I've never had any issues with Delta Sonic. Except my blade fell off once which they did replace. I've use the unlimited car wash for years. Back when it was half the price.I had the unlimited interior but they barely clean it while it goes through the area.When the club cleaning area was opened I just do it myself. BTW I love the new club area.I think you should keep the price you signed up for or for members who have been signed up for 10-15+ years.The 2024 Coupon Book is definitely worth it. if you give away. I'm glad I purchased for $5.I had recent oil change and they forgot to give me a reminder sticker and reset my oil change message in my Jeep. They usually do but not this last time.

Went for an oil change this morning and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was exceptional, and the four-employee team were all helpful, courteous, and informative. At the end of the service Carlos gave me a business sized card that asked for a review. Employees mentioned in the review would be rewarded. I'm all for employee recognition on a job well done ! Thank-you to Carlos, Connor, Austin and Marc. What you did and how you did it was much appreciated.

Carlos, Brian and Vinny provided excellent service and information to me today while getting my oil change. They advised me on what to do about my LED light and didn t try any condescending games with me. Quick, professional and thorough.

I m only giving 3 stars because what was done on my car was perfect. But a hour after paying $800 for new brakes, back & front, I was driving through Grand Island when all of a sudden my car began to shake very violently. Something was very wrong and I immediately called the service department and almost had to beg them to check out what happened. The young man who did my brakes left a flash light in my wheel barring! Which could ve caused significant damage to my car if I hadn t swung right back around. Love these guys but that could ve been really bad. Just make sure if they service your car that they don t leave anything anywhere.

This review is for Delta Sonics in general and for their Unlimited Washes program. I sign up for the 25 dollars a month unlimited program. I was told I was being charged a pro-rate of $9.99 for my first month, only to be charged a full $25.00 the next week. Two days after that charge, I was hit with another $25.00. Last I checked, this was 25 per month, not 50 per week!That's not even the best part. I tried to visit three car washes and everyone of them had a sign: Car Wash Closed. What's the point of subscribing to this plan if I'm not even able to use it during DS's operating hours?The only positive I have was with the ease I was able to cancel my plan. I'll gladly stick with the DIY car wash that's closest to me instead of Delta Sonic.

This is the biggest ripoff! Don't go here for oil changes. They over charge big time. An oil change for my car anywhere else $100, Delta Sonic $176. Don't go there. Go to your dealership or mechanic where prices are where they should be. If I wasn't already in the bay I would never have paid that price. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

This location always has a car wash line out to the street with a slow moving processing. There is no benefit to the fast pass because the setup of the drive thru is actually longer for those two kiosks. If you want your car washed on a nice day plan for 30-45 minutes or more in line.

An update:Thank you to Taylor C. and your team for making up for the previous visit! We were able to get a re-do of the previous service and they even threw in an extra service for the inconvenience. Taylor let me know that they wouldn't be there, but made sure that another manager knew exactly what we needed. That is the right way to do customer service! The car looks great and we are very happy.Original post:My fiance and I were at this location last week. We paid $40.00 for the Super Interior Steamed & Sanitized service. We asked them if they could clean the trunk and they said the would. However, the trunk was never touched. The floor mats were cleaned very thoroughly, but that was about it. When the car was returned, the attendant left her rags in the car. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the form isn't working. Very disappointed.

I have to say the car wash experience was great. The workers ,from the girls who collect the money, to the cloth dryers were all pleasant and kind. We tipped well.I think sometimes the boys pull the cars in too close to each other. My son had an accident when a women's car hit the backend of his truck in the middle of the wash!I was not happy with the oil change people or their work. They were unprofessional and rude. All my tire stem caps were missing when I got home. I didn't realize I had to go around to each tire and check if they were put back on. They must have a pile of them in the garage, since a friend of mine said that has happened to him also. We know we won't be back for an oil change.The car wash section is probably a safe place to spend your money, if you slow yourself down to not be too close to the car in front of you and let the boy wave his arms frantically. You won't have and accident, if the car behind you does the same.

Detail shop is absolutely horrible!!! Cat licked the inside of my car and when it was done the guy never came to me to look at my he just put my keys on the desk ! I had to go clean my own damn car!

27 degrees outside and the kids here are working with water hose/sprayers to get the layer of salt and grime off vehicles before entering the conveyor belt wash. There is a package that can be purchased here for unlimited washes for a few dollars a month. I got the $15.75 wash, which came to$16.20 ish after taxes. The wash is good for five days. So if it snows tomorrow or the next day I can get a free wash. Not to shabby for $16.00 There is a drying area were the Delta Sonic folks use airbrush hoses and clean towels to finish off your vehicle. This service is free. You may tip based on how well they do if you like. It s always busy around 11:30-12:45 and 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Oil changes, air, gas pumps are offered here. They do offer a vehicle detailing service as well.

Each time at the falls I ve had a very pleasant experience. Today I needed an inspection and tire rotation. John R took great care of me and explained everything before I went into the waiting room. The newly upgraded waiting room was great.

Have been bringing our 2011 Toyota 4Runner here for years. Never a bad experience or, the biggest, Pushy Salesmen!!! I say no, they are cool with and move to the next item. Elvis, River & Vinny were working on my truck today -oil change and tire rotation. From greeting, getting me out of the bay safely, to payment a great experience and better - an awesome bunch at Delta. Keep up the great work!!

Great service! Oil change in and out in 20min. ( I am sure this depends on the time of day you are there, as I have had some long waits). Elvis, Vinny and Lindz not only made appropriate recommendations, but also showed me where things were going well.Overall a great experience, staff was friendly and always had a smile, even when we went through for a car was where Liz waited on us.

I had the best service today at Delta Sonic in the falls. I had spent hours driving & calling around trying to get an oil change and tires . with no luck. Everybody either had a very long waiting list or scheduled for next week which didn t work for me. My daughter is a member & suggested I become a member to save on my oil change. I took her advice and was blown away by the professionalism, thoroughness & efficiency in the staff. In addition I didn t even know they sold tires, as a member a ordered my tires at a factory rate!!! You talking about winning!!! Delta Sonic, Elvis & staff made my day .Thank you. So glad I finally joined, looking forward to all the benefits!
