My wife recently had some damage on her vehicle due to being hit in a parking lot. From the moment we walked in Christina handled everything. The whole process was seamless. From the estimate, to part ordering, setting up a rental vehicle, all the way to picking up the vehicle was stress free. Not only did they handle everything, the vehicle was flawless upon receiving it back. We could not have asked for a better experience. We recently hit a deer with my wife s vehicle. From start to finish the process with Sprague s was excellent. They were efficient, transparent and made everything very easy for us throughout including dealing with the insurance company. Great customer service and in the end the repair was thorough and our vehicle is in great shape.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I did a random search for a body shop, and decided to go with them based on their website and reviews.AND I couldn t be more pleased! Christina is an absolute joy and Dean is friendly, honest, and kind (and their fur daughter is also a delight!).I will never use anybody else and will ALWAYS recommend them!

My car was hit by a deer and took out the right front area badly enough I could not drive it. I filed the claim with my insurance and Sprague s took it from there. They came and took the car by flatbed while I went to the office and met Christina. She was extremely efficient and professional. I left with a rental and the feeling that all would be ok. They did all the necessary contacting with my insurance company and kept me updated on any and all issues with my car repair journey. Highly recommend Sprague s.

Recently hit a deer with my vehicle, and brought it to Sprague s to be repaired. I was satisfied with the communication and the service. Everyone was very pleasant when I went into the office. Hopefully I won t ever have to go back, but if I do ever need collision work again, they will be my go to.

Took my car in for a double repair: first from being swiped on the passenger side and then getting hit by a deer on the driver side. They took good care in customer service and they kept me updated when the parts were in. They even finished the job sooner than was anticipated. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them for all repairs.

Christina and Jon are awesome and made the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident easy. Just drop it off smashed and pick it up repaired. OEM parts are always used and guaranteed and the status of your repair and pick-up is sent via text.Highly recommend them. AAA+

Sprague's was great! They told me what to expect and how long it would take to fix my SUV. Paint and body work was amazing and done within the time frame they estimated. Rare these days to get a service done right and efficient with no headaches. Highly recommend!

My estimation for the price was accurate. The number of days were also right on! I was given a loaner car for the time they were fixing my vehicle . The customer service was very nice to work with. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Great job- well done!

My new vehicle was hit by someone and it was a terrible feeling/experience. I went to Sprague s to get an estimate. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and they scheduled my repair. Christina s amazing customer service and professionalism paired with Dean s knowledge and skills was a great combination. My vehicle was done even sooner than expected and it looks amazing! My first experience was in 2015 when I hit a deer with my 2012 ram 2500. My insurance company referred me to them so I decided to go there. They did an amazing job in a timely fashion and had awesome communication. My second experience was on my wife s 2021 Hyundai sante fe. The car got hit with 1800 miles on it. The other person s insurance company was a real pain to deal with. It just happened to be during Covid when it was hard to get parts. They went above and beyond to get the parts before any approval from insurance. They help make a stressful situation better. When car was finished once again they did a beautiful job. Finally I had an incident with my 2022 ram. I said the only place that is touching my truck is Spragues. Got an estimate the day after it happened and within 3 weeks it was repaired and beleave it or not they did an awesome job. As long as Spragues is still in business they will be the only place I go for body repairs. I make sure to recommend them to anyone I know.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work!! The car looks brand new. Very happy with the end result. Top notch body shop!! The owners went above and beyond to help us with a very difficult and frustrating situation with the bank and insurance company after my son crashed his car. Months of back and forth with the insurance, adjuster, and bank an overall nightmare of a situation. Through all the back and forth and frustration they were always professional and helpful. I can t recommend them enough. They also did my husband car after a dumpster door smashed the back passenger door. Overall 10/10 experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Before and after pictures of my 2004 Nissan Titan that was hit on front fender and drivers door , worked with me from day one ! Clean shop great work ,prefect color blending to match rest of truck ! and got my truck back to me !

If there's one thing I can say for certain is that this organization's staff are the epitome of quality service and integrity. I've gone twice for two different matters. My dashboard/windshield replacement was a thing of magic and I couldn't have been happier with the quality of work that brought back my car to better than new. I returned for a trivial matter which could have cost close to $1k but after a short conversation, they were able to consult and provide other options that saved me tremendously; they put their integrity before taking advantage of someone who didn't know better and that's something special. I'm not looking forward to the next time I need body work but you better believe I'm looking forward to bringing it to Sprague's to get it handled. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an unfortunate accident in May; hitting a deer with my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Word of mouth led me to contact Spragues. I spoke with Christina about 10 minutes before they were slated to close. She was incredibly helpful and and never rushed me with all of my questions. I knew after speaking with her that Spragues was absolutely the shop to chose. Long story short, the insurance company ended up totaling out my car. Even though Spragues didn t end up working on it, they made the whole process so easy.Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I hit *another* deer in my brand new 2024 Crosstrek. I cannot even explain how frustrating and terrible it was to have another circumstance like this occur. The only good news being I already knew what shop to bring it to. Speaking with Christina again, she was so incredibly sweet and professional. She did immediately voice concerns about the availability on parts for such a new vehicle. I was worried but knew parts availability was completely out of their control.One month later, I have my car back and it looks perfect. Absolutely perfect. I m not sure what kind of strings they had to pull to get the parts in - but they did it! Spragues does an outstanding job with their work and provides excel customer service. I will never consider another body shop and will tell anyone who is looking for a body shop to take their vehicle to Spragues.Thank you to all of the staff who made an incredibly overwhelming situation, so much easier.

I hit a deer with my truck and it took out the front end of my truck. I normally use a different body shop for repairs but the owner retired and I didn't know who to trust with the repairs. I did my research and Sprague Collision came up with excellent reviews. I spoke to Christine at the shop and she answered all of my questions and concerns.They performed the work and the truck looks like new again. They did an amazing job and if I ever need repair work done to any of my vehicles, they will be the only place I go. I highly recommend them for any repairs anybody might have. After getting three estimates I made the scary decision to go with Spagues based on Google reviews. Christina is extremely knowledgeable and got me an appointment. One of the, I assume, owners looked at the fender and I explained that I was parking my mom's truck in storage but that I cut it too far and crunched into a gate holder on a post. Nothing else was damaged just the fender. They got a new one, painted it and I brought the truck back to them for installation. We did not opt for blending which in most cases should be done. The truck is white. We arrived to pick up and it looked great! Up close to a discerning eye the new fender is whiter but over time it will fade. My mom was fine with it. I would highly recommend this company!

My son had his car fixed due to an accident that was no fault of his own. Spragues was very professional and handled everything with the insurance company. We did not have to worry about a thing. Needed some body repair work on my car. I already had Spragues in mind from a similar repair some years back, which they did a great job then, so was going to at least get an estimate from them. I called the Insurance company, and they provided a list of the 3 highest rated collision centers in my area - and low and behold, Spragues was #1. So I used them again.Not to my surprise, this is still one heck of a "top notch" business! Hard to find ANY business these days with as conscience, seamless, easy, quick, and quality workmanship and staff as this one. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, and they truly deserve a 10 star rating. I brought my car to Sprague after a collision with a deer. They evaluated my car right away, provided a detailed estimate, and managed my expectations up front about how long it might take. The parts came in quicker than I expected and they were able to slot me in (40 hrs of work). All along the way they provided updates, both via text and with periodic phone calls. Two weeks later, my car is back on the road looking better than even before the accident. Can t recommend them highly enough!Service: Body & Trim

Repaired 10k worth of front end damage after a pole jumped out at me. Took a few weeks to get me in but the work looks great and was completed ahead of schedule. They kept in communication during the process and were very accommodating. Can't recommend them enough!
