Very friendly and professional people. My friends car was towed here after an accident and I wanted it towed to my shop. Steve said he's not sure he can bring it to Brooklyn but he came thru and was very fair. There's a reason Progressive called this company A+

Ordered towing service, said he would come back with a flat bed towing. Been 3 hours. Never showed up, been calling to see what's going on, no answer. Rather you say you can't make it, don't say you're coming back and leave us hanging.
