Customer service was pretty spot on. Corey assisted me the moment I walked in. He got me all checked in, he was very pleasant. He knew exactly what I needed done. I would recommend others to speak with Corey he was very friendly and he seems like an honest guy. I was here for a simple oil change but I could see myself coming back for tires or breaks. Also the kid area is great! As a mom that means so much.

Outstanding service.Corey went above and beyond to help me with my car issues. I know he and the mechanics were completely honest with me. Made my safety more important than trying to make money off me.Damn good customer service!I highly recommend Mavis in Newark!Thanks again Corey. Donuts make everyone have a good day.

When my brakes started making a startling noise, I booked an appointment on their website right away, which was really convenient! I got in the next day. Cory did everything possible to get the job done quickly and saved me a ton of money! I can always count on them! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

I had a screw in one of my tires. I was able to get a quick appointment time, and it was a nice store and waiting area. Unfortunately,the screw was on the outside edge of the tire, so it wasn't repairable. Corey and Ryan did a great job fixing me up with a new tire IN STOCK (to my amazement). Very grateful for the fast and excellent service!

Cory was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and honest. The mechanic John was awesome too. They figured out how to fix a problem that the dealer couldn t. He also found a nail in my tire and fixed it for me. Everyone there was very nice. I highly recommend this location.

Very nice, professional staff, management! They get me in right away, are done very efficient!ly! Great break job, oil change, my wheel sensors..you name it and these guys are on it!! No one wanted the time and day to patch the inside of my trailer tire. Cory at Mavis helped me out and got me right in.I also purchased a set of 4 tires for my other trailer. Couldn't beat the price and again got me right in for that! Very impressed and will give them my future buisness!!

Called over the phone and spoke with a wonderful agent who got me set up with Corey at the Newark location. Corey was outstanding he not only made my experience simple and quick but explained a lot of other options for another vehicle that we need to have addressed. I had an exceptional experience with Mavis Discount Tires in Newark, NY. Stranded on a Sunday with a stalled truck, John and Terrell, along with the team, went above and beyond. Despite a power outage, John's quick thinking and determination got my truck into the garage. Facing multiple issues, they worked tirelessly, even bringing in another mechanic, the next day. With a tight work schedule in Vermont, they graciously let me keep my truck there for the week. John's personal drive to ensure our well-being extended to driving us to the U-Haul place, showcasing their outstanding kindness and dedication to customer care. Mavis Discount Tires truly stands out for their exceptional service, going the extra mile, and creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the Pixar's Cars 2 in the kid area was a delightful touch during the wait. Highly recommended!

If you need new tires at a great price and unparalleled customer service- Mavis Tire in Newark is THE place to go! I shopped around at multiple locations for tire replacement and found Mavis Tire in Newark, Ny to be hands down the best price and customer service on the extensive list. Corey at Mavis was incredible - helpful, courteous and saved me a ton of money in the process. I can't recommend this shop- particularly this mechanic- enough! He even went so far as to show me the damaged parts that needed replacing - 5 star all the way. Employees who go above and beyond on a consistent basis deserve recognition - Corey is unquestionably an asset to this company and has my most sincere appreciation.

They were very nice and they were pretty fast, called them in the morning and they said I could come in right in.Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced, but was told I needed an alignment as well. But they were still quick about getting it done. Thank you to Corey for all his help.

Stopped in for a oil change and headlight replacement without an appointment and Cory fit me right in. Thank you Cory for the excellent and knowledgeable customer service.Changing my review to a one star because my headlights are pointing down. I cannot see at night at all. Went to the store and spoke with the store manager who seemed clueless and wanted me to bring my vehicle back at night. This is unreasonable as my vehicle is now unsafe to drive at night. Ended up stopping by Monro muffler brake who states that the headlights are improperly installed and are in fact pointing down. While Cory's customer service was excellent, I find the store manager's customer service to be an area of opportunity as what he is asking me to do is unsafe. I would like my headlights to be properly installed like I have already paid for so I can travel safely. Thank you to Monro Muffler for fixing the installation issue.

Called at 5p bc of my brakes grinding. Had a very busy weekend and needed the replacement done tonight. By 6p I had my car being worked on getting new brakes. Appreciate all the help from Cory and Ryan getting me in and out on such short notice.

Was out of town picking up some new tires. Passed mavis in Newark along the way so I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an alignment and mount and balance. Cory and his staff was amazing they got me right in and took great care of me. Highly recommend!!

I needed an emergency tire replacement on a Saturday and Ryan helped me out big time. Both front tires plus an alignment all under my budget, pretty awesome considering I was a few days from my next paycheck. Potential life-saver!

Came in today to check oil issue. Ryan at Mavis told us that is was a ball joint, sway bar links, and a sensor. They got us in promptly and did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend and ask for Cory. I had 2 front tires with broken belts, which were less than a year old... I also needed back tires. I came in with a budget, and he definitely met that budget. He crunched numbers and made it work for me. Thank you so much Cory.
