This is a long overdue review of US 1, auto sales and services. I have known Ted for almost 30 years, and he has always been there to help. In addition to buying 2 cars from me, 2 examples are as follows;1) My son purchased an old clunker from US 1 when he went off to college. Ted assured me that the car was in good shape, and sure enough it made it through his college career without any major incidents. Additionally, this was a last-minute type situation, and Ted expedited all the paperwork and insurance in a very timely fashion to make it all work.2) One evening, my wife s car broke down in Yonkers in a very dangerous area. I contacted Ted, and he had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, and also took my wife and family home. For that experience, we will always be gratefulTed is always going 100 miles an hour, but if you have a situation where you need immediate help, he will always be there for you. His team is excellent, and Sonia is always there to make sure that priorities get addressed.Responsiveness and relationships are most important. I no longer live in the area, but if I ever needed something, I know it would be taken care of by the US 1 team.Rick Reid

My first time. At US-1 was a beautiful experience .Ted was so kind and helpful .he said he was going to take care of it. and it was taken care of . no problem at all whatsoever. My experience was fast. And my problem was solved. I thank God for meetingTed'.receptionis Sonia was very respectful and nice and helpful.Ted and Sonia and the entire crew gets 10 stars from me . thank you Ted for the wonderful experience.

Ted made my 1st car buying experience 1 I will never forget. He was 100% truthful and was willing to work with me. Very patient, didn t rush me, and offered a great deal. If your looking for a honest dealer then you must go see Ted. Also the guys at the shop was really nice and willing to answer all questions or concerns. Sonia was really nice too. Thank you for the amazing experience I will definitely send my loved ones here.

What can I say about U.S.1 Auto other than they are the best. Ted, Steve, Sonia and the rest of the crew have been taking great care of my car needs for years and have always come through for me.Steve found the Volvo I was searching for and made the entire buying process a pleasure.Hats off to everyone at U.S. 1 Auto. I have been here twice once through my insurance and another I paid out of pocket. Teddy and Raul are the best at getting your car repair the right way in the right amount of time and for a decent price as well. Sonia if extremely helpful for up dating you on the progress and getting you into a rental until your car is completed. my dad is a mechanic but I'm not going anywhere else for body work these guy go above and beyond

The team at at US1 auto is first rate. We have been buying cars and servicing our cars there for years. They provide, fast, reliable, trustworthy service. We highly recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely incredible! Steve was extremely responsive, helpful and curious. In fact,everyone there was. Found me the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. Hooked me up with all the extras and showed me how they worked. Not only that, service was and continues to be incredible. Anytime you have a question, they are reachable 24/7. I would highly recommend both sales and service.

I have been a customer of US-1 Auto since I moved to CT three years ago. Why do I drive from Greenwich to New Rochelle? In short, because a friend told me about Ted's honesty, his dedication to satisfying his customers and the great prices. And I have found that everything my friend told me is true. I first came to have some body work done after an accident. I could not believe how beautiful my Benz looked afterwards. Since then I have been in for various reasons and each time I find that Ted and his team work hard to keep me satisfied. Now I want to sell my car and buy another. I know that US-1 Auto will find the best deal on a new or used car and beat everyone else's price as well. Why should I go anywhere else? Thanks guys!

This place is great, looking online for a cross over for months, wanted a small 3 row, did the research, decided on a dodge journey, first place I went was US ONE, My family was met by the great staff, Sonia, Raul, and the Boss Teddy, they all made my family feel welcome and safe to be driving they're vehicles, turns out the car I wanted didn't have 3 rows, Teddy with no hesitation said he could put a third row in no problem, He even lent my family a little loaner car to get around in until the 3rd row was put in as well as other fixer uppers on the journey, Turns out the 3rd row was becoming a bit of a pain to put in, No sweat for Teddy and the crew, He did everything he could , piece by piece, screw by screw, 4 months later......you couldn't tell our Journey was originally 2 rows, Another detail that impressed me was the loaner car he lent us was no Brand New puppy, It was more like OLE reliable, over 100k on the dash, but It gave on problems and got the job done, which shows that US ONE isn't just a place to buy cars but a place to get them serviced,,,,,Really impressed with the guys in the shop. And lastly , the receptionist Sonia, is the greatest , she makes everything GO, you can always get a hold of her for any questions or concerns you my have, and she always kept my family in the know while Teddy and the crew was hard at work for us, Overall I would refer anyone to US ONE AUTO, whether your looking to buy or repair, Teddy will find it and get it done. The JOURNEY 87k is running GREAT!!!!!!!

Simply the best! They will get you any car you want at a great price. I bought a brand new Subaru Outback and got it cheaper than a dealer with maintenance included.

Family owned business; Sales personnel are friendly and offer great service! Financing done on the premises. I will be purchasing from there again. Also, rentals are in great condition. Ask for Ted!

Very nice people. I'm disabled and they brought a vehicle I was interested in to my house so I could look it over and take a test drive. I would buy another vehicle from them and I would recommend them to friends and family.
