I recently had my Dodge Caravan repaired after hitting deer. The work and turnaround time was absolutely excellent. I ve used them for previous repairs as well and always done quickly and very high quality. Customer service is great as well. They make an uncomfortable time much more pleasant. I highly recommend their service.

Fantastic service and excellent repair work done on my Audi SUV after encounter with a deer. Jane is extremely nice and very pleasant to deal with as was Jerry. Highly recommended but I hope I don t need them again! Bill from Burt

The entire staff is so friendly and caring. After the stress of an accident they went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and easy for me. It's extremely rare to find this level of personal and professionalservice in any industry. I can't say enough about the excellent service, and the beautiful job they did on my car. I would recommend the team at pow carstar Newfane to every one.

Pow Carstar in Newfane is the best!!. They made it easy to have my car repaired. I dropped it off and they updated me on when the work would be complete. They were even ahead of schedule. Car looks like new. Thank you.

I recently brought my car in for repairs due to a collision. Gary (and also Wayne) was very professional, communicated regularly and was very patient with me during some "bumps in the road" which were not his fault but did cause some delays. Once all the parts arrived, he worked very quickly and repaired my car to brand new. Very pleasant people to deal with and I'm very pleased with my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were professional from the very beginning to the end of the job. The job was done in a timely fashion. The work is excellent you can't even tell we're the damage was done. I would recommend them to my family and friends if they were to ever need work done.

All I ll say is I dropped my car off with nice stiff brakes I picked it back up 2 weeks latter with brakes that I have to pump to get it to stop it was in the shop for a windshield and side view mirror never again

Had the bed repaired on my Silverado pickup, damaged from deer hit on one side and rear end accident on the other.POW Collision made it like new. Gary answered any questions I had. They are very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

This was the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Wayne and team did an amazing job on my vehicle, kept me informed, took care of all the insurance communication, and made the entire process pleasant. I got backed into at a gas station. This place was one of my options per her insurance. I went into it half expecting to get the short end of the stick since they weren't a choice from my insurance. Consultation appointment went extremely well. Very polite, great with communicating everything with you at every step of the way. They were very professional. The good service I was provided at that estimate was what made me decide to actually use them for the repair. The process went seemlessly. They stayed within the time frame, which we also planned for extra time in case they found extra damage. They even went out of their way to use a bit of touch up paint until they could get me in because I was worried about the visual of it. All in all, highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again if I ever needed to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
