I got scammed by my best friends. "BEST FRIEND" I agreed to pay $3,800 for a 07 suberu impreza. After 3 weeks, he informed me the price included my 2001 toyota highlander. He kept telling me it would be ready every weekend FOR 3 MONTHS. I ONLY did business with him because my best friend spoke highly of him, as he can ONLY see the good in people and falls for lies too easily. :( Unfortunately, he's unable to see the manipulation is strong in this one. I show up to my best friends house and wait on the car that I agree on and suddenly he tells me he's giving me a "NEWER" impreza and drops the engine in a car I never agreed to buy. Did NOT give me a choice. So i showed up expecting to pay what we agreed on. My At the time boyfriend left for work leaving me here TRUSTING this jerk stranded here with no other option BUT to take the car. He tried to charge me $4,400, and then after I reminded him, I agreed to pay $3,800 he comes back with $4,275.25. I didn't have a choice, so I accepted it. And that was with my $675.00 trade in value. I lost a lot of money because of him because in order to survive I had to order groceries, ubers, and couldn't do doordash to make money. And continue to do so because of his dishonesty. I've told him the issues I had with his business dealing with tears in my eyes, and instead of showing sympathy and fixing his mistakes, he screamed at me and hurt me even more. I was going to show him mercy and not hold him accountable, but he CONTINUES to screw with my car. He uses his best friend for "Clout" and business, and I'm sick of it. This may burn bridges, but WHATEVA I DO WHAT I WANT" Once I have the free time and resources, I will be taking this to the dmv as this CONTINUES to cost me AND HIS BEST FRIEND money. Informed him that his best friend had an exhaust leak (that he cant smell because he has a deviated septum) and he told me lie after lie making excuses and blamed it on his "disability" I also have ADHD. It's just an excuse. My car that I've spent in total nearly $10,000 doing business with him, has a broken exhaust, terminal issues, missing important features, battery keeps dying, locks are broken, and it only keeps adding up because he thinks I'm going to come crawling to him asking for help. His reasoning for charging me more for a car I fully expected to be a lemon? I WAS DOING MY BEST FRIEND A FAVOR. HE didn't buy me this car boo boo. I DID. Joke's on you, Brandin. I can fix my own car. Will NEVER do business with suberu again. EVER. Nothing but problems. Will be trading for a TOYOTA the second I can fix his dishonest BS.

Family oriented, knowledgeable, reasonable priced . Worked well with me to get fianaced as well made sure the car ( a great 13 suburo) was clean , checked over and safe , ready to go. I recommend their establishment if your looking for a reliable car from a family owned local business you can frequent if car should ever need maintenance or if you have any questions, these gentleman are the way to go!
