We were well taken care of at this Firestone location. It started out with a pleasant phone call with Richie setting up our appointment earlier in the week. We scheduled our regular truck maintenance and unfortunately we had a nail in the sidewall of one of our tires. We were not thinking we were buying new tires this weekend! Quinn and his team were able to pivot and completely took great care of our needs. Highly recommend this Firestone location! Quinn and his team were outstanding! 3 years later, I just gave them another chance and I'll still give them a 0 if I could, but I guess 1 star because they're nice? I've always been a loyal Firestone customer every place I've ever lived, until I moved to Newburgh. All prior locations treated you like family, kept their appointments, and were always willing to assist their customers no matter what the service was.THIS LOCATION....?! Unless your car has major (high profit issues) or need a set of brand new tires, they will NOT make the time for you. If you make an appointment for an oil change online, don't even waste your gas going there, they will cancel on you. Screw in your tire and you need a quick patch? Better find another local tire shop.Here are their constant excuses:- I'm shorthanded- I'm training someone new- You have to call the store to make an oil change appointment because the online system doesn't really work (so why have it?)- I'm already overbookedI understand that businesses are made to make money, but I would want to only give my money to a truly LOCAL business that looks into their customers safety and best interests, and not viewed as dollar signs. Just my experience.

Firestone has always taken great care of my vehicle's.Their prices are fair, they offer excellent discounts if you use their credit card. The employees are polite and the mechanics are knowledgeable. I ll continue to use them.

I dropped in to see if they had the Firestone tires I wanted. They were very helpful and gave me a great price for 4 new tires with live time warranty up to 65k miles an a wheel alignment that I will get free as long as I have my car. Quinn at the service desk was very professional. Thank you.

Everything went exactly as planned. Expectations were set so I knew exactly what was going on. They answered every question with clarity and reassurance. I would definitely recommend this service to any family member, as I had no issue with my vehicle moving forward.

Brought in my car to this firestone around 8am to have my tires replaced as well as an alignment and inspection. Was called at 930 and told I can't have an inspection done because of a control arm, when I consulted with another mechanic was told this didn't matter. After which I waited until 3pm and called the store, then was told my car had been ready for several hours and I had yet to receive a call. When I asked why I was rold "we're busy" and upon arriving in an empty shop 30 minutes later, was told I'd have to wait as my paperwork had yet to be done. After paying for my tires received no "thank you" or "have a nice day" and my keys were tossed at me on the counter and the store manager walked away. Overall terrible service and will not be coming back

Everyone was pleasant and communicated the cost of my repairs clearly. I didn't feel pressured to add in unnecessary services. Quinn was very helpful!

The staff went above and beyond, my car got damaged while I was on a work trip all the way from boston. When it happened your local store was the first I turned to, upon finding out my situation they found a tire and rim that could be overnighted so that I wouldnt have to stay the projected extra 4-5 days first expected to recive the parts. They then called me in the morning to set expectations of when it would be done then completed the job faster than they told me, allowing me to get my car back and drive home to my family. Outstanding overall and I'm very grateful.

I visited the store at 2:45 pm on Thursday 1/4th to check my tire pressure, I was told that I had to leave it there if I wanted to pick it up the same day.I left my vehicle with them and took an Uber home, until 6:40 pm no one called me for the status.I called to get an update, they put me on hold then they picked up saying without even asking for my name that my car wasn t touched!!!The guy was giving me some nonsense reasons about the industry and he didn t like my unhappy tone and raised his voice saying let me finish..This is a shame for this location that my wife and I have been clients for almost 10 years.They dropped the ball and not even an apologize for their action.This is a bad business for the community of Newburgh.I don t even think they even care if we come back or don t!

My car was towed to Firestone after a flat tire. When I got home after picking it up Inoticed it had the wrong hubcap .At the store I was told they were going to order a new one but never did, despite several calls to remind .

Oke is a top-notch person. He was welcoming, and when it was time for us to pay the bill, he looked for coupons and ways to make our bill smaller. No one does that nowadays. It made me feel like he cares. The auto technicians are also top notch, Newburgh Firestone are busy, but that doesn't stop them from taking care of their customers. They go over and beyond. I am a super happy customer. I will be a returning customer. Maven is the name of the car and she thanks you.

Made an appointment for both cars on Sunday (alignment, tires n inspection) n Tues (alignment) even tho Sunday took the whole day but didn t mind cuz they were busy but everything went great..sucks rich doesn t work there anymore he is very respectful with customer service mentality

Worst customer service ever. 10 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation and no apologies. Find another service center, you ll be much happier. I m so unhappy with this Firestone location I m cancelling my Firestone car care card. Firestone is a great place to take your car. More trustworthy than the dealerships if you ask me.. I only wish Firestone had cars for sale at least you know you're getting a great reliable car if it's coming from them

My husband and I were traveling home in a rental car and we hit an enormous pothole on 84. We ended up with 2 flat tires. We pulled off the highway and found Firestone. Quinn the manager told us they were booked solid and couldn't possibly fix it until the next day. We begged him to please help us out. We were 2 hours away from home. He promised us he would try and an hour and a half later we were on our way home. I would definitely recommend this Firestone. Thanks Quinn and your employees.Service: Tires

Made a reservation online on Saturday, showed up early, and was told no way. Tried to call on Monday. 4 phone calls either got dropped, not answered, or one person couldn't hear me for some reason (on a headset that's worked for hundreds of calls) and hung up in seconds. After submitting this review I got the canned response below but why should i email them when the details are right here. Firestone social...work on your phone systems, your computer systems.

Great folks, costly at times, but you can rest assured you're getting good service. Speak with the reps whenever possible - they love to share good information on how to maintain your vehicle and simple things such as like filling your tires for winter vs summer!

If there is less than 1 star I will do it , I returned my car to them 2 times when I bring my car to them it has only no break I need them to change the break they change the break and router they charged me 850$ and the car was there for 3 days but when I take it it has big big sound from the rear right tire I return the car to them they change the tire and something else for 1280$ the sound still there when I drive in the highway I feel I am driving airplane. Now I am coming from Bronx the car make a lot of smoke from the rear tire now I am stopping in the highway .thanks fire stone for your hardwork

Good experience, front desk guy very cordial . Had a slow leak in front tire, they found the cause (large nail) fixed it in and out less than an hour. And reasonable $21 and change. Very busy place

Our car s brake calipers went out on the NYS Thruway and we were towed to the Newburgh location. We were halfway into a 500 mile trip on a Sunday. The manager and team were amazing getting us back on the road within the day. These guys saved what could have been a real terrible day.
