This shop is absolutely amazing. I have been going for a year and they have been nothing but good. I brought Seven an idea that I wanted to do with my car and he was on board the entire way. He made a fully custom turbo kit for my WRX and it is beyond what I wished for. He constantly sent pictures, asked if that s how I wanted it , as well as videos of the first start and idle. I would 100percent recommend to anyone in this area or even out of areaService: Engine repair

I can not say enough good things about XenDrive Motorsports.I have a 2015 WRX STi, and I asked them to do a stage 3 build pushing about 350whp. Brandon & Tom are a pleasure to work with, and their prices are better than the competition. Brandon sent me daily updates on the car, as well as gave me tips on choosing my parts. He's proven himself to be a really honest guy, and I trust him with my car 100%.I recommend XenDrive for anyone who is looking to mod their Subaru. These guys will give you expert advice, and great work for the price. I drove all the way from Central NJ to have them work on my car. 10/10

I am very happy with service and work that I received @DDA. I brought by 2018 WRX STI there after a long build started from another shop and turn what looked like a Christmas list of parts into a fully functional fully built STG 4 STI. They worked relentlessly till 2-3AM some days to get my car back to me. I ve never experienced this kind of service, DDA delivered and exceeded my expectations. Been coming here for years since Remy tuned my EvoX. Recently had a new tune done by Seven and car is running great! Had a few issues with the car and Seven was able to iron out all the issues. My experience here was entirely positive. I had an issue with my engine that I did not understand, and Seven diagnosed and fixed it easily. He found the part, installed it, and got back it back to me well before I could have expected. The pricing was more than fair and the expertise was clear. Just dont do it, Maybe if you have an Evo or STi and Remyt and them asre your friends, but all in all, they pretty much sabotaged my car to get me to keep coming back, i would give them 0 stars but they dont give that option so i had to click one. I spent thousands of dollars there, first they were so consumed with their own cars to be ready for shows it took them 4 months to do timing chains, springs and cams, then due to their negligence ( unbeknownst to me at the time) when putting the motor back together and in the car, The motor blew exactly a week later. They offered to do the whole swap for $1000, i reluctantly agreed but everyone else wanted upwards of $2500, They took forever but they did the swap. The day i leave they forget to completely connect a coolant hose, and they put a ripped one back on so coolant was leaking from 2 places. And my headlights were stuck on brights, they completely botched putting the car back together. I fixed that myself. Then i went to get a gauge installed 2 months later.the day after i got it back car wouldnt start, tor the battery out and checked everything when i noticed that the wire for the starter solenoid was cut, i did the starter myself a month before this so i knew the wire was fine before the car went to them, upon further examination i notice that the cable for the gauge they installed was zip tied right next to where the cut wire was, i went there and explained to one of the guys who claimed to have worked on the car and explained to them that it happened while it was their so they should fix it and he said ya you can pay us to fix it, ya right. so i go home and splice it myself everything is good. Now this whole time i had been dealing with an issue where my motor would jerk relentlessy when accelerating in reverse. Im doing the axles and ball joints in my car yesterday and i notice 2 bolts for the transmission to the motor were missing completely, so i got 2 bolts put them in and now its fine. But in the process of trying to fix the issue i have spent thousands, and its all because they didnt put in 2 bolts. Just filed papers against them today. I would advise everyone to stay away from this shop and anyone associated with it unless they're your friends but hey some people really are greedyEdit:::: these guys still in business? That's crazy... Lol

Top notch shop with Top notch workersTook my GTR to Remy after hearing this guy has the magic touch when it comes to working on cars. Glad I listen to what people were saying, got some tranny work and some other goodies done. They even went the extra mile and washed the car before I picked it up.Great job guys and thanks for the super work to my GTR

So I show up right , car is running sh:tty , the owner Seven shows up , jerks my truck a few times , adjusts the dizzy , and voila strong running motor 100% recommend seeing this guy !!! .. fast , super friendly, attention to detail , and understanding of project cars . Only spent 20min at best adjusting everything! I m not a kiss *ss , just super impressed. Even gave me advice on to what engine to swap into it based on performance, or endurance!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Great Shop, Great People, always more then happy to help. I have been to DDA several times and the Manager Seven has always been so helpful. Last time I had them do my clutch for my WRX when it went, and just this week to get some parts installed and a tune, I am so happy with the results, loving my car and enjoying it more then ever on the daily. Quality work done by professional specialists, and had my ready for pickup in a very speedy time frame. Major shoutout to Seven and his whole team at DDA !!!!!!

I brought my Evo X here for help with a throttle issue, and Seven knocked it out of the park. The guys at DDA are professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They know these cars inside and out and are dedicated to their jobs, even staying at work late into the night to ensure my car was serviced properly. Their prices are more than fair for the quality of service. I'll be bringing my car back to them. Really great experience with these guys, they went the extra mile for me and my car. I was able to pick up my car just a few days after dropping it off and they stayed in touch with me through the entire process, even after leaving to check on how things were going! I have been working with DDA for a little over a year and I have nothing but great things to say. They are the only shop around that I trust with any of my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable and professional shop that always goes the extra mile. I ve been going to Remy for 4 years now. I have a 03 evo 8 fully built and has only been tuned by him. My motor now has over 10k and hasn t ever skip a beat. If you wonder why I ve been going to him for 4 years it s because the car was originally set up for drag. Got bored of straight line racing and went to road racing. We all know it s a completely different tune. Now I ve been road racing for 2 years now and the tune has never been off. The power band if very linear and makes good power on low boost. The guys over a DDA do their very best to produce quality builds and tunes. Don t let others tell other wise! Remy has always been easy to talk to and understanding and is always willing to revise the tune if needed. Highly highly recommended!!!

I ve brought my Mitsubishi to multiple shops and not one compares to DDA. These guys are perfectionists that go above and beyond for their customers. I ve had my car built and tuned by them and it s been running strong with 0 issues for about 8 months now. Between the great work, great pricing, great customer service and expert advice; I d say you re foolish to go elsewhere. Keep up the good work guys!!

Truly one of the best, and most trust worth people out there. I have worked with Remy when I first had my Evo X which had so many electrical issues. The car has never been as good as it is now. Currently doing an engine build with Remy. It has been a good, and long 4 years. Thanks Remy!

We had an '08 forester that had gone through 7 visits at Mid-Hudson Subaru after head gasket replacement. Mid-Hudson tore the gasket when they installed it, couldn't figure out the oil consumption issue, stated compression and leak down was all in spec... which it wasn't. The short block died due to oil starvation while we were trying to go through the right steps over there... Gave up on them and came to DDA... DDA dropped in a lightly used long block, replaced a few gaskets and swapped out the power steering pump. Great service, great communication... Price quoted was more than fair and the work was done within the original quote. I could not recommend them more... Had I gone to them for the head gasket instead of the dealer, I would have saved two years of headaches at Mid-Hudson. As soon as I get my other project vehicle reassembled, I'll be heading back.Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I resisted several times the urge to write this review but I feel it must be done to save other people from the experience I had.Poorly done tune on my MK4 Supra standalone ECU. I understand many of the good reviews for DDA are from Evo and WRX owners. Maybe this shop should stick with those cars. Their website even states if they don't specialize in it, they don't touch it. That was a lie...Brought my MK4 Supra here to get a new Haltech ECU install and tune, with some various mechanical work. Brandon, the mechanic, is very knowledgeable and takes his time to do the job correctly. I appreciate that. This is the only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1.However, the tuning was a nightmare. The first dyno session I was there for 4 hours and it was not complete; I had to drive it home on a very bad tune. I came back a week later to get it finished, and ended up being at the shop for 11 hours (I did have an exhaust clearance issue so that was about 30 minutes extra). OF the 11 hours, the car sat on the lift for about 2 hours waiting for UPS to show up with new spark plugs. After I asked to check the tracking, it turns out the plugs were never even shipped. What I don't understand is why the plugs had to be ordered when every parts store within 3 miles had plenty in stock. Luckily another customer at the shop had the same plugs he could spare for me. After another several hours of dynoing, guess what, the car still ran very lean and made less power than when I brought the car to the shop. The shop owner got into a heated argument with another customer who's car had been there for several months and now wouldn't start after they drove 2 hours to come pick it up (yikes). I drove home on a bad tune yet again... What a great use of my time!After bringing the car to another tuner who knew what they were doing, it turns out the ECU car settings were wrong and the wastegate hoses were hooked up incorrectly, causing the boost surging I was experiencing.After trying to give this shop a second chance to earn my business again, the owner stopped responding to me after we set up an appointment to downpipes and a cobb tune on my GTR.

Seven is a Legend and experienced he will work with your schedule I live 2hrs and 9mins away from OC and brought the car there on a Tuesday morning got it back Wednesday afternoon I would recommend anyone with a Wrx or Evo to go there

I was referred to this shop from a fellow Evo X owner as well as hearing about them in forums. Being an Evo X owner, It can be hard to trust any mechanic shop to take your car to for obvious reasons so I contacted the shop and asked a few questions about converting my modified evo back to its stock form. I spoke with Remy. Super professional, and answered every question and concern that I had that really made me want to get the work done, here instead of a handful of other "evo" based auto shops that I've heard horror stories about over the tri state area.I made an appointment and brought my car up to their new location, they recently moved and quickly they began working on my car as soon as I arrived. I stepped out for a couple hours to kill some time. While I was out the mechanics working on the car brought up any issues to my attention via telephone and they brought up some crappy work that was done from another shop I had to it to in the past.Overall, They did a fantastic job.The car was brought back to its stock form with no shortcuts being taken. All issues were addressed and I was thrilled to have someone just be honest and never once did I feel like they were just slapping things together to get me in and out as quick as possible.I recommend anyone with a Mitsubishi Evolution platform to go to this shop, it was about a 1 hour 1/2 drive for me but well worth it. Thanks to the guys at DDA!

DDA Tuned is awesome! Don't believe the one star reviews, they're garbage and they're only telling one side of the story. Believe me, I've been bringing my car here for YEARS, I know how these guys operate, and I've never had a single problem with them. If they make a mistake, as we all do - they ALWAYS make it right.. they're professionals, and they know Subarus. +1 for DDA!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GO TO A GOOD SHOP INSTEAD! Long story short, my timing belt went bad within 1 mile from the shop after being tuned with resulted in the valves getting damaged and then they wouldn t even cover the damages! Then i had to go to a different shop to fix what Remy and his team did to my car! A lot of good talk but very sh*tty work!

7 months they had my car this year to fix a tapping in the head after they built the engine and they can't figure it out. Two times they say the car is good to go and no even 100 miles later there's metal through the engine. It's gotten to the point I have ti take the car elsewhere

Remy and the team are top notch and know their cars; especially when it comes to evos/dsms and performance subarus...you can tell remy really enjoys working on cars and knows his stuff, fixed an idle issue that was plaguing my evo 9 within 10 minutes and am now happy to have him do a bottom end refresh on my evo. If you want quality work done with a welcoming smile, take ur performance 4 bangers and GTR's here!! :)

been going to DDA for 3 years now. Every single time I'm taken care of by a team of true enthusiasts as well as professionals. No one on the east coast knows Subies/Mitsu's like these guys. After taking my car in for a repair and realizing it would have to stay, the owner drove me 45 minutes round trip to bring me to the train station. I promise you once you bring your car to these guys, you'll never trust it anywhere else again.

After lots of research trying to find a tuner for my evo x, I decided to go to DDA Tuned for a dual map on my big turbo setup. I was welcomed like family into the shop and during the whole experience, Remy the tuner, went out of his way to assure me my car was in good hands. The car made amazing gains and drives like a beast! Weeks after Remy texts me to see how my car is doing, and he even asks me for some datalogs to make sure my car is running 110% just like how it was the day it left the shop. Remy and his crew are true professionals and will be the only shop I go to for my future builds with my EVO. You want Honesty, Professionalism, and POWER go to DDA Tuned! :)
