I have purchased many cars from many different dealerships before but never during a pandemic. I called Thruway Nissan in search of purchasing a Rogue. I spoke with Peter Burnett, the general manager. He was kind, honest, understanding and truthful. He made me feel comfortable on the phone when I spoke to him. I asked if I could sleep on the deal, but emailed him after closing that I wanted the car. Next morning, We spoke, no games, no hidden fees; just a fast delivery that afternoon and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Thruway Nissan, but it s Peter Burnett that made me feel comfortable. Don t hesitate because of the pandemic if you need a car..they make reservations and minimal people are in the dealership, all using masks for safety. Cars are sanitized. My sales representative Jason is amazing! My car broke down in the middle of a pandemic and as an essential worker, I needed a car FAST! Professionalism superb! I really appreciate everything! Thank you Jason, Mike, Mike and Mike. Yes guys, there are three people named Mike!

Absolutely best dealership I've been to. Very efficient. Wastes no time and doesnt try to sell you junk at a high price. I drove 4 hours to get a vehicle and I wasnt tossed around or screwed over. Very high quality products. I was relieved that they actually did a very thorough inspection in the vehicle and if i had a concern they were quick to look into it. Jay was my salesman and honestly made me and my husband feel welcomed and close to home. He is very personable, honest and pleasant to deal with. I would reccomend him to anyone who is buying a car. Bit of a drive but well worth it. Their prices are great too. I tried to look for a car locally and everyone was very high priced to the value of the car. Thruway nissan had great prices and did not dissapoint. They also worked really hard to make a deal go through and beat prices. Overall I had a wonderful experience!!!

Very quick and professional staff. Everyone was wearing masks and keeping their distance. The visit was for regular maintenance on the Rogue I purchased here.
