Rapid Rim is an honest family owned business where I would shop again for sure. I found Eddy, who runs Rapid Rim, on Ebay and he was super accommodating. Once I made the purchase of a replacement wheel for my Audi, Rapid helped me change the color to match my other 3 wheels. Eddy even went as far to help me with the flat tire portion of the repair! A+ Customer Service

Well I'm impressed. Eddie from the beginning was very courteous and professional. He let me know whats going on and how the repair was gonna be. Rapid rim repair has a great turn around time from when u get seen to final return of the wheels. All I can say is the photos speak for themselves. It great quality work from what they used to look like.

Bad customer service. I emailed to get a estimate on some rims with chipping paint and some curb rash. Got an email next day asking for pics to give a more accurate estimate. 5 days later no response. Sent another email. 10 days later no response. Sent a 3rd email. Over 2 weeks now.

After years of pothole abuse, i finally decided to get my rims refinished and put on new tires. I dropped it off and picked it up the following morning. Price was competitive and work was very professional. Apparently this is the biggest rim factory on north east. My rims came out brand new and i was happy. Picture doesn't do justice but i attached them for reference. When i went to pick up my car, the associate who was helping me advised i have corrosion on hubcaps and i should replace them. He offered the service to do it for me once i get the new hubcaps. When i went back the following week, the guy wasn't there but Andy was happy to help me out. He was friendly and professional. I strongly recommend!

Not sure how this place relates to Empire_rim_fix but my rims were done at this address.Paint job looks good and except few chips wears ok. But there were few issues with the job and they did not/do not want to address it.Also place repairs cracked rims and does not disclose this information to the buyer.

I own a body shop and just sent a set of 4 very rough 2 piece AMG Mercedes rims to be restored. They came back beautifully done. A1 job. Fantastic work. I m super pleased and will be sending a lot of work.

Rapid Rim Repair is top notch!!! They have been handling all our wheel repairs for some time, and I can say first hand, the repairs are perfection! Jamal (our sales rep) is phenomenal! He maintains communication with us throughout the repair process and his knowledge of the industry surpassed any of my expectations!

Rapid Rim was recommended to me and I wasn t sure about the whole rim repair thing to start with. I was thinking maybe I should buy a new rim or something but I m telling you this place does incredible work. I literally could not believe my eyes when I saw how this rim showed no previous signs of damage whatsoever. It was new again plain and simple. I definitely will be recommending this place to many others.

Exellent service all around! Andy accepted my bent & scuffed up rims on short notice on a friday afternoon( 6pm). Gave an estimate on the spot , dropped off my wheels and brand new tires and was told at 8 am Saturday they will be ready .They straightened my rims, polished my curb damage and painted & clear coated my wheels with my new tires speed balanced installed on my wheels. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! 24 HRS FACILTY IS ALSO AWESOME. 8am on the money Jody was there in the MASSIVE shop getting my finished wheels! Again AWESOME !

Horrible, do not go!!!! Please save your money. They charged me twice for fixing the same rim and would not even discuss it with me after I had paid for it. Matter of fact, their poor workmanship on my rim actually ruined a brand new tire. Please save your money. This is a bad place and I will open a BBB case against them.

Incapable of matching paint color. Painted my rims twice the wrong color have matte black rims they painted them silver .If you have a high valued vehicle would not use this place!!!

Do not give this place your business. While talking to representatives on the phone I received one price for a rim repair and then called the next day and received a totally different price. Scammers

So far talked to 2 people there and both were extremely helpful and very polite. So im trying them...dropped off my mercedes rim today...they said ready tomorrow...hope it comes out like the work ive seen them do.

Thay are a big scammer I gave this rim repair shop 2 rims that cost me $1,200 a piece and they missing I believe someone that works there stole them

Get your car rims fixed or order a new Rim if needed this place is awesome they took my rims fix them and painted them I am pleased to say I am a satisfied customer
