Great service! It's 23 degrees out here and they are cranking out our cars clean and shiny. Now, these folks earn their TIPS! Their detail service is also top notch. Monthly car wash plans are reasonable with 3 plans available, no limit on the number of washes. I literally came back twice in one day and had no problem.

Just went here for the first time on a recommendation. I went for a 30 minute detail . Everyone here was exceptionally nice and helpful and my detail was amazing! It came out to 75 bucks and my car hasn't looked like this since I bought it from the dealer. I'm still shocked how good it looks .

I'm trying to decide if $60 a month for unlimited washes and interior cleaning is worth the money. They generally do a good job. Car looked good afterward. Not thrilled when I saw the guy who cleans the floor mats sling them across the cleaning area so they can be reinstalled. Jury is still out. Worried about scratches and swirls that other car washes inflict. So far no sign of these on my new car. Overall grade... Incomplete.

Let s just get this out of the way first. It cost more to wash your car here. But, it is well worth the time saved having to dry and vacuum your own car after getting it washed like most places. I have used nearly every car wash in the area and this is by far the best. They focus on the details such as cleaning door, trunk sills, etc., all the high touch areas are addressed. Worth the trip.

I have to hand it to the owner. He Employes a lot of people there. They all seem to like them very much. He's very personal and he says hi to you when you standing there. Waiting for your car. All the employees acknowledge you say good morning or good afternoon. Whatever it may be. Once in a blue moon they'll slip on the windows of the car or something like that. But that understandable. Not how many cars they do a day but I love the place.

I can't recommend this auto service center enough! Their exceptional service has kept me coming back as a loyal customer for some time now. They're always attentive to detail, offer reasonable prices, and have convenient working hours that fit my busy schedule. If you're looking for a top-notch mechanic, be sure to ask for Chaves - he's one of the best! Believe me, you won't be disappointed.

Far and away the best car wash in the area. Tons of experienced staff that always do a top notch job. I drive 30 minutes and pay a toll because they are that much better than everyone else in the area.

I want to thank these guys. My daughter needed her car inspected but she doesn't have a lot of time. She made an appointment. They took her on time and she out in 20 minutes. Another place, nearby gave her an appointment but when she got there she was told it might be 2 hours.

I used to come all the time because the service was very good. Then, my orders changed and I only come once a month. Sadly, I have not found service as good. Please keep up the good work. Good service is hard to find

Great crew of ppl working there . The guys in the mechanical dept are awesome ... extremly helpful and knowledgable and extremly curtious . They go way out of there way to resolve a problem till is solved .Been going there for many years and will continue too .

Good work but some parts in the interior not clean well like the dashboard and the outside rocker panels in the bottom not scrubb so when dry it looks dirty also car ain t dried all the way

Steve the Detail Manager was very friendly and inviting upon arrival which was nice. I was given a gift card for the $149.99 interior exterior detail and dropped my car off at 9am. 3:30 PM I was called to come get the car as it was done. To me this is reasonable time as you want it done right. Exterior of the car was immaculate. The handful of detailers were very friendly and waved and said hello. From the roof to the wheels the car was shining and sparkling. I went inside to pay using the gift card and had to pay $13 for "tax". This was gifted to me for a fathers day present via local flavor website. If they are going to charge you tax they should charge at the time of the purchase. The last thing I would want is to gift someone this and have them have to pay out of pocket for anything. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed in all areas including the trunk. Hard to reach areas mainly between the seats were touched by missed a lot of small crumbs etc.. They use an interior dressing or an amoral of some time to wipe down the dash, seats and interior components. They used way to much and in spots its puddling. Everything I touch is very oily and greasy. The seats will absorb it in a week or so but the plastic interior parts will not. I will definitely come back for exterior detail but the interior I would have to seriously consider it. Maybe Steve or another manager can walk the customer inside and out of the car prior to handing the customer their keys.

I went to get my car washed on Saturday August 26,2023. I had a bad experience years ago with this place but decided to try again since everyone raved about them. I just purchased my car a few months ago and the car needed a wash . The guy recommended which wash I should get and I did $32.00. I watched when they were wiping down my car and kept showing what they had missed. I gave the guy a $5.00 tip. When I got home I mentioned that I finally got my car washed. My daughter in law said my rims on passenger side had brown on them. Sure enough I checked and there was something on them. I guess I missed it because of the way the car was parked. I called the place and spoke with Haley who I thought was helpful. She took my name, phone number, license plate number and told me to come in today which I did. No charge she said. I go there this morning and one guy says I need it to be detailed that it didn't happen there. I have a bad habit of always checking my car everyday and that was not on my rims when I went in. He then passed me on to someone else. That guy actually tried to take it off so I thought. At least he was trying to help. I then went in to the cashier Ava and explained everything to her. She could not find any of my information in the system that I had given to her sister the night before. She did text her sister for information. Nothing. She ended up giving me the owner/managers name and number. I left a message. So far ,no response. Before I left I did check out the two rims on the passengers side. Most of the marks came off but there is still brown on them. The only one that was helpful was the black guy who tried to scrub it off. I found out his name is Michael. Now I know why I don't like car washes. You never know what to expect. I personally wouldn't recommend this place but that is only my opinion.

Would be zero stars if I could. Paid almost $40 for a so called showroom finish. Water spots on my windshield and sunroof, dried polish on my driverside door, dust still on dash, dirt still on my glovebox door, dust still in all of the cup holders, as well as the door panels. Very very very dissatisfied with the quality. Will never go back to this place.

The service is very good, I ended my membership because the quality of the washing had decreased. They stopped putting soap in the machines and they told me that it is the administration that made the decision. I paid 50 dollars a month and my car was dirty all the time. Furthermore, those who pay monthly do not pay attention and if they pay for a regular service that is not a membership, they wash your car very well. "

I have gotten my car washed twice now and have been so pleased with how clean my car is when it s done getting washed. I've been going here since it opened, and have never had an experience like these negative reviews. I'm always happy, the employees are quick and efficient, and work together to give me a clean car inside and out. I find these negative reviews hard to believe. It also seems that they are not reading the description of the interior package they are buying. You are not getting a detail for $30. You get a vacuum and basic wipe down...not in the crevices and cup holders. You get what you pay for, they are not going to spend an hour on your $30 car wash. Buy a detail if you want your car detailed.Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Great Place! Great people! Quality work! Stopped by for a meeting & the place was packed...yet moving at a steady pace. One thing that stood out to me - ALL THE CUSTOMERS WERE SMILING while they waited under a huge umbrella with their dogs and cold drinks, chatting & passing the time while their cars were being detailed, serviced and/or washed. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and you can feel that vibe when you're there! I live across the street from a carwash and I might go there for a quick rinse but, for the important stuff I'll drive the 20 mins to have Newburgh Auto Spa take care of me & my car...totally worth it!Services: Full body wash, Scratch removal, Tires, Clay bar treatment, Headlight polishing, Seat shampooing, Polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Brakes, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Brake service & repair, Car waxing, Oil change
