The only owner operator friendly diesel shop that knows how to correctly diagnose and fix diesel engines around here 5 stars and when was broken halfway down the jersey shore they still found me a very fair price towing from Initial Response Towing! figured Id come on here and give them the credit that they deserve. Thanks. Edit: photo added good job on the bumper guys pay attention to detail. (They did much more than bumper 5+ times - good engine work too)

We were traveling through the area in my motorhome on the New York Thruway. The engine started overheating and we had to pull off the road. We called our coach net people to assist and they sent a wrecker and had it towed to phase 2 diesel. Without knowing anything about the people I was concerned what the outcome may be. This was before, I had the opportunity to meet Victor, the owner and his staff. After this meeting, I had total confidence that the work will be done fairly properly and economically as possible. It was approximately 1 o clock when we arrived at their location by the time they quit that day at four they have been able to work me in and determine that the thermostat was bad on the engine And they had the parts in stock and they would get to work on it the next morning. The next morning Josh started working on the engine and around 1030, He had it finished tested checked and everything was working fine. The invoice was fair for the work that was done . And they were very accommodating to allow us to park there overnight. I hope I don t have another breakdown of that nature but if I did, I would sure like it to be very close to them so I will be able to go back to the shop, in my opinion , Victor and his crew are top drawer and would treat anyone is fairly as possible.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

engine r&r took 47h of labor to dress a crate block with all new parts double book time<100mi-Trans cooler lines came loose-Fuel bowl leaking- Brand new Up-Pipes leaking-ignition damaged during replacement due to key being lost at the shop<2k miInjectors came loose causing catastrophic failureNot a shop for quality.R&r took 3m to complete after they received the crate block so definitely not a shop for speed.

I had a complicated diagnostic issue after my Cummins turbo diesel pickup stopped running on the NY Thruway. Phase 2 gave special attention due to the personal emergency. They were deliberate in diagnosing and replacing the hard to get part needed. They repaired the truck and had me back on the road in 48 hours. Scott handled the repair with Kenyon brainstorming and ordering the hard to get part. Vic, an owner, was friendly. Adam and Jenn in the office were very helpful. Roberto assisted Scott and helped generally. Cost was reasonable. They did a superb job and are highly professional! Thank you so much!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Hands down the best repair shop I have ever brought my trucks to! Vic and his team are a pleasure to deal with, they are always trying to keep the costs down and to get me back up and running as quickly as possible. While on vacation 3,000 mi from home are Dodge pickup gave up the go I called the first Cummings repair shop and the gentleman told me to if I could drive the truck to there shop and they would look at it We got there about 3:30 they close at 5:00 they diagnosed the problem and then ordered parts, the next day, the warehouse sent some of the parts laid on Thursday so we had to spend the weekend waiting for the rest of the parts on the following Monday. The staff were very accommodating and helpful they even let us park our trailer in the backyard while we waited for parts. Made sure we had water or our RV and gas for our generator I highly recommend this shop for anybody that's got to Cummins diesel!Thank you Victor, Canyon and all your staff. John & Debbie

Vic and his guys are excellent. We went here for warranty work on our Cummins ISL 9. They did a great job and completed the work pretty quickly . Great heavy duty independent shop!

Brought my Diesel Pusher here for an inspection and some tuning. Vic is a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff. He got me in and out before the weekend and I was very pleased with the work he performed. I highly recommend Phase 2 for anything diesel.

Phase II Diesel were great to work with, very professional, fast service, I gave them a 5 star because it's the highest they fixed my problem quickly and it was worth every penny. Was referred by anther Mechinic the truck sat there for almost 5 months very hard to get a hold of the owner Victor and very short and dry I asked how much it was gonna cost and we told him it needed a cylinder for the dump body played us around to the end to say that his guys didn t wanna do it like who hires help to say what they want and don t want to do and I asked him did he check the truck out he goes no we didn t we wasn t asked to once I relayed this to my Mechinic he said he told Victoria to check it front to back and why didn t he his response was he didn t because he thought it was a money issue because I asked how much the service the attude is blown me away so if you care to ask a price like normal people he might get affended and do what they want and not what you need now I m left with a truck with blocks holding a dump body up I can t use after paying a 26k bill do not recommend

Broke down on RT 84 in the middle of the night in a 1967 Greyhound bus. Tow truck operator said Victor was a great guy and would help me if he could. Very easy to deliver products to & it s right off South Robinson which is the main drag. They service a ton of heavy trucks & seem to be super busy which means they have reasonable prices & do good work.

My trailer light was burned to replaced that he charged me 157 dollar he replaced the light in 5 minutes and charged me 125 an hour then 16 dollar for the light plus tax my fella truck drivers be careful from these thieves they will ripp you off

Nothing ! For small hold in my trl roof (1 hour labor ) ,charge my $ 469 !!!2,5 hours !!! In me log I have 1,43 minutes!! Little glue $35,small patch 55 ....CRAZY!!I don t recommend this place !!
