Tedesco did an amazing job repairing body damage to my Cayman GTS. They picked up the car and then delivered it back to me. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. The work is flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend them for bodywork on your Porsche.

Extremely professional, yet very personable service. I was kept informed at each point during the repair process. Not only was my repair update information conveniently available for me online, but I could call an agent directly if I had any questions; which I often did. This is a company that obviously understands and takes customers service serious. Their commitment to the customer shines through. A rare trait with most businesses now. They made what could have been a traumatic and frustrating experience manageable and less tense. Tedesco's repair services were terrific as well. I was very pleased with the results! I honestly could not have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. I hope to never be in the situation where I need their services in the future. But if I am; I will call on their professionalism again. Thank guys.

I had a great experience with the team at Tedesco getting my Rivian R1T bodywork fixed. They were very professional, communicative and the work they completed was very detailed. It was a smooth process overall. Highly recommend for Rivian owners!

I've never experienced such excellent customer service. Never. These guys are polite, responsive, and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.You never want to have to go to an auto body shop, but if you do, this is where you should go.

Tedesco Auto Body is wonderful, they did a beautiful job with body work repairs on my Tesla, even touching up other areas on the rims and paint that weren t part of the damaged area. I ve brought my car to them for smaller jobs as well, ex. nail in tire, fixing lights, they always fit me in and complete things in a timely manner. Super nice guys!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Tedesco did an excellent job as a certified Rivian service center. Their work was exceptional, and the vehicle was ready in the timeframe promised. John and the rest of the team were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. If your Rivian needs any body work, I would highly recommend Tedesco Auto Body.

I highly recommend the Tedesco Auto Body team to anybody who's looking for the best service in town. Brought in my car for a rear bumper repairs and when i collected it yesterday it was immaculately so clean and almost spanking brand new. This was my 3rd time using Tedesco autobody and every time has been a great experience. They constantly keep you informed of where your car is at in the repair process and were always on time when they gave me a pick up date. Highly recommend!!!!! Took my car here due to someone hitting my front end. I couldn't have been anymore happier with the work that was done to my car. Not only was everything fixed but it was also detailed. I felt like I walked out with a new car! Everything was handled with professionalism and care. I ve taken my car to Tedesco twice for repairs and they are always great! The service and people there are very nice and accommodating. They keep you well informed on when your car will be done by sending e-mail updates. The finished product is always beautiful. Thank you!

Hopefully we won t have to use Tedesco s services anytime soon but if we do we won t hesitate to have them fix our Porsches. Clean shop, prompt and excellent reassembly. Paint quality is very good! Also, Tedesco s is also one of the few Porsche Approved Autobody shops in the tri-state area. Thanks John!

Tedesco is the Best!!! Brought my Nissan Altima there for my cracked front bumper and from beginning to end I was informed about everythingthat was going on. Treated me as a Customer not just a girl, from Gabriel to John and all the mechanics that I met, were professional, courteous, friendly and understanding. I had got a estimate for my van,y all see the damage something small, I m sorry I think the estimate was to high the price, I gave them a call to see if they could work with me, my insurance won t pay for this, I called and left a voicemail mail stating if they could work with me on the price, i never got a call back. So therefore I will be taking my van somewhere else, thank you for the help

My car had a dent in a really odd place with a piece of paint chipped. Tedesco made the whole process completely seamless. Dropped the car off, picked up a rental right across the street, and had my car back in two days looking like new. Great communication and top notch craftsmanship. Even detailed the car. Our Tesla was damaged when someone crashed into the front end and was towed to this body shop. They took over four weeks to repair the vehicle and when the car was ready they explained that they intended to charge us over $600 if we wanted to pay by credit card (the only alternative suggested was for us to go to the bank and get a cashiers check). It turned out there is a sign in the office that says there is an unusually large fee associated with paying by credit card. Our car was dropped off by a tow truck and I hadn't been in the office before the car was finished. The extra fee was not indicated on the estimate.In the end, we were able to sign over the insurance check and avoid the fee. Still, the fee they charge customers to use credit cards is higher than the cost to them of credit card processing; which doesn't seem exactly right.

I brought my car here twice and could not be more satisfied with the results. First off the staff is very friendly and give you constant updates on your repairs. They are very professional and take pride in their work. My car came out bran new both times. I highly recommend Tedesco.

My car was hit while parked, and after some research on nearby auto shops, Tedesco Auto Body seemed like the perfect fit.The car was towed there on 12/20 and it was going to be worked on shortly after. I received a message a few days after with a notice that the car was ready for pick up. When we went to pick up the car, Tom Padilla, the service coordinator that I had been in touch with the whole time, had us sign the discharge papers and gave us the key. The car was parked across the street and nobody even came out to inspect it with us.As we went around to the driver side, the car had a big dent and scratch that even touched the rim of the back tire. We rushed back inside to ask what happened, yet nobody even went out to see what we were talking about. Instead, they just pulled up some pictures they took on 12/24 that included this damage (days after the initial drop off).They blamed the tow company for the damage saying the car was already in that condition but made false promises about getting it fixed for us because they failed to report the incident when it happened. "We'll get you on a rental... we'll fix it up for you... you've seen our reviews; we make our customers happy."They said they were going to call the insurance and try to file a claim, but said it's best if I do it too, so I did. However, once the investigation began, they failed to respond to several communication requests initiated by the tow company in order to conduct the investigation. I also called several times and was never able to get answers. In the end, the tow company couldn't admit liability because Tedesco Auto Body refused to provide them with simple answers. Their absence and lack of response just reinforces the fact that the vehicle was damaged under their custody. What's sad is that the damage they made was most costly than the one they fixed.

Took my newly bought 2021 Tesla Model 3 to get some tints done. I've seen videos online of tinters damaging the car cause they might not know what they're doing. Luckily Tedesco is Tesla certified and they did an outstanding job with my tints. Very professional and worth the money. I talked with John and Tom and they both handled the overall experience quite well.

Professional people, who are nice, caring, wonderful, and overall awesome. They did a great job on my car for a reasonable price and completed it in a timely manor. I received an itemized bill that showed me exactly what I was paying for. I was shocked to see that their labor costs per hour are actually less than half what most auto mechanics charge around the area, which is a plus. They are just great! I highly, highly recommend!
