First time order review. Order went smoothly & prepaid. On day of expected delivery I call to confirm the parts arrived. Sebastian answers and no matter what question I asked he was just a supreme jerk on the phone. He was not helpful and literally refused to help answer my questions after giving me conflicting information. Uggh Thankfully when I arrived at the Newburgh location I talk to Cesar who was unbelievably nice. Caesar found my parts and even carried them out for me. Thanks Caesar and Sebastian 2 you were so uncool

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bought a used transmission from them was never offered a warranty then when the part was put into my car it came back bad with a ton of other problems. Went back for a replacement was told no warranty so that ment i was responsible for the labor bought the warrnty then the second one was bad as well the company did nothing to rectify the problem we eventually went through 4 TRANSMISSIONS BEFORE THE MANAGER SAID HE NO LONGER WANTED TO GO ANY FURTHER WORSE PLACE TO SO BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN OR A BLACK WOMAN!
