Staff is always friendly and the service is good. Work is done in a timely manner. I don't like how they've changed the area where you talk to your service advisor. No privacy and nowhere to sit. I don't think it's too comfortable for their employees.

Although my experience at Morehead used to be very good, this time it has not been so good.....I have called twice to schedule service and was told someone would call me back. No one ever called. I just called again and insisted on getting an appointment ....no calling back. I did get an appointment but the scheduler wanted me to leave the car and pick it up later. Huh? .... What has happened to the good service that used to be the norm at Morehead Honda? Disappointing. Kate

We love honda Morehead, that's the best car we seen I recommend buy it honda Morehead, the valet I like,but the lady working there she think she's the owner ,, the service excellent, the sales people I love,fantastic people, the manager's excellent service and friendly staff honda Morehead number 1.

Over 4 hours for an oil change (B1). Ridiculous! I made an appointment which was said to be 2 hours, it was well over 4 hours. To make matter worse, 7/28 the service was completed, by 8/23 my (B1) light is back on. I have traveled 1,100 miles during this time and now I need another oil change? This is horrible. If you can not be trusted to do the simple things (change oil, put sticker in car, reset sensors, etc.), how can you be trusted with more important things?I called Wednesday (8/24) 8:30am to speak to a service manager to address my issues... there was no service manager on duty for the day. I left a message to have them call me on Thursday, I never received a call back. I called them back on Friday, spoke with service manager, and requested a refund. They can not refund the money. I was told to bring the car back to have them look at it. I do not trust this service department, I'll take my $56 loss on the oil change (the one that never happened) and take my business elsewhere.I do not recommend this service department.Service: Oil change

I've had my 2019 Honda Pilot serviced here since I purchased it 11/2018. Up until recently, I have previously had nothing but positive experiences here with everyone from Joseph Nesheiwat (sales), Bill/Bob (shuttle drivers) and Jacqueline Olsen (service advisors).During my last service appointment, technicians failed to reset my oil life indicator, forgot to remove the expired sticker from my windshield as I requested and they agreed to do and I was left with unanswered questions on how to address the recurring transmission issue I've been having with my vehicle for months. Just yesterday I was contacted and advised I am responsible to cover 25% (almost $800) of the cost to replace a torque converter on my vehicle. A repair that should be covered under my powertrain warranty as I've been advising the service department of my transmission issues for months and even took photos to commemorate the same.Giving history the benefit of the doubt and knowing it is natural for any and everyone to have a bad day, I am hoping my present issue with my Honda will be handled with the same professionalism, courtesy and efficiency I've come to expect from Morehead and I can return with an update on my review of both the service department and my purchase of a 2023/2024 Pilot.Stay tuned.Update:A service manager did in fact reach out to me personally and offered to "split the cost with me" to replace a faulty torque converter that has been plaguing my 2019 Pilot since we'll before I got 60k miles on the car (while the car was still under warranty). While I did appreciate someone taking the time to personally address this matter with me, I ultimately still feel the ball was dropped and the whole experience has unfortunately left a blemish on the standard I once held for Honda's reliability and reputation.

Would've been 5 stars if I didn't have to travel such a distance to get Oil Change. There's a Honda Service Center 15 minutes from me

Disappointed with my experience, what they wanted to do would have cost me over $450, found an auto place charged me $204 and found a blockage in my windshield fluid hose and fixed that!! My previous dealership didn't do upcharges.
