Very very happy with my car after bringing it here! They made the process very smooth and fast for me to get back my car, and it looks just like new after my accident. The Caliber Collision team here in Newburgh is absolutely phenomenal. They made this widley inconvenient situation extremely easy from start to finish. Not only were they extremely professional, they were friendly and kind which is something rare now a days. For starters, they were able to assess my car the day after it was hit while parked on the street. They informed me of all of the damages, the required work, and an estimated time frame. They contacted the rental car company and had them pick me up from their location and updated the insurance company with all of the pictures and necessary information. They sent me text messages along every step of the way. When my car was done, the paperwork process took less than 5 minutes. Not only did my car look amazing, it was so clean. As a mom of three with a busy schedule, I can't express how easy and convenient this whole process was. Naomi, Pat, and Scott you guys are the best. Thank you so much to you and your team.

Caliber collision is an excellent shop. They are friendly, efficient and did an excellent job on my car. I never had to wonder what was going on because they sent regular updates. I was very impressed by the professionalism on display at Caliber in Newburgh NY. Scott kept me up to date during the entire 3 week $7K body & suspension replacement repair claim. Caliber's detailed line by line quote showing each replacement part's pedigree (OEM, A/M, LKQ) allowed me to go back to the claims adjuster and request OEM parts for the suspension. Exceptional Service!

Excellent service and very friendly also.==============================================Above was my review for my first experience. Below is my updated review==============================================Caliber in Newburgh is the best. I had to bring the car in back in January after I got rear-ended. They fixed it perfectly, and were courteous and professional every step of the way.Last month I hit a huge racoon on 84, and my front end was damaged. They were once again fantastic - and they clearly communicated with me every step of the way.Pat and the team are so friendly, that they have made potentially stressful situations easy and even pleasant.I recommend Caliber highly.

They didn't match the color on my vehicle, they didn't replace the trim around the damage door and they leave a stain on the trunks rug so I'm not happy and they have to fix it.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my car here because they offer GEICO express repair, and I m very satisfied with the overall experience. Today, I stopped in to get an estimate to replace the passenger side black protector piece for the front wheel arch for my 2013 Honda CRV. Patrick(Production Manager) and Francisco(General Manager) both came outside to look at my vehicle. I was advised that I could replace the needed part if I wanted to or they would be able to use the same protector piece and just replace the clips so the piece could be secured. Based on my vehicle being 10 years old with 243k miles on it, I decided to replace only the clips. I expected to make an appointment for another day for this work to be done but Francisco said he would replace the clips now in the parking lot. Francisco did just that. After securing the protector piece on the wheel arch, I was told there was no charge. I was amazed at the exceptional service they both provided to me. I have now found my auto body shop if I ever need one. Hopefully not. I will recommend this business to my family and friends.

Amazingly Great Place, Amazingly Great Service, had my car back brand new in less than a week, detailed and all. Cleaner than I ever had it so it definitely made a difference. Great experience and great people! I used Caliber as part of an insurance claim. The communication was great and I think the people I interacted with were genuinely nice people who actually cared about the quality of their work; and cared about whether or not I was happy with the work. Zack and Shannon are super friendly. There was lots of communication and it was by text, which was so convenient. I didn't have to go back and forth on the phone to get every piece of information. I 100% recommend this shop to everyone. It s not often that I take the time to write a review, but the level of professionalism here is unsurpassed. As soon as I walked into Caliber, I was greeted with the upmost respect. The office manager, Shannon, was super friendly and made sure that I understood what was going on even though I bombarded her with every question in the book. I was impressed with how well she was able to communicate what was going on every step of the way and how timely everything got done because of her. The adjuster, Zack, made me feel really comfortable and actually listened to all the problems I had with my vehicle. He did such a thorough job checking out my SUV during the walk around and at the end made sure to go over everything that was fixed. It s clear that Pat is running a well-oiled operation which is clearly reflected by his entire team. I just wanted to thank everyone there, especially the guys who worked on my vehicle making it look and run like brand new. I will definitely be taking my business back here if I ever need any engine or body work done in the future. I couldnt imagine going to some little mom & pop shop to get this level of quality work done. Thanks again guys!!!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

Went to this shop to have repairs done to my Vehicle and all I can say is WOW !!! , I met the Production Manger Patrick , And what a Pleasure he was to deal with , A Gentleman , and a Professional , and always kept me informed on the progress of my repairs and I was never left in the dark. , The attention and Quality to detail was Absolutely Amazing ! , When I went to pick my Vehicle up it was Showroom Ready and the paint finish was Excellent !!! , And most of all it was repaired and delivered back to me when Patrick said it would be done . Caliber Collision was recommended to me and I am extremely glad it was! I went in for a bumper fix and 3 days later my car was done and looked better than before! Every single employee is friendly and truly cares, especially the manager! I was continually updated throughout the process and was never left guessing! Highly recommend them!

Caliber collision was the first Shop I have ever been 100% happy with! I ve been to a lot of shops and hands down they re the best. From the first time I called I felt completely happy Zack was the nicest person I met at a Auto body kept me informed about everything and how things go and Kelsey was punctual with all my paper work. I met the manager pat at the end when I was picking my vehicle up and he was just as great as his whole team my car was ready to go looked like I just brought it from the dealership! Thank you to the whole Caliber Collision team my 2019 Acura looks beautiful

I hit a deer or I should say the deer hit me! My car was a wreck! My husband and I thought for sure it was totaled! Caliber Collision must have had to rebuild the entire thing! I picked it up today and it looks better than before the accident! I was so impressed. The car looked amazing, ran even better and they had cleaned the car too! I am so pleased with the service I would recommend Caliber Collision to all!A really special shoutout to Zachary! His customer service was outstanding! He would text me everyday with an update! I have NEVER had such wonderful communication from any business!!! Thank you Zach! My car looks amazing!! You did an awesome job!!!

This place is a Hidden Gem! This place was amazing when handling my car, daily text messages and always kept me up to date about status of my vehicle. I never once had to call them about anything. Everyone was sooo friendly, professional and super helpful, and best part when you pick your vehicle up. It was detailed! They completely won me over with that. I appreciate the little details, and everyone going the extra mile for my Vehicle like it was their own! Thank you, Thank you, Awesome Team you guys ROCK!
