Came in to have my GTI mirror replaced. It was early in the morning but Vanessa and her team were up, ready and welcoming. They assured me that I got the original part from Volkswagen and even offered express delivery. Extremely professional and fast with their service. You most certainly get what you pay for with this shop.

Adria Motors Auto Repairs What is the worst place you have ever visited in life so far? Office girl Vanessa and the technician are completely dishonest, disrespectful, and fraudulent. I took my X3 BMW for service they ordered parts after replace the problem is still there but they want me to pay for the parts and labor even problem is not fixed. The parts replaced which is my car don't need to be replaced. still, they want me to pay $470 for their mistake. They held my car when I refused to pay. I had to call the cops to get my car back. Please be careful in this place.

I have been taking 5 Mercedes vehicles to Adria Motors for over 15 years. They are much better than the dealer and were able to easily fix numerous problems that the dealer could not even after multiple visit. I won't take my cars anywhere else anymore for anything important.

Took my Subaru here to change spark plugs, coils, control arms and hardware, tie rods, oil change and a few other things. Now mind you, I got all my own parts (OEM) and went on the goose chase to get my parts all together so I did not have to go back and forth. When bringing my car into the shop, all the parts were put in the front seat so there was not any confusion. I spoke to the shop manager, the techs themselves and also the owner of the shop. After being promised that my car would be taken care of, I had hope that I've found my one stop shop. First, one of the techs installed parts with the old worn down hardware, I had to go back for them to put the new hardware in, which was the goose chase because I had to go to 3 different dealerships to get all the stuff needed. Then after about 4 trips back and forth to the shop for stupid mistakes by their techs, I finally got my car back. A month being on the road and my car was misfiring, I had just changed all the spark plugs and the coils. The lovely tech who was working on my car did NOT screw in two coils in my car. After the misfire, I went back and told them about the issue and I was told I needed a new engine. I parked my car in yard and had someone else come look at it and we found 2 coils hanging out of the engine. Don't bother going to this shop. Save your time and money and find another shop in the neighborhood. They will try to turn the tables around and say that you, as a client, are in the wrong. They will try their hardest to play you for a fool.

drove from out of town into the city and experienced heavy break failure. luckily this shop was really close by to where i lost function. they knew i was in desperate need of fix and got me going on my way really fast. Genuine professional, and fair would go here again if i m back in town and have trouble.

If you want to avoid aggravation, avoid this shop. Quoted a price for oil change and then tried to charge more by adding a separate charge for the filter ($215 oil change, really?). Didn't fill it properly and car indicated it was down a quart on the ride home. Also they told me it's an OEM filter, meanwhile it was clearly aftermarket (the box had no MB logo on it) and argued that it was OEM and that the dealer sells Hengst filters.On a prior visit, this place took my last car on a joy ride (added 50 miles to odometer while it was supposed to have been sitting there getting serviced) and bent a rim in the process. They offered to straighten the rim, so I returned and allowed them to do so. Then they lost the wheel cap, pretended to look for it and put on a used cap from another car that was aged and peeling, stating "this is your cap". I said no it isn't - it's obviously old and doesn't match the condition of the car's other wheels. The owner went to go buy a new cap at the local MB dealer after they couldn't fool me...It's constant mis-steps and attempts to overcharge. This shop was once better under prior management - I will not return.

I was happy with this establishment for almost two decades. I have in the past even recommended this place to others but as of last week I don't believe I will use Adria Motors anymore and would not refer them to anyone. My windshield was leaking and needed to be replaced. I received an estimate for a replacement windshield that was to be from the dealer. They did replace the windshield however the windshield they used was an aftermarket. I paid over $1400 for an aftermarket windshield that costs about $300 installed on Northern Blvd. When I asked why the windshield was replaced with an aftermarket I was asked over and over again "How did I know?". I bickered with them a few days about a resolution and after going back and forth a few times they eventually refunded me back $1000 but now the trust is gone. I've spent almost $10,000 in repairs on my E350 in the past three years at Adria Motors and now I question if I've been gouged with all of those repairs. I understand the rising costs to do business but I also understand business ethics whereas there are moral standards and principles in doing business. Be truthful, good and fair with your loyal customers and they will remain loyal to your business or else you will lose them. Well consider me lost!

Professionals at this auto repair shop are amazing, very skillful in advising and repairing my car in the past few years. This helps my sixteen year old BMW run as new. If you are looking for troubleshooting, repair or even just oil change on your German cars, no need to look further. You will be impressed by the services this shop especially the people here have to offer!

Echo has been working on my Porsche 944 Turbo for 10 years! Always kind, honest and super knowledgeable! Will take good care of you and your car! In-fact, I need to see him once this quarantine is over My car used in a photo shoot with Hailey Baldwin!

I decided to bring my vehicle to this location because they specialized in German cars. They had done basic work on the car including an oil change and some suspension work and they kept me informed every single step of the way with pictures, prices, and constant emails about what was being done. Usually, I feel like I do not understand what being said as I am not a mechanic, but they do an amazing job of letting you know what needs to be done and why. Their main goal is to keep you and your car safe. Now the person who helps do all of this work from start to finish is Vanessa, the head of the office who takes care of all clients. She is extremely knowledgeable and she made sure she kept in touch via email and texts throughout the whole car repair process, she even let me know the best places to get food while I waited in the shop. I had to get my car repaired due to a turbo issue and it was done through a third-party warranty, she took care of the whole process and the car is now in the process of getting repaired. She went above and beyond having to call them multiple times due to system issues and always made sure they sped the whole process up as much as possible as I had to rent a car. The whole family at Adria Motors is amazing, mechanics showing me what was being done, the owner looking for the best parts at the best prices, and Vanessa treating me like a part of the family as they worked on my car. Thank you guys I cannot say enough good things about you and you have a loyal customer. Thank you Nick and Vanessa for all your help.

I'm very satisfied with their work on my classic 230SL and 280SL . They know the classics well as the lead tech has classics . They were recommend by another mechanic who was not able to work on my car at the time . They just installed a windshield on my 230SL and it looks terrific . I will continue to use them and recommend them for classics .

Once quarantine ends I'll be paying him another visit - after all, he was instrumental in having it featured alongside Hailey Baldwin during an unforgettable photo shoot!

What an amazing experience! I was tired of the lackluster service at Mercedes Manhattan, and was recommend to go to Adria motors for a diagnostic.They informed me that I needed a tune up for my Mercedes S class (please excuse the humble brag).The turn around was literally 19 hours, check engine light off, car drives like it s off the lot.They were very professional, attentive and most of all, honest. Staff was super friendly and Vanessa went above and beyond making sure the work was expedited.13/10, can t wait for my check engine light to come on again so I can get it professionally diagnosed and repaired!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

My '02 CLK 430 front right seat motor and computer decided to stop working after 20 years. Go figure. Right from the start, Vanessa was on top of it! She informed the crew and got me in immediately. The work was done efficiently, effectively and at a cost I was comfortable with. I have been here before, and I find that the new management team is more welcoming and professional than the previous. Let me start by saying advertisement flyer that was placed on my windshield was extremely well made money well spent on the flyer alone. that s what brought me to Adria repair shop the work was superb the customer service was incredible and overall the mechanics was very knowledgeable of Mercedes-Benz service . I recommended all of my colleagues who have Mercedes Benz to save their money and go to Adria s shop you will not be Sorry you will pay half of the price that I paid for a AB service at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn thanks guys your new customer.Gregory Lewis C300Service: General repairs & maintenance

Caveat Emptor! Buyer beware!! Maybe they know Mercedes but they can't fix Jaguars. I brought my Jaguar XF in for hub and bearing replacement. The first time they completely messed up the job and there was a huge clicking sound from the wheel plus the ABS light came on. I took it back, after initially blaming me they admitted the truth, which is they installed the job incorrectly (which I applaud!). They replaced the bearing. However the same issues started once AGAIN. So I took it to the Jaguar dealer. They told me the guy who installed it had no clue what he was doing and damaged my axle. If you're a hard working person looking for a a deal STAY AWAY!! This place is a joke. You get what you pay for. I should have known better when I saw two attendees getting out of my car when I came to pick it up a few weeks earlier. It took 20 mins to get my car. They clearly had gone on joy a ride!! I needed a new experienced Mercedes shop to do some delicate parts replacement on my 2021 Mercedes and I'm lucky I stumbled on these guys. After calling about 10 shops, only one sounded like a place I would even try and I have to say that I was really surprised at my luck in finding a shop that not only has really experienced mechanics, but really nice people and fair prices. From the reception through the head mechanic, I had been to two other shops that clearly had no idea what to do, but the second the Adria guys started work on my car they were fast, explained what they were doing and knew exactly what to do. Afterwards, they made sure my install was working as planned. If I need any work done in the future, it will be these guys if it's not specifically covered by my warranty. Highly recommended and I rarely bother to write reviews.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So I own a 13, C Class who s ESL apparently went out. I was lucky enough to get the wheel to unlock and took it to Adria Motors the next day.Now I called around for quotes. Stealership (Dealership) wanted $2K+ if it was actually the ESL. Another German Auto Repair in Queens quoted me $1,800. These quotes were pretty disheartening and I decided if I m gonna get screwed price wise, might as well go to a mechanic I m familiar with lol.To my great surprise, Vanessa told me we can get it done for $1,000 flat. I was beyond happy with the fact I was practically able to save myself another $1,000. I even decided to get my seat cover repaired due to the low price, which they did for me.The ESL was replaced in literally 2 days. So not only did I get a great price, I got a great customer experience as well. I m definitely referring all my friends who drive bmw and Benz to this location. As well as this place becoming my go to mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Adria Motors for a while. I have moved from the Authorized dealer to Adria Motors about two years ago, due to my close friend recommending them. One thing I will say for use, my german car gets taken care of here without the crazy over-charges that the dealers do. People here are with 10,15,20 years of experience working only on German cars which is a must and a safety net. They are always honest and up-front and not like some other repair shops that I have worked with. I will definitely continue my loyalty with them!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Outstanding! My driver's side mirror had been knocked off when I was parked on the street. Thankfully I still had all of the parts. After a $2300 estimate from the dealership, I brought it to Adria for another estimate. I had been here before for a headlight issue, and thought they offered good service. They took a look at the parts I had, and 5 minutes and $0 later they had fixed my mirror--totally fixed. On top of that they were super kind. I am so thankful! This place offers EXCELLENT service. Absolutely unbelievable!

I gave them my car 4 days ago and I already got it back fully repaired. Customer service was amazing and answered all my questions in prompt matter. The price was fair as they broke down every cost so I know where my money went. I brought my 2015 JCW in for repairs after a minor car crash (front end collision). My car needed a new radiator and AC condenser (as well as my windshield washer reservoir replaced, which they totally missed).The replacement of the two components was satisfactory, at least I haven t experienced any issues with over heating and my AC works.In order to affect those repairs some disassembly was required, namely my front end (bumper and crash bar taken apart and off).Once the repair was done, they FAILED to replace the bolts on my crash bar completely, did not replace the nuts on my air intake (I found those rattling around in my engine bay), and seemingly missed multiple fasteners on my body work, tearing out a decent piece of my bottom wind skirt. None of which were damaged in the accident but did have to be removed to swap the components.All of these things I had to replace (not a big problem, but the parts do cost money. Luckily I also work on my own car).The work was adequate in replacing my major components but the attention to detail was far sub par. Considering the level of vehicle they say they are experts in (BWM, Mercedes, Audi), I would NOT take my car to them for ANY kind of work including simple oil change.I was in an emergency at work and had no time to do the repairs myself.
