I have had two of my high end cars done In ceramic coating by Alex. The owner of Flawless Auto Detail. The job he did was Exceptional. He really knows his craft. His prices were great. And on top of that, a really nice and honest guy.

I have been using Alex s service for 3-4 years now. He never disappoints. Over the years I have been through a 1/2 dozen different detailers. They always start out good and then the quality drops. Not with Flawless. Clearly Alex loves what he does and it shows through in his work. Thanks Alex. You Always take such good car of me!

We pulled into Flawless Auto Detail and couldn't comprehend how we were looking at the SAME truck we had dropped off just hours before! We were completely speechless. We brought Alex our black on black exterior AND interior SUV which we leased RIGHT before getting our husky, Rocco He was then always in the truck, anyone who has a husky definitely understands the insane amount of hair that is flying all around & into every crevice of the vehicle, as we are constantly taking him hiking, walking, to the dog park, etc. We are all usually filthy by the time we got back into the car. Alex and his crew did more than a phenomenal job. It looked, felt and even had that same new car smell as when I pulled it off the lot. Alex always stays in touch, is flexible with his schedule (if need be), he obviously has an amazing work ethic and is extremely proud of his work, rightfully so! We have referred everyone we know to Alex since then and will never go anywhere else in the future! Also, our pup is now only allowed in our commuter car as the truck STILL looks brand new! Thank you, Alex!!! I cannot express how happy I am that I took my Jeep Wrangler to Alex. It has been to off road parks and driven like a Jeep! I have vacuumed it and wiped it down, but decided to have Alex detail it. When I picked it up, I could not believe it was my Jeep. It looks brand new! He cleaned every inch of the Jeep (interior and exterior) and Rosie has never looked this good since being driven off the showroom floor. There was mud, dust, and dirt in every crack and crevice. No more! The stains on the seats and carpets are gone and look brand new. The console and dash are shining and do not have a trace of mud or dirt. He hand washed and waxed the Jeep as well. The door jams were pretty bad, but look brand new. His prices were extremely reasonable. He completed the work in a day and was extremely accommodating to my schedule. The exterior is shiny, smooth, and spotless. Bottom line: We were VERY impressed with the work AND customer service at Flawless Auto Detailing.The best part of doing business with an independent shop is feeling like they understand your concerns and actually want to do good work. We wanted to protect my wife's brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE Rubicon X with a ceramic coating, and this business came highly recommended by a colleague. They did not disappoint.As soon as I got on the phone with Alex, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He quoted the price upfront, didn't try to upsell and was clear about what the product could and couldn't do. By the time we hung up, I felt totally comfortable bringing them our brand new $75k Jeep. The work was reasonably priced and even though he only kept the Jeep overnight, he sent progress texts and then called as soon as it was ready the next day. We were genuinely impressed when we came to get our vehicle. The work actually lived up to the business name, it was flawless! They even did hard to reach areas I wouldn't have considered, like behind the spare tire and wheels.If you're in the upstate New York Area, or even in New York City and want high quality work at an extremely good price, come see these guys.

I had my Tesla ceramic coated by Alex. He was awesome to work with, did an amazing job on the car and was communicative throughout the process. Can t wait for him to start PPF and wraps. Will definitely use again.

Alex is very fair and good at what he does. My car looked showroom worthy after he was finished detailing it. I got my ceramic coat and undercoat done here on my 2020 Civic Sport. After a year, my car still shines the same. Amazing quality of work. Go here if you want your car detailed. Definitely recommend it!

By far the BEST auto detail shop in the area. Owner has over 15 yrs experience, is trained on ceramic coatings and more. They detailed my motorcycle this weekend. It looks like showroom condition. I drove home so fast got pulled over BUT told cop where to get his car detailed. Ask for MARSHALL the manager most awesome person EVER.

Brought my jeep on for a full detail and couldn't believe my eyes when I picked it up. It looked brand new again. Every little scratch I had was gone and it was spotless inside and out! I brought in my recently purchased car to Alex and his team with a funky smell. Could not figure out why or where it was coming from. I told Alex I really needed the smell figured out as I would be having my child in it.Long story short, he reaches out and tells me he was taking out all the seats and carpet to make sure he got all the smell out to which he discovered moisture under the carpet. He went above and beyond sending me pictures and keeping me updated throughout the process. If I could give more stars, I would! Alex is doing an amazing job, every time my baby comes back from his service, it looks like brand new. I had a badly burned and dull hood, he managed to get that all out and keep it restored. He really loves what he is doing and puts so much effort into his work. I really appreciate that. Me and 2 of my family members took our cars here and are extremely satisfied. I had a few minor details I brought to Alex's attention after my car was finished. Not only was Alex apologetic, he was humble and kind. He had me bring my car back in and addressed those minor details.
