The best dealership on the planet. I felt at home once I walked in. Jos�, my guy. Nothing but high praises. He listen and got me the very best deal and the best car for my needs. We agreed upon a price of $29,995 for a 2021 black Toyota Highlander xle, I told them I was traveling out of state for the vehicle and they assured me it was in good condition and would be detailed for me which it was and I told them i didn t want any surprises as far as price or condition. And was assured of this (I was shown all clean pictures from a distance and was told it had a clean record), when I arrived this is only some of what I saw and was told none of this could be removed, that it was just tree sap , upon taking it a mechanic only a few miles away it was made clear the engine had a clicking and a clear issue and that it had previously had an accident in the rear right panel which was all completely replaced and unreported to me as a buyer.The car is a piece of trash don t buy it management then suggested I look at another car that was previously in an accident. They flat out lie here and will waste your time buy anywhere else and do not buy the black 2021 Toyota Highlander xle avoid the bad surprises.Kenneth

I had a long day...work was busy, I was hungry, and still had some errands to run; let me tell you- I was exhausted, running on about 4 hours of sleep. I pulled into the service area and immediately sat in the waiting room when Bob, kindly, reminded me I had to check in. We carried some simple conversation about certification etc., I sat back down in the waiting room, and about 30 minutes later, Bob called me to let me know I was all set. He directed me to Ashley, who's nails looked super cute and she was incredibly kind as well! When I was driving away, I didn't mind paying for the inspection not one bit. It was worth every penny! Ashley and Bob were amazing, the gentleman who receieved and serviced my car was kind as well, the welcoming atmosphere at New Rochelle Toyota is, hands-down, the top of the bar. 10/10 stars! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making what was a long day, not so bad in the end!

I recently purchased my Grand Highlander Hybrid and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the helpful and knowledgeable staff at the dealership. Which was Henry, Darnell, and John. At first I wasn't so sure I could buy it , but Henry with his great experince and professionalism as a salesman always told me "that car is yours".The car itself is everything I was looking for and more - it is reliable, efficient, and comfortable to drive. I feel confident and safe on the road knowing that I made a great choice. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and this car to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.Thank you.

Our initial sales person was not of much help but Leon stepped in and did a great job. Leon was jovial, polite, convincing, he kept in touch, he was on top of everything. He made us feel comfortable and we really appreciated that. We are now driving our 2024 Corolla Cross. Big thanks to you LEON!

I had the most AMAZING experience ever purchasing a new Toyota Rav 4 at New Rochelle Toyota at 47 Cedar Street. The commorade amongst the staff, friendliness, knowledge, support and morale was superb! I've never, ever, seen the team work exhibited amongst an amazing team of individuals in one place. Roland Riley is the best Car Salesman I've ever came in contact with. Everything was straight forward, no hidden fees and no up charge. David, the General Sales Manger was absolutely amazing and personable. He conversated with buyers and made everyone wait time seamless. Darnell Duckett, the Sales Manager was accommodating and provided support during my purchase. To top everything off, I had the best Finance Manager ever, with Ronny Chavez. I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was buying my car. They are the optime of exceptional and they come highly recommended!!!

Just got a new car from New Rochelle Toyota and have to thank Chris Reigosa and Vinny. They were both very knowledgeable regarding any questions we had. Every step of the process was explained clearly and done so in a genuine, honest and respectful manner. No pressure at all, it was very easy. very Professional. Highly recommended. My family recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Sienna and I must say, as first-time car owners in this country, the kind of customer care we experienced was AMAZING! Special thanks to Henry, Leo, and Ronnie. They took us through a very smooth process and explained every step we went through. They allowed us to ask questions and gave detailed explanations.All parts that were missing were accounted for and attained in the end.The car is perfect; comfortable, the technology in it is very user friendly, the drive is very smooth and efficient.Definitely a recommended dealership to anyone looking for a great car.

Esther was so great to work with! She was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and not pushy whatsoever. I've always been hesitant about used car shopping because a lot of experiences are not great, but I'm happy to say my first time doing so was a breeze thanks to her! If you go here ask for Esther, she will make sure you're taken care of the right way! Love my car. Thank you Esther!

I Am so happy with my 24 Corolla SE. I never buy a car before but Elijah and the finance manager Jon helped me understand the process perfectly. Both gentlemen showed a lot of care for my well-being .Elijah advised me which car would be best for me , explained things I didn t fully know like Leasing Vs financing...I love the car and I was treated well by everyone. 100% recommend.

Toyota of New Rochelle is excellent. I personally dealt with John C who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and did not waste any time. As a busy mom, I did not have the time to spend an entire day at a dealership this time around and John helped facilitate that. Celeste was also amazing, her warm demeanor was a nice touch and her professionalism was superb. I will come back and recommend this team to all of my friends family. I love my Grand Highlander.
