The only place in town I found with a road force tire balancer. They measured my tires (from another store) as all out of spec and not repairable. This is what I suspected with an ongoing vibration yet a good balance. I'll be going back to get my summer set of tires road force balanced as well.

Tradition Chevrolet always does a wonderful job. They replaced my brakes yesterday and the car stops and rides great. Really like the people there and the experience is always good.

I had absolutely no transmission fluid leak before the service department did work on my transmission. $2400 later, they tell me the leak I have now has nothing to do with anything they did. Coincidence?

The staff at Tradition was kind and knowledgeable. They got me in quickly to assess an issue I had with my GMC. They found, corrected the issue in a very timely manner and sent me on my way. They were extremely fair, listened to my concerns, and experienced. When I picked up my truck everything seemed okay with the purge valve that was fixed then the next day I want to check my oil before work after driving around for like 9 hours the same day I picked up my truck the oil cap was left on top of my motor not even on my oil fill spot. Those completely off and just sitting loose on top of my motor I'm glad it didn't fall onto the ground or into the motor somewhere and cause damage.

Finally a dealership I trust. Fast and friendly five star service from the service department. Excellent communication. Tradition Chevrolet GMC diagnosed an electrical problem with my 2003 Suburban that had me scratching my head for months and months. The car had been to a local service station AND another Chevy dealer both of whom could not diagnose the problem. I read good things about the service department at Tradition Chevrolet and for good reason. They helped to finally solve my electrical problem which historically are difficult to diagnose. Thank you. Not only will I be back to this dealership for service, not only will I recommend them to friends and neighbors, when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle I will surely consider purchasing my vehicle here. If their sales department parallels their service department I will not be disappointed.

What a great job detailing my car! I bought out my 3 year old car after leasing it and it makes me feel like I bought a brand new car!! Went in for a simple oil change and asked them to check the brakes and tires. I am planning a trip to VA. Went in at 1pm didn't leave until 4pm. The young woman that was helping me got confused between my car and another woman car. Very confusing. I had a recall issue for a faulty emmision problem. Tradition fixed it and washed my car and even offered to give me a ride if needed. Very pleased with them.

Excellent service. My car was not ready when expected , so they put me in a loaner vehicle. I was unable to leave work when the car was finished so they delivered it to me.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience there. I called for an appointment and expected to have to wait for a week, or so, and was told to bring it right in. My Encore was brought into the service area immediately, when I arrived. When finished, the service person explained what was done and their would be no charge to me. Totally unexpected!!! A very nice experience!!!

Floor liners just laid on top of the carpet mats instead of replacing them as specifically the reason they were bought, and had to call the tech to disconnect driver mat from fasteners in Floor, which should have been already done...also the visit took longer than expected based on the phone call to make the appointment. 1 more pair of splash guards on back order to be done and accessories for this car will be finished.

No issues with the service or the personnel. Love the fact that they wash the vehicle when they are done. I don't know anywhere else that does that.
