Autozone is a joke Don't go here if you're expecting a refund on parts. I will never go back here again and will recommend the same to everybody I know.

Associate was not able to find the correct part for me when it was a simple headlight bulb. Had earpod in his ear blasting music so loud i could hear it! no wonder he couldn t find my part, i wonder if he even heard me correctly. Not going back any time soon. Poor customer service.

Purchase item online over phone. The instore person didn't want to to give receipt at pickup. Had to return item same day still waiting on refund to go in my account. When store associate said it would be in next day. It has already been 2 days.To Autozone if u respond with email us. I already did to the email posted under other reviews thank you.

I had been to two other auto parts stores looking for a kit for a carberator and was was about to strike out until I stopped into Auto Zone. The lady who helped me out was knollagable and with the little info I gave her she found exactly what I needed. I was happy with the service and gave her a tip.

Bought supplies for an oil change...asked clerk to look up oil required for a F 250 diesel, was given the wrong oil. Got home drained old oil ready to replace with new oil and noticed it was the wrong kind. Had to find a ride back to exchange wrong oil sold for the correct oil.This happens alot when buying parts there

Wow- amazing service. Gary even opened the store after hours to let me purchase a headlight that blew out. I had to drive 7 hours in the middle of the night through a thunderstorm. If Gary hadn t helped me out, I don t know what I would have done. Really appreciate the great service and thoughtful attitude of the team there. Highly recommend!

Auto zone in newark is good, their staff is friendly, no condecending like some auto places.. if You are a car DIY guy, they usually have what you need, or can have it in a short time. Price is sometimes a bit higher than others.

Parts not in stock even though the website said it was. Also quoted more expensive than website4 Months later...This time I called to make sure the parts were available, were told they were in stock. Once my wife arrived to store, associate couldn't find the brake caliper I requested. He sold her the pads/rotors and said caliper would be in by 6pm. So when I got out of work, I took apart the brakes so I could bring the caliper in for the core charge when picking up the new one. At 6:30 the caliper still was not in. So now I have my wife's Jeep on jackstands unusuable waiting for the "In Stock" part to arrive. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice well it will be very difficult for me to return to this store.

Came in for a battery said tester was broke so I go to leave then they come out and tell me they can test it. Tell me to turn off my car then say they don t have correct battery. Car won t start they won t jump it I have to wait for a friend. What a joke. Go to advance auto they had me in and out great service.

The reason I rated this store so low is because they never answer the phone & there are only a few people who work there that are courteous at all! I don't know how they get any business being this way...would NOT recommend

Awesome staff. Freezing cold this morning and they still replaced my battery free of charge. No complaints or hesitation. Great price on battery also. Thank you AutoZone!

I took my car here without knowing what was wrong with it, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! They helped me figure out what was wrong, they were just absolutely wonderful!

Ordered wrong item even after I had the women double check part numbers before she sent the order in .costing me another $ 45.00 and 2 trips back to the store. And not able to use my car for another day.

Prices are usually the lowest, however the employees rarely do more than necessary to get a check. Customer service leaves alot to be desired!!

I like it, good staff, i HATE corporate policy of ignoring customer standing in line with cash in handwhile they answer phone and some lazy a$$ is asking for prices, best bet call from the parking lot, get them on the phone and walk in

If you don't know what you mean - you might have a hard time getting the parts. Go in with all the information you think you need and you'll be able to get it done.
