Just moved to area and found C and C as my local mechanic. Nice clean waiting room, friendly staff and they got my car fixed quicker than expected. Very professional! Glad to have a good local mechanic

Amazing experience, we are in emergency due to flat tire, and all other repair center refuse to check our car. C&C accept us immediately and fix it within 20mins. Truly wonderful customer service, highly recommended

These people really know how the run a business. I went in there looking for options on tires and they were very patient telling me options and prices and gave their opinion on which ones were the best quality. I told them I needed an estimate on how long it would take to get the work done and they were spot on. They told me to pick it up at a certain time and I showed up and the car was ready and I was in and out. Anthony was amazing every step of the way. Such a painless experience. I won t take my car anywhere else in the area now. Kudos to C&C!

Brought my truck in to get something fixed, I was told everything was good to go week later my truck was having the same issue. I had to bring it back in to get the same problem fixed. Again, was told it was fixed. Another week later the same problem was occurring and i had to bring it back in for a third time. I was being charged yet again. I understand labor isn t cheap however, I wasn t given any consideration that I was bringing back my truck for The same issue over and over again. I called to get a better understanding of the issue(s) as to why I was being charge so much each time over the same problem and asked if it would be possible to for at test out the car before paying for a third time. I was given a very nasty attitude for something I found reasonable considering this was my third trip in. After paying a third time my truck was having the same issue. This time I brought my truck to a different auto shop and was told the piece that this auto shop placed was put in the wrong way which is why I was having the same issue.

Top notch car repair shop. His service doesn't leave anything to be desired. About 11 years taking care of my vehiculos, I have 0 complains. Small family operated shop, but big when comes to service, care and most importantely, honesty. I wish I had find them long time ago.07/2023- 16 years now, still the best shop in town. Family owned, and threat you like family! Keep up the good work!

Make sure to ask for a printout when getting an alignment. Apparently a $130 alignment doesn t come with a 5 cent piece of paper that actually tells you what was done to the car. Every other alignment I have gotten elsewhere includes this information. I get that most people don t know what they re looking at but most people don t also request specific alignment settings like I did. I asked if I could come back to get the car on the machine and get a printout and was told I would need to get another alignment for that to happen. What a joke.

I love supporting small businesses but the service here was just not at all customer service based. They didn't care we waited 45mins after telling us it would be 5 mins. Then again 20mins be right with you. I understand we just dropped in for flat fix but still respect people time and be courteous. When we asked how much longer and were told he left to the bank. Thanks for nothing. Idk how they have remained in business doing business the way they do. The effort they put in the exterior should be put into the heart and care of what they do. Didn't have that family feel they portray on their website. That is why I'll be glad to put small flat fix fee somewhere else along with any other car troubles I should have.

I always stopped in the Bronx to get my car fixed. I saw the great reviews online for C&C Tire & Auto and decided to stop by for a tune-up. In talking with Lil Kev, he said he would check the car. I did not need a tune-up but instead checked the entire car and his mechanic noticed the under carriage was leaking oil and I also had suspension problem. I was amazed they were able to see my car repaired by 2PM. I will definitely have C&C as my primary place to get my auto repaired. Also, Lil Kev quoted me a fair price. These guys are a true family business. There customer service is beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them.

C & C Tire has been wonderful to our family. After bouncing from mechanic to mechanic and praying that they are honest and trustworthy, it is very comforting to find a mechanic that we can trust. They are honest and stand behind their work. They always seem to find a way to get you in ASAP even if you don't have an appointment. I have recommended C & C Tire to my family and friends without hesitation and will continue to do so.

Amazing service for a very reasonable price. My car broke down at 1am in the middle of a long road trip and I had it towed to C&C. Kevin was able to diagnose the problem, replace the spark plugs and get me back on the road that same morning. I highly recommend them.

I have trusted C&C Tire with my last three tire purchases because of the wonderful way they treat their customers. I highly recommend C&C Tire to all my friends and family. I stopped in without an appointment on my last visit and within minutes, my car had four new tires with no hassles. Five Star all the way.

I recently moved to the area and my car engine light came on. I did not know where to take the car and so I went online to check out the reveiws of the car repairs shops in my area. After reading about C&C I took the car to them and am still awed by the experience.I emailed for an appt over the Thanksgiving holiday and they were able to squeeze me in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. With a full schedule they were still able to diagnose the problem, point out other safety hazards and repair the car, all in one day. The cost was reasonable and they showed me exactly what was wrong and the things that needed to be repaired. I appreciated that so much!But the very best part of it all, was the customer service. They responded to my text and answered my online questions even though it was over the holidays. Meeting them put me at ease and the care they showed was felt and welcomed...especially to someone new in the neighborhood. Needless to say they will have my business for as long as I am in the area. I would give additional stars but there are only five.

I called C&C Monday morning because I was having some problems with my car after a trip to long island and back. They fit me in right away! I dropped off my car around 11:30 AM, they called me with the diagnosis around 12:00 PM, and had my car fixed and running better than it did when i bought the damn thing by 2:00 PM. I have never been to a shop that worked quickly and efficiently like this before. I HIGHLY recommend them. The price of my repair was very fair; the gentleman that I spoke with when picking up my car explained exactly what he did with my car and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. I will DEFINITELY be going back there for all maintenance and repairs. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!

The guys at C & C replaced my factory headlights with some very bright LEDs. In and out in a timely manner, no hiccups and as always very reasonable on the charges. No place I'd rather go, no doubt! Thanks to Kevin, Kevin and crew. Recommended C and C to friends and Family. All were highly pleased. The only place I go!!!!!

C & C Tire & Automotive Center has been our family's choice for many years now. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They are more than just an automotive center - they are friends, they are family. They are polite, courteous, very knowledgeable about all brands of cars - we trust them completely. Our whole family uses them.

Highly recommend this please. I randomly fell upon them when I was trying to schedule a quick tire rotation for my Durango before heading out on a last minute drive to north Carolina. I first called Firestone and was told it would be 4 day wait. That wasn't going to work as I was leaving in 2 days. So I googled other tire places in my area and found this place. They got me in same day and gave me an appt. I arrived 2 minutes early and they took me in almost immediately. Upon review of my car they informed me my tires and brakes I paid for a year and half ago by healey brothers was not done. They took me under my car and I got to see for myself they were shot. My car has low miles and this was upsetting to say the least. I took car back and let Kevin order all my parts in which he did so and guarenteed all would be done following morning. He gave me the best prices for the tires breaks and rotors. He shaved as much down as well to work with me as he saw how obvious it was I was upset to have to spend this kind of money all over again. He offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait in showroom and he got my car done in way less time then stated. He gained a repeat customer in me. Thank you so much Kevin and C&C Tire.

I won't be taking my car anywhere else! Anthony was amazing, honest and made the whole experience as painless as possible. It's hard finding a mechanic you can trust, but this shop takes you through every step of the way and has your car running like a dream by the end of it! Thank you guys!

Scheduled an appointment with them for an alignment and then waited an hour for them to tell me they can't do it. They did tell me where I should go which was Durham frame and axle. It also was cheaper at Durham then they would have charged.Response to the Owner:I consider a 3 star review average as in if I had an appointment that I came on time for, where you got the work done or if you couldn't you point me in the right direction. The part of my experience that makes me give you a 2 star is that I waited an hour for you to look at my car. There is an expectation that when I make an appointment that I will receive that service timely. I know things happen where you are short staffed some mornings and I understand that but this is my review and my experience with you.

From the first call to C & C I was very happy. They came highly recommended as honest, pleasant, quality people. Kevin greeted me when I got there and was very nice, they kept me informed throughout my visit which was much appreciated. I will recommend C & C to everyone! Thanks guys!

Trust in an auto mechanic is especially important for me as I know nothing about cars. My car is extremely important to me as I drive long distances being a physical therapist. C & C Tire and Auto is one of the very best automotive repair shops I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would, without hesitation refer any of my friends and family to them. Thank you C & C!!!!

Thank you, thank you,THANK YOU C&C TIRE!I called today, and then got 4 not very popular sized tires installed TODAY!!!The customer service is above and beyond what you could possibly expect. There is a very comfortable and accomodating waiting area, and a new CLEAN restroom.The price is right, the service is even better... These guys/gals ROCK!PS- Support your LOCAL BUSINESS... it's ALWAYS worth it!

I have used C & C Tire ever since they opened, many years ago. They have dependable service and will do all they can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible no matter the circumstances. Have never had a problem. They are honest and reliable.

Today my daughter and my mother were stuck with a flat on the Thru-Way. They looked up the closest tire center with good reviews, and C&C came up. They took a look at the tire, and told her a patch would do the trick and also checked the other 3 to make sure they were sound. My daughter called me to let me know they were underway again and that the people at this tire center were the nicest and most honest people.Thank you C&C for taking care of my family during their travels!

good customer service and fair but I noticed there is a lack of knowledge at this place. I brought my car with a problem and ended up leaving with another problem. brought it back to fix the problem and they had no idea so i brought the car to another mechanic in Poughkeepsie and he solved the problem in 10mins with ease.

I have been going to C and C AUTO over 20 years and come out always pleased with their workmanship.They are always courteous,knowable,honest,reasonable prices. I know my car is in good hands with C&C Auto.C&C has become family to me.

Been going to C &C for over 15 years now. Excellent service, courteous and will go out of their way for every customer. Great family business. I'm set for life with great mechanics!!!
