I found this place via Google search, I had a track car project that I wanted to test out and wanted to outsource labor to. Unfortunately, early BMW 335i models overheat too easily for 20 minute racing sessions, so I sold the car. Once I have time for another project car, this place will work on my next project. Loon is a nice guy, transparent, and seems well known locally in Bensonhurst area.He accidentally dinked my car a bit and told me right away, offered to replace whatever was needed, but I intended the car to get abused so didn t mind.He did the following for my car:1.5 way differentialEngine and turbo MaintenanceCoiloversAlignmentPoly bushingsWheels and tiresFender rolling (slightly but not crazy as I ve seen at other places)Bigger radiatorAdditional oil coolersFront/rear sway bars

Lin was awesome. He's very nice and knowledgeable about what the car needs to get done. The car was pulling to the left. He addressed the issue swiftly with an alignment, and the price was fair. Would definitely be bringing in my future cars to him for servicing!

Alignment for 2020 Volkswagen, Car feels great, print out showing what they worked on/corrected. Fast, affordable, friendly service. Definitely would go back.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided. My recent experience revealed concerning issues with their diagnostic approach and business integrity.Trying to charge me more than 900 dollars for nothingDespite my initial concern being a specific ABS sensor, I was consistently told by the mechanic that the entire ABS system required replacement. Suspecting dishonesty, I decided to address the problem myself and, to my surprise, discovered that only the back right sensor needed replacement for only 25 dollars,This raises serious doubts about the integrity of their diagnostic procedures and suggests an attempt to exploit customers for unnecessary repairs. Furthermore, upon replacing the sensor independently, the dashboard issues were resolved, affirming the initial misdiagnosis after diagnostic again all errors were resolved,I find it disheartening that your shop would resort to such practices, potentially taking advantage of customers for financial gain. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering their services.Just lost a customer

This place is the best.I was on my way to a stressful day at work when, naturally, one of my tires popped. I limped over to the shop where it was very busy, but an older well dressed slender gentleman jumped in to repair it quickly and professionally. And for way less than I thought it would be! I don t think it was necessarily his job, he looked like a manager, but he saw my distress!We ve had a number of items on the car taken care of here and we have always received an honest, straight up diagnosis. We had a problem with our Subaru s AC and they suggested we take it to the dealer as they don t stock the part and it would be more money! Who does that!As a woman, going to these shops can occasionally feel intimidating or like you are being taken advantage of but I have never felt that here.

This place is amazing!! I had problem with my heat/air conditioner and a leak in my radiator. They fixed the problem within one day. They are honest and cost was not too bad. The owner Lin explained everything in details. The staff, Arthur everyone there amazing and friendly. I finally found a amazing mechanic. Highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!!!

This is a hidden gem in Brooklyn. What an honest business. Came to get our all brake pads changed and they called us to let us know that we didn t need all of them changed. They could ve easily charged us full price but they didn t. This is our second time getting our car serviced here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a shop. Loon and his guys are the best. Always get my car fixed without any problems. Had a problem on Sunday and they got it fixed in matters of hours because we werr going on vacation on Monday. They checked everything in the car and got fixed so we could safely go on our vacation. Any mechanical needs Best NY Auto Repair is the place to go. Fast service, great mechanic, awesome prices.

Came here initially thinking I needed an alignment job. In explaining to the mechanic what I felt from the car, he said it was more just a wheel balancing issue. He could have easily took me for the extra $50 difference in task. I also decided on an oil change since it was due. Cosmetically, a shop who worked my car not too long ago left a piece hanging from the under carriage. They fixed that for me too at no charge when they could have easily done so as it was not their obligation. The staff was very nice. I sat in their office for about an hour while they worked. I have a great mechanic but he's a little far. This shop is about 3 avenues away. I'll definitely be returning if need be. And since my car is 10 years old, with 150k miles, they'll be needs... just wanted to add, they open at 830. If you don't schedule an appt (not sure if they even make appts) show up early! I arrived at 8am and there was someone waiting at the gate already. By the time gates rolled up, about 5-6 people came out of the woodworks. The gentleman whose name I did not catch came out and spoke to everyone very nice and politely. People of all kinds... I read a review insinuating there was an issue with this. Not what I experienced today. I'd definitely recommend Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

When I first came here I was late and they were closing but they decided they'll squeeze me in. They are honest working people and I appreciate their transparency. They'll help you understand the process in which they will take and are pretty quick. Can always count on loon every time my car has any trouble, cant imagine going anywhere else that will have the same care for me and my car.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
