I bought a new Rogue from Nissan of Rochelle for a great price.Keith Martinez was amazing, helpful, informative, professional and polite. He explained all the features and answered all my questions patiently. He explained the price breakdown well and no additional hidden charges were added. Alex was very helpful in getting the financing and paperwork complete. The whole team at Nissan New Rochelle was great. This is my second purchase from them. I will but again from them and recommend to family and friends. Thank you 'Keith Martinez' for your help!!!

I just wanna give a big shout out to the staff at this dealership. Everyone was super cool ,super professional and the overall vibe was great. My Sales representative (Donell), went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I left in something nice & more importantly affordable! Not to mention the level of patience he had with me & the hassle I came with lol ! Definitely would not have gotten the same treatment elsewhere! So it s a job super well done! 2/5/2024 goes down in my history books ! I m beyond excited & satisfied!! MY 2024 is off to a great start. 10/10 . I highly recommend!!! Also thank you Mr. Ray for breezing through all the finalizing paperwork, and being super down to earth!!

Had a wonderful experience here! Traded my 2018 Rouge for a brand new 2023 rouge. The entire exchange happened via text except for picking up the car and signing the papers. Corey was my salesperson and he exceeded my expectations. I left my wallet at work over the weekend and he made sure I was still able to get the car. In terms of price they met me exactly where I needed to be. I m so thankful for Corey and his manager. The finance guy is also pretty funny. Going to the car dealer can be very stressful and drawn out. Not here with Corey. I was in and out within an hour and 30 mins. They will go above and beyond for you.

I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Dominic and Alex for the professional kindness they showed towards me. I had a very complex situation where Dominic listened, did they leg work and within 24 hours took care of everything with Alex for me to finance my car. The pair were outstanding. I m a single mother of three kids and the overwhelming feeling it is to have to either lease or finance a car and to be taken advantage of in these situations happens quite often NISSAN OF NEW ROCHELLE, is a class act. Highly recommend them. Thank you for the very positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Nissan of New Rochelle, Corinthian was so knowledgeable & and professional he made our experience amazing. From start to finish, he communicated throughout the whole process, answered any questions we had, and was very hands-on and easy-going. I recommend that if anyone goes into Nissan of New Rochelle, that you asked for Corinthian, he is the guy to need to talk to ! My husband and I have leased several vehicles in the past and this has been the most pleasant experience to date. Donell Vancleave and Alex Pollack made the entire process seamless. Donell worked with our budget and was able to negotiate an incredible price without any sales gimmicks or being pushy. Alex handled all of our paperwork and got us approved within minutes. They were respectful, caring, extremely helpful, and honest. They work with integrity and care very much about their customers. Great dealeship! From the moment I walked in everyone was very welcoming. Keith Martinez was my sales representative, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very detailed when explaining the car features and payment options. If you are ever in doubt or feel intimidated by dealerships, he will be the perfect person to help you find what you need, such a nice person, you will never feel pressured and it s very easy to communicate with him if you need help with anything, even after the purchase. I m extremely happy with my experience at Nissan New Rochelle and will definitely recommend it with my eyes closed.

The car was serviced very quickly. The multi-point was performed and explained in detail by service advisor Dominica Aiello. It is a delight to have Ms. Aiello as our service advisor. This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming to this location. Each time I come it has been quick, friendly, and professional. Lamar Wyche always has a smile on his face, and makes sure my car is taken care of! I used to go get my car serviced in queens but it literally took over 3 hrs! Never again!

What an amazing customer experience I came in upside down on my current vehicle with a high interest rate loan. I was looking for a 2024 frontier pro-4x I was met with Felix who guided me through the available inventory unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for in stock Felix put me in contact with Angela from their fleet department and the general manager Wayne who found the vehicle I was looking for at a nearby dealership within two days the vehicle was brought to Nissan of New Rochelle and I worked with Ray from finance who got me a lower inter rate and affordable payments despite the upside down value of my trade, Ray did not try to pressure me into any additional products as so many finance workers do. The team at New Rochelle embodies what teamwork is from top to bottom they have earned a lifetime customer . Thank you

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nissan of New Rochelle. Initially drawn in by an advertised price, the situation quickly soured when it became apparent that the dealership had misprinted the pricing (twice). This was only the beginning of a series of unprofessional interactions. The sales team applied heavy pressure to use their financing options, explicitly linking the advertised vehicle price to financing through them, which was not disclosed upfront. Later, they falsely pled that I stop working with private financing because they claimed that they could definitely compete with my pre-approved rate. It was clear that this was not true, but thankfully, Ray, the finance manager, called to check on the numbers from my pre-approval before pulling my credit and impacting my credit score unnecessarily.Despite my attempts to work with them and accommodate their unusual requirements, my calls began to go unanswered - rejected and forwarded to voicemail. The situation escalated when, after leaving my young kids at home to travel (a 3 hrs round trip) alone on a Saturday to the dealership, I arrived only to be told they could not sell me the car that day - because I wouldn t finance through their preferred lender, coupled with an inexplicable claim that they could not finalize the deal without a paper check This made little sense, especially since they were eager to arrange financing through a third-party bank, implying familiarity with electronic transactions.Throughout this ordeal, I received rude text messages, witnessed unacceptable behavior at the dealership, and was presented with an unfavorable offer for my trade-in.The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and unpleasant. The only positive aspects of this entire experience was the car itself, which, incidentally, isn't even a Nissan model, and the finance manager Ray - who was consistently professional and courteous.

Great driver here. 7:10am getting on the NJ turnpike from Bayonne. Decided to cut me off causing me to slam on my brakes and almost have the person behind me hit me.At least i know Nissan gets their parts delivered on time.

Donnell! He was amazing when renewing our car lease. Super efficient, patient and quick! Never before we had an experience of how quick the deal was. Normally, and on average, at other locations, it would take up to 5-6 hours from start to finish. We were out in 2 1/2 hours. I was sincerely blown away how fast Donnell and rest of the team worked. My husband and I are super appreciative of their services.

Dornell was a wonderful person to work with. He came to my job within minutes of our conversation to pick me up. He was patient and kind and got me the best deal. The only thing good about this place is Donelle who has been my salesperson. He's professional, patient, and very pleasant. The service department.. not so professional. Some can be friendly, but as I am someone who is not too familiar with cars, I felt uncomfortable. I was asking simple things or didn't quite understand the service process and I noticed some laughing to the side and clearly making side comments at me (in which they didn't think I heard, but I did!).. also I'm a woman and they were female service reps! They also seem to rush you or disregard you if you don't really understand something. I'll service my car elsewhere.
