What an amazing experience!I chose this place after reviewing the comments and going in to speak with them. From the beginning Laurie was extremely attentive and helpful in assisting me with navigating my first claims repair.The job took a little longer than first stated but it was completely worth the wait as I was informed the paint job needed to be redone as they felt it could be done better and they were waiting on pieces for the vehicle. The car looks brand new!! Laurie and Chris were amazing from beginning to end and even went as far as contacting enterprise on my behalf in regards to the rental car bill. (THANK YOU AGAIN!)They were always fast in returning my calls and answering any questions I had.Really happy with my decision in choosing Auto-Glen and will definitely be back on any vehicle future repairs.Thank you for everything guys!

I brought my car to them after accident and the process of getting estimate and repair time was fast and painless. Lori and Chris explained exactly what was needed to be done and how long to get it repaired. If your like me and hate dealing with insurance company's then this is place to go. They took care of everything with insurance to get it done properly. When I got my car back it looked just like I just bought it nine years ago. They even cleaned out my cup holder that had stains in it. Great place to get your car done HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Best of all promised car would be done by Fri but they got the car back to me on Wed two days earlier great service and turn around time.

This is a wonderful place to do business. Laurie and Chris were extremely helpful. My car was hit and completely damaged and started to droop in the front. I took it in and was worried terribly about it. But Laurie was completely reassuring and I could call anytime. She returns calls and makes sure you re happy. Chris knows exactly how to handle European cars and makes it look like you just took it off the lot. I haven t seen my car look like this in years. I couldn t stop staring at it. The price was great too. They re a reliable company and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you, you ve got a customer for life.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

(Not recommended, ) this were the only words that I wrote in is this review based on the delays and lack of communication that we were having, I don t know why this review upset that much to the this people that they did a poor job in my car.They call me on Thursday 4:30 to pick up the car and they told me that they close at 5 pm so my wife has to run to the place otherwise I have to pay storage since I have to go to work next day and don t have time to pick it up, so we got the car back home on Thursday night. Saturday midday we took a ride to Conneticut when I was in the road I 95 around 1:30 minutes of driving I noticed that a strong odor came from the engine it smelled like antifreeze and instantly the car went off lights from panel AC and cabin was out so I have to manage my self to get off the highway and drove to gas station and when I try to start back the battery was dead couple people tried to give me booster but nothing happened, so I call Geico and they sent me a town truck but they told me that I have to paid for it it cost me $360.00 to bring the car home. So here I am with no car awaiting for insurance to respond my calls but my family and I are alive, and I blessing God for that.Please don t use this shop, more than one person told me that it was a miracle that me and my family are still alive

Amazing. From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The car came out looking like brand new, and they washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. Highly recommended.

Lori is the quintessence of customer service. She would stand out as a great person anywhere. Lori could be a professor at Columbia University, Yale or Harvard if they ever decided to offer a Customer Service class. Her voice in person and on the phone is very pleasing. When I arrived at Auto Glen to pick up our vehicle, she addressed me by my first name despite not having seen me for weeks. It was like a visit to my cousin s house. While I was waiting for the Lexus, another gentleman walked in to pick up his vehicle. Lori knew his name too. She s a Masterpiece.Ryan also was pleasant and looked at me (and not at his phone or at the floor, which is typical conduct in New York City) when we spoke. He took our Lexus for a new inspection sticker to replace the one that was destroyed by the crash. Ryan is engaging and cares about the customer experience. I didn t get the names of the fellows working on the cars, but they were also polite.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the expertise of the staff. Professionalism thru and thru! All the parts are Honda parts for my damaged front end. I picked up a super clean shiny car that works amazing. They were recommended by my State Farm insurance. Now I won t go anywhere else.

Auto Glen is hands down the best Shop around. My car got sideswiped damaged my front ,rear bumper and driver side door. A accident is stressful but Lori and Chris took care of all the phone calls to insurance and the paper work all I did was drop my car off they took the stress of my shoulders they made my day better as soon as I dropped my car in there body shop. they evaluated my car gave me a time frame the car was done. The Body work was exactly as I picked up my car when it came off the dealer with zero miles, paint was smooth the shine the color match the rim was Perfect they even cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out, which was totally unexpected! Highly recommend and definitely will recommend my family and friends.

They did an absolute amazing job on my car, they made it look brand new. Laurie was very nice and very professional. Kept me updated , answered all questions, and helped me fight the insurance to pay for the damage (side swiped by a truck) I can not thank auto Glen enough for what they did.

I brought my SUV in to the Shop for Insurance Inspection and RYAN assisted me. He was Professional and Patient with me. RYAN was busy, but, he took the time to help me and I was very pleased. Great Service & Shop. Thanks!!!

Had some issues with a previous repair. Auto glen s staff and especially Laurie did a great job, took care of everything and got me a rental until my car was repaired. My car looks brand new thanks guys.

I've been there twice & they work are excellent. Everyone is really nice there .They make sure you are a 100 percent satisfied with the work. We need more places like Auto Glen.

Had my catalytic converter stolen. They had parts and completed the installation the next day. They even handled the insurance process claim quickly for me. Very happy with the results.

This shop is absolutely amazing!!! I brought my car to Auto Glen after I was involved in an accident. They are seamless and made the process soooo easy for me. My car was in and out of the shop in a very timely manner and I am very much pleased with their work. My car looks amazing. I highly recommend this shop!!! FAST, EFFICIENT AND GREAT WORK!! I have not had the need for an auto body shop for almost 30 years. The people at Auto Glen made this experience so much easier for me. Laurie and Chris are both true professionals who know how to take care of a customer. When my insurance company gave me a hard time about my rental they acted on my behalf and corrected the problem. I had some body work covered by a claim and some that was not involved with insurance so they negotiated a fair price for my out of pocket work. Their workmanship was beyond expectations. All work completed within the time they told me and was perfect. If I ever need body work again they will be who I call first.

Excellent work, amazing customer service. Lori and Chris are awesome! They helped me through the process of repairing my car after it was stolen and seriously damaged. My car looked brand new after they were finished! I couldn't have been happier with them, and I will definitely be using them for any future repairs.

This place is truly Amazing...My car was side swiped while parked so I asked around and this particular auto body shops name came up recommend by several other Very satisfied clients hence I came down for an estimate as I was greeted by a Very polite & knowledgeable staff who handled everything from the on the spot estimate to putting me in a rental car. A few days later I got a call that the car was completed and I came down to see the car I was amazed at the Factory New appearance. I couldn t even tell where the car was impacted anymore. They even detailed the interior at no additional costs !!! Great job guys as I will be recommending all my family & friends.

I had my Back bumper and fender painted here, tho the paint look good, they broke a piece of my trunk which they said they will fix within a week but every week I would stop by but they kept pushing appointment for another week! They never ended up fixing it for over a month! And plus they also polished my car, which at first looked good however after a first car wash it seemed like the polish literally got washed away....

My Ford Explorer was barely 3 months old when I was rear ended. Needless to say We were devastated, new car new metallic paint etc.I had been to a few auto repair shops in the past and they were okay. But after reading the reviews about Auto-Glen I decided to try them, was I glad I did. From the time you walk in you know that you made the right choice. The professionalism and caring from them is just a breath of fresh air. Every thing was handled perfectly and i was on my way in 45 minutes. The car was completed as promised and the paint was flawless. Hats off toAuto-Glen great job and great people

Truly amazing and thorough body work. I brought in my Acura ILX that had been side swiped and they took care of the repairs smoothly and efficiently. I had my car fixed by auto Glen presently they are the best, there work is out of this world good, great customer service, very caring people. I highly recommend them. Chris and Lori are the very best at what they do. Please don't hesitate to use them, they are excellent. July 30. 2016.

I would recommed this place to everyone! They are exceptional at what they do and are very professional and courteous. They kept me up to date on all insurance matters while the work was being done on my car, they got my car back to me a little sooner than I anticipated, and even helped me with the rental car process as well. I was extremely happy with the work they did.
