I had a tractor that had starting issues.This was during busy August mower-repair season. It was a thorny problem. They were competent and stuck with it.I was very pleased and felt well served. Very easy to work with.

Bought my Gravely ZT from local Endicott dealer 10yrs ago. Making horrible noises and unable to diagnose easily I was fearing the worst. Quintin was super helpful and told me what to look for and was spot on! Could have taken weeks and any amount of money they wanted because I had no other options but instead told me what to try, sold me oem replacement parts at a great price and had me up and running the same day. Im no kid so I really miss old school helpful, friendly, & honest. I love the place! So glad to find Little s

Called and wanted tires mounted for my Ferris Zero turn the person said they only mount the tires if you buy them there . She suggested I send mine back and buy from them . Never doing business or buying parts from them again. . Very poor business practice as I have spent quite amount of money there for other items . John Deere for me . I can understand the policy but for an existing customer you could have done better .

Quintin is great! I couldn't make it there before they closed so he arranged to meet me there 4.5 hrs after closing to purchase something. I mean it was a sale over $400 so something like a belt purchase might've needed to wait till Monday instead of on Saturday after closing- thank you again Quintin

I called for a belt for my Snapper 500Z mower on 4/28/21, was told that it was in stock and the price for shipping would be $15. I expected the belt to arrive by Saturday yet it didn`t arrive until Monday the 3rd of May. To my disbelief the USPS postage amounted to only $4.60! I called looking for a refund and was told that she tried to ship it UPS but it would have been $20. She refused to refund the difference of charging $15 for something that only cost $4.60 because she had to go to the post office! If you are running a business one would think that if you are going to ship customers purchases you should know by who and the cost before you over charge a customer. I have dealt with Little`s twice now and found them to be very rude. If you are a "regular" customer they seem more than willing to chat with you...if they don`t know you....GOOD LUCK! This was my last time dealing with them. I can get better and faster delivery service online.

Great place for parts. Always helpful and friendly. If they don't have it in stock they can get it, sometimes overnight. Prices are about the same as online stores. They also sell higher-end consumer and professional power equipment, like Simplicity tractors and Echo chainsaws and trimmers.

What an awesome place just got a new Ferris 3300 and the gentleman that helped me was amazing, I honestly didn t know it could be that easy.If I could rate them higher I would if your in the market for any lawn care equipment, shame on you if you don t go see them.

Little's Lawn Equiptment is completely stocked with all equiptment and service related to land and lawn maintenance and development. Plus, they service and repair all brands as well as sell a complete line of machines and service. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. My recent visit involved new tires and mounting for a 20 year old Snapper riding Mower . Good people and fair pricing for service. John

Awesome folks....left with a Massey compact loader backhoe combo and couldnt be happier. My only complaint is they didnt sell me all the attachmets...no pushy sales at all. Family bussiness and everyone helps. I highly reccomend.

I purchased a 2019 Simplicity zero turn mower last spring. I just purchased a 2020 Massey Ferguson tractor this spring. This family owned business is knowlogible and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thanks..johnC

If you liked going to Endicott Tractor in Endicott you will LOVE the drive to Little's and as for the staff and all, totally reminds me of Endicott Tractor. Love this place and cannot wait to get back up there.

If you work on your own equipment, these guys are extremely helpful and can get you all the right parts. If you don't work on your own equipment they will and they do it right
