Lloyd at over at services is amazing he is very knowledgeable and has great customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. I have been a customer for 2 years and he is our go to service person and If I wasn't for him helping me I do not think I would be still at this Toyota location because the sales reps pick and choose who they are nice to based on appearance and money.Thank you Lloyd If I can give him 10 stars I would !!!

The last 2 service appointments I was taken care by Lloyd who was great. He listened and paid attention to my and my cars needs. Took care of everything that was important with my 2015 Camry. Also want to give props to Walter who has taken care of me a couple of times in the past and everything also went well.

Jimmy is amazing. He is very helpful. I have been coming here for years and have had the best results with my car. He solves all my problems and concern's. He gets me in quickly and out quickly. I love coming to New Rochelle Toyota and would definitely recommend others to come here.

Took my car for service and the attendants were super professional, friendly and helpful. Loai was particularly helpful. I appreciate his proactive and patient attitude. And he kept me updated on the progress.Toyota New Rochelle us the place to be.

Always glad to have a Dealership Service Department that I feel is treating me like I want to be treated. I never felt that they tried to upsell me. The explained the issues that they found and let me decide how to proceed. That is rare in my opinion. My favorite Service Manager is Mike V. Tell him Brett sent you : )

Jimmy at the service center answered all my questions concerning needing a new car key.. I called first and he called me back to tell me they had my key in stock..I quickly drove to the dealership in NewRochelle.. He was very professional and provided updates to the progress of getting service completed..I was there 1 & 1/2 Hours..I was so happy they were able to do the job with me waiting and not have to leave the car..Jimmy always comes through!!He always tries to help as much as he can..I always ask for Jimmy!!

Brought my car in for service and had the pleasure of working with Robert. He was outstanding. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about making the necessary repairs to my vehicle. I will definitely be returning to see Robert for all my vehicles needs. This is a fantastic place. I actually live closer to another Toyota service place in the lower Westchester area (so I tried that place first); but the New Rochelle location is 100% worth the extra few miles! Very much so!!The service and professionalism is top notch- I have had nothing but good experiences here. Even the waiting room is comfortable, so I can get reading or work done while I'm waiting. Highly recommend!

Great service Department! New Rochelle Toyota did a major repair on a warranty issue on my car. The service manager Anthony and assistant service manager Jimmy were both great. Jimmy went above and beyond with me and kept in constant contact during the repair process. In addition to the warranty item they recommended other service issues that were very well priced. My car is running great! Service: Transmission

Most horrible service everMakes you think twice before any purchase of Toyota. Sincerely I wonder how Toyota is surviving with this very low level of service. Worst experience I have ever had by in a car in New Rochelle Toyota, tire pressure, light on the car. It s only been three weeks ago and they have me run around back-and-forth to the mechanic a car serviced! I had an appointment at 10:30AM . purchase a car with tire pressure light on and they want to charge me for maintenance fee and fix the problem. They said it should take about an hour so at 1PM I asked if the car was almost ready. He said he would go check. He came back and said it should be ready soon. Waited another hour and a 90min asked what was going on, it shouldn t take this long. I was told they ran into issues with the car before me and hadn t then told me they. ALL I NEEDED Fixed the problem, Avoid this place at all cost.

I recently had an oil change done and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The service was not only quick and efficient but also very professional. The worker was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to me.
