We are lucky to have this AMC vendor. I recall back in the 90s they visited the salvage yard I worked at to buy all of my AMX and Javelin seats as I had nearly 20 parts cars from '68-'74 (plus vinyl top samples) to create the reproduction upholstery.Test review by cartmade

I purchased sail panels for my 1969 Roadrunner. When I got them they were not finished. The edges were not glued down. I had to glue all the edges down before I could install them. If I would have known that I would have an upholstery shop do the work.

Ordered my custom interior from here. They was able to reproduce my 68 Chevelles 765-118 interior. It was a perfect fit and match to replace my old worn out interior.

Clearly the best place to go for anything "interior" for your classic Mopar. I recently ordered a trunk mat for my 68 C-Body Mopar....it took over a month to receive. Guessing an inventory issue. That said, it's PERFECT!!Thanks,Brian

If you want authentic material and authentic looking interior for your ride, look no further. Even though I purchased my complete kit 1 1/2 years ago (due to car being held hostage = bodyshop), I had to come back to leave this awesome review.

I have used this company many times over the years, and had not had any issues. I placed an order for seat covers a number of years ago. As a number of car restorations go, months turned in to years. So I simply placed these covers on a shelf in a room in our home until ready. Now finally ready, I took the covers to a reputable trim shop, and to our surprise, when taking them out of the box, we found that the white ribbing on the covers had turned a pinkish brown color. I immediately contacted Legendary, and they advised that I send pictures, and they would get back with me. After waiting a few days with no response, I tried calling again, leaving a message for Ron. Again, no response. After a few more calls, Ron stated he would get with the owner, and get back. Again no response back. Finally, after getting Ron, he advised that they could not exchange them, it had been too long. Not once did I ever receive a call back.I m not sure at what point these covers turned, but at whatever point, it should not have happened. I would have thought that a company such as Legendary would support their product, especially when it was defective. It appears that their idea for customer service is that if you ignore them long enough, they will tire and go away. It is apparent they do not value their customers, nor any semblance of customer service. I only hope that you do not have issues with your product ..Service: Classic car upholstery

In 2012 I installed a complete door panel and seat upholstery kit in my 66 Chevelle that I got from these guys. The fit and finish was top notch. This year (2022) I started noticing some separation between the panels and the silver trim that goes on both sides of the chrome medallion in the center of the rear panels. I contacted customer service and they requested pictures of the problem areas. They proved to me that they stand behind their lifetime warranty 100%. They sent me a new set of rear panels with no hassles. I will definitely order another interior from Legendary on my next project. Thanks, Doug DavisService: Classic car upholstery

Legendary is very overrated and customer service is non existant.Service: Classic car upholsteryService: Classic car upholstery

Legendary is a frustrating nightmare. Our experience was awful pretty much from the beginning when we received bad parts to the end where we do not have the arm rest cover and have not been reimbursed any return shipping costs. We would recommend you take your business elsewhere if you can. I hate to leave bad feedback even in the best of times but their customer service is pretty bad, we never once received a call back! They did pick up everytime we called but the person that picked up never could help us and the person who could help us, was out for the day, the week etc. We were told they would call us back, we never once received a call from Legendary. This happened several times. When you finally get the right person on the phone, they were rude and not helpful, Ron especially. It's looking like we will not be getting the arm rest cover back from them unless we pay again even though they lost it. They insisted that our returned parts never left the box we packed them in, so the arm rest should have been in the box, yet the parts were sent back to us in a different box! So obviously the parts were unpacked and re-packed, in a different box. Seems likely to me that would be a possible point in time where a smaller part like an arm rest cover would be misplaced. They said they looked for it....but they also said they sent the parts back in the same box.I understand these times of short staffing and supply chain issues make a lot of things inconvenient and maybe Legendary is struggling right now like the rest of manufacturing...and everyone else...but we waited 6 months for seat covers and when we got them, the seams ripped instantly and one wasn't sewn correctly. Several calls and promises of a call back that never came. We had to pay for the return shipping, we were told we would be reimbursed. Turns out we accidentally returned the wrong pieces, that sucks for us, had to pay return shipping twice but still no communication from them on the parts that were bad. We spent weeks waiting for calls to be returned on each issue. The person we needed to talk to was either out, on another call, not available, etc. They must have lost the arm rest cover, we definitely don't have it. They would of course replace it but only if we pay for it again! We were told our return shipping costs would be reimbursed and never were. $800 later we do have seat covers but no arm rest because Ron at Legendary was rude and insisted they didn't lose it and we must have it. We are also out extra money now because of return shipping. Don't care how great they look, was not worth this frustration at all. Take your business somewhere else (if you can!)Service: Classic car upholstery

They solved a problem for me that was not connected with their organization nor was it their problem. Legendary went above and beyond in that the representative listened to my dilemma and deviated from their operating practices to help me for a product purchased through another company 7 years ago!Couldn't be happier. Thanks to Chris!

Called Legendary looking for vinyl floor mats for a 1965 Corvette. Talked directly to a customer service rep and asked if the mats they sold had the nubs on the backside so they wouldn't slide around. I even sent a pic of the mats in another GM car showing the nubs. She said ALL of their manufactured floor mats had the safety nubs. Mats arrived with no nubs at all. Contacted the same rep, she said send them back and they will reimburse me for shipping. A few weeks later, noticed they only reimbursed the cost of the mats, not the shipping. When I contacted her to find out why, she said their COO said they were not defective so no shipping reimbursement. Won't order from them again.

I ordered a set of door panels for a duster and the upostery had been put on the wrong side so the curves of the panels didn't fit the door. Legendary checked another set and found them the same way so they had to get more from there supplier and sent me another set. Really good people to work with. Thanks

If your not ready to use their products right away wait to buy them.I purchased seat covers and carpet for my 1967 charger project in july 2018 at carlisles chrysler show, received them Sept 2018. Started to install the parts in April 2020 realized two of the carpet pieces did not have vinyl edging on them that they should.Called and was told to send pictures which i did. Called back next day to verify they had at least received my photos and was told the vinyl was not supposed to be on those parts, after explaining that all the other pieces that should have had it did indeed have it I was told to send the email and photos again. waited another couple days and called back.was told because the purchase was over one year old they were no longer in warranty. When i argued that this was not a warranty claim but an improper manufactured piece i was told i would have to pay to ship them back to get them to fixedWill not ever buy again nor would i recommend them based on their customer service as i spent $1300 on seat covers and carpet kit and now they expect me to pay for improperly manufactured products

Purchased a rear set of seat covers for a 70 challenger. Design pattern is crooked and the there's a huge gap between the top and bottom seat as they were made too short. So will not be buying from them for my next two cars. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years and never had a issue until now and they won't stand behind their work. So I'm done!

Ordered full interior in May and was told it would be 30 days to deliver. Then checked back in a month and was told it would be the first week of July, which was about 8 weeks. called back the second week of July and was told the end of July. Then, I called back the last week of July and was told the second week of august. on the second week of august, I called and was told that most of my order was done, but the package tray was made wrong and there was no timetable for it to be finished but "most likely in a week or two. I took my partial shipment and cancelled the remaining portion of the order. it has been over a week and I have not been credited. Funny, they charged my card the day after I placed the order. I will give it another day, at which time I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. screw these guys; they're a joke.Service: Classic car upholstery

I ordered the interior for my 69' Roadrunner from Legendary and am very satisfied with the quality and fit of the seat coverings. Chris Robbins is a straight up guy who goes out of his way to be helpful. If you plan on buying from Legendary, give Chris a call.......

Ordered a complete interior, all new upholstery from Legendary. What a mistake! There are visible stitch holes, puckers and some sections were too big! I wasted hundreds on this defective upholstery. I wonder if the upholstery is sewn in China. I attempted to contact Legendary and got the run-a-round. I will never order from Legendary again! Find a good upholstery person, order the vinyl and have it sewn right.
