Every so often, I get reminded that there are still businesses/people who aren't out to soak you for all they can.This was one of those times.I didn't have an appointment. All I had was a flat tire. It looked like they were very busy. In spite of their busyness, my car was looked at immediately.I was hoping to get the tire plugged, but that wasn't possible as the tire was finished. Unfortunately, my tire size isn't common (as I found out by multiple shops), so I could not purchase a replacement.They offered to put the emergency spare on for me, which I accepted.When the car was done, I inquired about the bill. There was no bill!!!If there is a bigger signal that these guys are legit good people, I don't know what that signal would look like? To take time out of their (again, very busy) schedule for a walk-in appointment that wasn't going to be very lucrative, only to not charge anything!!! Who does this? These days, I'd imagine not many.I can not say thank you enough to the folks at Tire Rack!!!If you're in the neighborhood and you need something done, I'm confident in saying you can trust these guys. I'll definitely be going in the future!

I will never go to a different place. The Tire Rack is Always very accommodating to working people, and makes it so easy for me to get my car repairs done! They also are very patient with explaining anything to me as I really don't know much about cars.Highly recommend! It's a great place!

I love this place! Always a fair price and great customer service! They got me in same day after I blew a tire and only had a donut tire. I have been coming here for over 8 years and now that my kids have their own cars. I always tell them to go to Tire Rack!!

The guys are always very courteous. They listen when you have questions. They ALWAYS make it easy to drop off my car. I've been going to Tire Rack for 35+ years now.I recommend you go see Matt and his team. You'll be very happy you did!

So my daughter made an appointment with them to replace the CV shaft assembly, left front ball joint, and have an alignment done. She purchased the parts separately. They only replaced the CV shaft assembly. They in turn charged her for 1.5 hours when the Flat rate mechanics manual states that it should only take .8 of an hour and if it becomes difficult, go to 1.0 hours. I am very disappointed because they never once called her about the ball joint that she had laying in her car next to the CV shaft assembly. Any true mechanic/shop would have contacted the customer to let them know what was going on. This place is a joke. My husband called and the young guy wanted to get an attitude. I will never take our vehicle there again.

Matt asked me several questions regarding how I use my truck before recommending a couple of choices of tires for my truck. I called around noon and my tires were on by 5 the same day! Friendly staff and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Purchased four Cooper Discoverer SRX tires, Matt gave me a great price. The service was great, got me in, tires replaced and my bill made out, all in about a half an hour. Tire Rack was recommended to me by several local folks, and I now will recommend them to others.

Matt makes the Tire Rack in Newark the place to take your car. Fair, consistent and fast, their customer service is great! He didn't charge me a dime to look the whole suspension and brakes over, because he didn't find anything wrong - a lot of other places would have found something to fix, even if it was unnecessary. Matt will sell you the best tires for your car, your driving style, and your budget.

Somehow when I showed up for my appt they had no time for me and didn't even have down what I was coming to get done. Had thorough discussion with mechanic when making the appt detailing why I was coming. Yet unable to fix jeep. Unsatisfied with today's experience.

We have been going to Tire Rack for years but recently had a terrible experience. Had to replace the rear tires on our car. Had the front tires moved to the rear and new tires on the front. After getting the car home we noticed a lug nut missing on a front wheel and the cars front tire psi indicator reading for the rear tire psi and the rear tire psi indicator reading for the front. Called the manager about both issues and he said the lug nut was missing before they did there work (not true) and they don t change the tire indicator unless the customer asks! I would think if the lug nut was missing wouldn t you tell the customer and ask the customer if they would like the tire indicator changed! POOR Customer Service all the way around. Definitely lost a customer. We will never return. Will go to the Tire Spot or Mr Tire in Victor.

Had 11 am appointment, was in and out about 30 minutes for 4 tire change. Great service, good prices. Very pleased overall.

Been buying tires there for several years, auto, lawn mowers and snow blowers. Stopped in to see if I might have a broken belt in my premium tires at around 9.00 am, was told that they could look at it at 4:00 pm. I am 30 miles from there place And decided that I need to find a better place to buy tires that can do it all in one visit.

I over heard the owner cussing out a delivery guy, over what exactly I m not sure. But for someone to be in the service industry, he has some serious nerve to be doing that while customers can hear it. And not just that, but is that the reputation you wanna have? Being an unruly hothead? I ll never go back! He has shown his true colors.

I really trust the folks at the Newark Tire Rack. They're my first stop when I need any maintenance done. If I'm having car trouble that is outside of their area of expertise they always point me in the right direction.

Got the snow tires/rims at a very fair price. Had a very slow leak, difficult to locate. Took a couple of visits-all fixed now, wish we'd get some serious snow!!
