I had an accident last month during a bad rain storm and hit a tree with my new Nissan Rogue. I contacted Rob and he immediately dropped everything and came in person to help me out. The car wasn t drivable and within an hour had my vehicle towed to his shop. He helped me out during my time of distress and helped me contact my insurance carrier in the comfort of his office. A few weeks later my car was fixed and it looks like new. Rob stayed in contact through this whole ordeal and never made me feel forgotten about. I would recommend Robs Auto to anyone in a second. excellent work !! .I have recomended this facility to countless customers , friends and familly, Rob and his crew are amazing, flawless work they handel everything for you from dealing with your ins company putting you in a rental and getting your vehicle back to you when promised .i have been in the automotive repair industry for 25 years and i have used Robs for 10 plus years and have always met or excedded my expectations .i have confidence every time i recomend them to someone that they will be taken good care of ...and they always are ....

My Qx 60 infinity was hit in the rear bumper pretty bad, i took it to Rob s auto body and came out very happy with the work they did on my suv,looks like new.. thanks guys great job i will definitely recommend this shop..

I couldn't be happier with the job Rob and his guys did... Rob was extremely nice,very knowledgeable, kept me informed and did the work in a timely fashion.... Rob even call me the next day to check in and make sure I was 100% happy. Great experience!!! I highly recommend Rob.

Worst place ever and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Robert gave my PRIVATE information away to some random person because it was his friend and he knows him . His exact words to me were he does favors for me and so I do favors for him. Very sketchy place, run by a sketchy person. All someone needs is the make and model of your car and he d either hand the car over to them or you d be dead because he told that person where you live.Needless to say, go somewhere else.

Got hit in the rear quarter of my Mercedes..thought it was going to be totaled rob and his crew did a fabulous job .perfect job and fast .handeled my rental etc...thanks guys .

Horrible lugar deje mi carro que fue chocado necesitaba unas reparaciones de pintura y un sensor que da�o mi carro ten�a una cu�ntas rayadas yo siempre Y yo sabia cuales , pues me dijo que tardar�a 3 d�as pero esto todo 10 d�as creo que era porque la aseguranza del que me choc� pagar�a ,mi la reparaci�n despu�s me entregaron mi carro con muchas rayas que no estaban y las ventanas llenas de cemento . El d�a que me lo entregaron ten�a una cita por eso no lo mire bien en su momento . Cuando lo revise mire todo el da�o regrese y rob ya no estaba le llame y me dijo que hablara con Ana le quitaron el sement� de las ventanas .ten�a una quebrada en Pompeo de adelante le mostr� las rayas y me dijo que s�lo podr�an poner un suplemento porEso . Eso no fue por el accidente all� se lo hicieron al otro d�a volv� y le dije que no estaba contenta , me dijo que la gente cuando lleva sus carros al body shop despu�s los quieren revisas de arriba abajo, yo le respond� que yo no era una ment�rosa que yo sabia lo que ten�a mi carro me dijo me ten�a que hablar con rob y que lo pod�a traer al otro d�a pues no lo lleve porqu con ella gente no sabes que le vallan hacer a tu carro ,bueno por culpa de gente como esta que noSabe hacer las cosas mi carro no tiene a/c no enfr�a porque tambi�n da�o el sistema de enfriamiento por el golpe como fue en tiempo de septiembre 2021 loDel accidente no me di cuenta asta hoy bueno tengan cuidado donde dejan sus carros y en quien conf�anService: Painting
