Sales manager? (who never said hi to me) got caught up on the fact that I didn't bring the charger I had to pay for in the first place for the sale! What a greedy human! Lost any future business. Dealerships are dying because of human interactions like this! Enjoy!

Wrongfully diagnosed my car. I went in for my car overheating. Also begged them to check why my car was squeeking. I told the lady i thought i might need rotors and breaks. $600 later they charged me for thermostat, and 2 hours labor to put in the thermostat and 180 diagnostics fee. Less than a week after that my squeeking turned to screeching and and painful sound. Took it to my other mechanic. He changed my rotors,breaks AND a caliper. And guess what my car still overheats. Nissan of new rochelle passed my car for breaks when i CLEARLY needed breaks and rotors and a caliper. Thank god my mechanic in yonkers helped me out. Thought going through a dealership would be more efficient and through. The squeeking stopped and my mechanic replaced my cap and hose and the overheating stopped. Again. NISSAN OF NEW ROCHELLE PASSED A CAR THAT NEEDED BREAKS,CALIPERS AND ROTORS.Ohhhhh and when i called back asking if i would have to pay for a diagnostics fre again I COULD NOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. .... just bring the car in ... the girl said over the phone. If i could give 0 i would. Other people experiences may have been great. Mine wasnt. Car not fixed. Car misdiagnosed and TIME WASTED. I can provide my papers from them. This is not a fake review.

I always take my nissan here. They are the best. Lamar is great and his whole staff are so professional, couteous and friendly. The mechanics there are on top of their game. I highly recommend this service dept. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work.

The worst. Charged me $375 for a machine to them, to tell me, my ac was working fine. When in reality the compressor is leaking. Thanks Lamar Wythe.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

They are incredible here. Even after the sale they always look out. I went in for service and Lamar was very nice. Took care of me with problem solved in an hour and some change. Told me what the problem was and gave me options on what I could do. Set me right up in the waiting area with coffee. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to come back to him if I have any issues going forward .

First time customer. Was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility as well as the accommodations and refreshments offered in the waiting area. Thalita Ferreira was friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the services I needed. Lamar Wyche went out of his way to make me feel at home while I waited for my truck to be serviced. I will definitely be back again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Great staff everyone is wonderful but the prices are a deterrent .Overly priced. Tried to charge me 188 dollars to change my headlight for a 20 dollar light. I know its Nissan but really overpriced.

Excellent service! Thalita is a gem who is there to help you the proper way and not trying to sell you anything you don't need. She's authentic and hard working. Don is the service manager and runs a smooth service team.Thalita is no longer there but service is still impeccable and Don the man is still leading a great team!

They Always get the work done. Lamar does an INCREDIBLE job of ensuring professional service and that I m well cared for and informed. I am grateful for his efforts and to the whole team. They really go above and beyond and I recommend any Nissan owner to get servicing here. Thanks guys!

I've waited till I drove 2000 miles after service to be sure the repairs held since my Nissan was in bad shape.All good so far.I was very impressed with the service as I was a drop in.All staff polite and helpful.. Comfortable place to wait.And they fixed things other dealers couldn't.When I searched reviews before going there, I was concerned by previous "racist" comment... But there was a very mixed crowd waiting for repairs and all seemed to be treated well.

Well I got my first car at 21 and the dealership I will to on 4007 Boston road in 2018 put me into a use car after putting down 9000 on my jeep Cherokee,I tried after a year to get out the use car went to victory Mitsubishi on Boston road down the block try to trade in my car only to end up with two cars in my name and two loans end up with a Voluntary repossession on my credit score after 4 years Nissan of new Rochelle not only got me out of a upside down deal that I thought no one could I really appreciate everyone who made it possible because going in there I was thinking let me see them work but I m so happy and greatful they prove me wrong now I went home crying tears of joy because they did what I thought would be impossible I couldn t use much Punctuations because I m full with joy and I want everyone who s went through what I have to know there is ALWYAS someone there to help may god bless them all I ve been paying to learn as a first time car Financer!! But I know one day someone would get the help I did

They are racist. I brought my 2017 Altima for service and ask if I can get a courtesy vehicle and they told me they only do car rentals and it s 40$ a day smh. They lied straight to my face..
