This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. From the start of the car building process my sales person, Fredy Edison, was on point on suggestions on what options to include in the car.On delivery, product specialist, Dillon, was very thorough with all the vehicle s features and addressed all my questions. I picked the car 6:00 pm on a Friday when most people are waiting to run out the door but not these guys, they took their time in making sure everything was taken care of.It is a very well run business with great people working in it.

Had a problem at 11am on Saturday and Manhattan Motorcars took me right away and had me fixed up and car cleaned within 2 hours! Was Easter weekend so I was sure that I would be without a car but I was wrong. Car serviced while I got caffeinated- all went very smooth. Service department is amazing here - I've been a customer for 3 cars so far and although I rarely need to be there; they remember me and treat me very well.

Recently purchased a GT3RS from this dealership, I dealt with Viviana in the sales department and Mark in Finance and they were amazing. They made the entire purchase and finance process as easy as possible for me and were extremely accomodating. Upon my arrival to pickup my vehicle they rolled out the red carpet for me and treated me as if I was a client of theirs for 10 years. I highly recommend dealing with Viviana and Mark for any Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley or Bugatti purchases as they will make your entire purchase process as easy for you as possible!

I use Manhattan motors through a leasing broker. Overall, the service was OK. I m disappointed in the fact that I received a car that immediately had a check engine light that now has to go into the shop. Not what s expected when you buy a new car much less a Porsche but here I am. Everyone seem to be nice on the phone but in regards to my check engine light the overall response that I got is it is what it is. It happens. I will be getting it fixed with another dealership at no cost, but the inconvenience is annoying.

Outstanding experience from the first impression to picking up my car a week or so later. It was the 4th dealer I visited that day and hands down the best experience. I purchased a 2023 Porsche Cayenne on Feb 12th. My sales representative was Anthony Lewis who great! He listened to our purchase needs, provided details on our car inquiries on options and performance, showed us many vehicle choices and helped us negotiate to a reasonable purchase price. We are very satisfied with our experience and the car. I highly recommend Manhattan Motors Porsche and Anthony Lewis.

Top to bottom the service department is excellent. Julian Is a wonderful host. Respond well to text messages about service appointments and questions. Always Courteous and friendly. Definitely willing to go the extra mile. Basically, it s a concierge service from start to finish including a clean car.!!

Every person involved, from the sales person Antonio through the delivery people from PH Executive to Dillion who introduced me to the nuanced and technical attributes of the car were knowledgeable, professional and courteous in introducing me to my first Bentley. The level of service and attention to customer needs here is unparalleled. The entire staff is super welcoming and responsive. Anthony Lewis was able to put together a package that worked for me and the build out exceeded expectations for my budget. So convenient! And Everyone there is so friendly. I went to get my NYS inspection renewed. I waited in their lounge, was able to do some work, have a coffee, and the car was ready in less than an hour.

Julian was excellent . His word became his bond and sometimes that s all you need having a honest and frank discussion about your issue . I am grateful for the excellent service . Love the new video feature - the technician, Dameon, working on my car sent me a video of everything he saw of interest while inspecting my car. Service manager Frank was a pleasure to work with. And Tania, who manages the intake and release of all the cars, always goes more than the extra mile. Today she helped me get yogurt sauce out of upholstery on one of the seats. Thank you all!

I was certainly apprehensive about going into a dealership, that too, in Manhattan of all places. I was very pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it s the level of clientele they deal with day to day but everyone there was very nice, but more importantly, not pushy whatsoever.I had the, very fortunate, pleasure of being assigned to Anthony as my sales person. From the get go he was incredibly helpful and listened to my needs and concerns given we have a growing family.At no point did i ever feel pressured during my purchase, including with the business manager for the additional warranty add-ons at cost.We are super happy with our purchase, and very happy with the whole experience. If anything, I should be apologizing to both Anthony & Dillon for our baby wailing the whole time we were picking up the car.Thank you everyone at Manhattan Motorcars!

I found a Cayenne on Manhattan Motor s (Porsche) website spec d fairly close to how I was considering a custom build. I sent an e-mail inquiry and promptly heard back from Chris Redman. Via e-mail, we settled on a deal, I drove a trade into the City (from CT) and wrapped things up very efficiently. While I would have preferred working w/my local dealer, it was a pleasure to transact w/Manhattan et al and Chris. Five stars.
