciate Giovanni's service, kindness and warm words in my urgent situation. My tire pressure was suddenly low and he fix them right away very kindly in the cold weather. Thank you very much. One of the best auto repair shops.

The people here are amazing! I was recently in the area visiting a friend and ended up being stranded on the side of the road. I was pretty panicked as I am a young girl from Canada and this was my first time ever having car troubles and my first time crossing the boarder on my own. The owner saw me struggling while he was out with his family for lunch and was kind enough to offer me assistance on his day off. Him and his co-worker were both very kind and helped me get back on the road back home. They were super honest and even let me watch and learn a thing or two as I really enjoy learning about this kind of stuff. They even didn t charge me for the repair, the owner stated that he would want someone to do the same for his daughter and honestly it touched my heart. Great to know there is still good genuine people in this world.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spending the day with family enjoying the falls when our Kia started making a horrible banging sound. Rolled into Giovanni s at 4:45, he hopped into the car, drove it around the block, and immediately knew it was a lose tire. Tightened all the lugs and had us back on the road in 5 minutes, no charge!!! Glad there are still businesses and people like this, who step up when others are in need. Giovanni s gave us a safe and happy ending to our vacation.

I was vacationing to see the falls. While on the custom line, my 2-year old Kia Sorento began to overheat. I able to drive to a parking lot and tried to get help.I called Giovanni's and he said come over and he'll see what he and his guys could do. He looked at my car and saw the connection to the fan was loose and fixed the issue.He was kindness and compassion to a frantic mom who was hundreds of miles from home!

We were camping when the transfer case in our truck started to fail. Phone call to Giovanni telling him of our distress. He said if you get the part, I ll have you on the road tomorrow. Khalid is the greatest Mechanic you will ever encounter. Honest great work 100% of the time. The kindest man you'll want to meet. And he knows his stuff. You go with a problem come back with it resolved.

I went to the dealership with my Mercedes Benz and was told I had to pay 3500 to get the air ride fixed. Giovanni auto did it for only 500. The workers and owner are very polite. I recommend anyone who has any issues with there vehicle or if your looking for a nice reliable vehicle to go there.

I had a wheel bearing go bad suddenly on my drive back from NY to Michigan. Not being from the area I had no idea who to call. After calling a few places with no answer, Khalid answered my call and said I could bring it in to get checked out. He basically dropped everything to help me out ASAP. He and Anthony did a great job and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation recommending this place! Thanks again Khalid!!!

My girlfriend and I were vacationing to Niagra Falls for her birthday and my radiator blew right before crossing into Canada. This was about 1hr before they closed on Thursday. Kalid (sorry if I misspelled) made sure we didn't ruin our trip, fit us into his PACKED schedule, and had the car back the next day. And at a reasonable rate. Thank you so much for the help! Yes I went there and they fix my tire and they gave me a reasonable price and he did it in a short amount of time and I sat in the car while he did it I didn't even have to get out of the car
