04/11/24I am thankful for the quick and efficient service I had for my Chrysler Pacifica today. All 3 individuals I encountered today were professional and pleasant. In my day to day life, making appts for service is highly difficult. This shop does not require appts, has ample parking, and is handicapped accessible.

Express is the key word here. Some shops near by ask you to leave your car for a few hours just for an oil change. This shop is fast to get the job done. There's a nice waiting area and the staff is very friendly.

SUMMARY: Ever since the recent owner change, I have been impressed with the oil change service.DETAILS: If you have been displeased with this place in the past, (or looking for a new place to get an oil change) give them a chance again. Service is great and prices are reasonable again with the new management. I will definitely be returning.I was a customer under the previous owner, and given the high prices, and other various issues (which are not important now, as those issues have been resolved so far after the switch in ownership), I started going to other places for my oil change. I actually came back today, given I saw it was under new mgt and I was very pleasantly surprised!Service: Oil change

This place is a joke. I brought my car here because one of my tires was losing air halfway and THREE separate people took a look at it and came to the conclusion that my rims were corroded and said it will be $190 to clean it, but there is no guarantee that my tire will be fixed. Got a 2nd opinion and they easily found two nails. Please take your business elsewhere, they will try to rip you off!

Christina was awesome. So friendly and outgoing. Got a high-mileage oil change and my rear passenger-side break light bulb replaced because it blew out. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Super convenient. They even remembered to reset my oil life gauge back to 100%. Other places I've gone to in the past forget to do that. Thanks.

I am embarrassed to say I am repeat customer . Last visit 7/23 they pushed air filter for $50 bucks, I didn't realize it's $9 at Autozone. On me , yes , but these guys ripping for a return customer shows their true colors AVOID this place it's a shady business.

Great speedy service everytime I go. They do excellent work with oil change, and replacing cabinet filter and engine filters. They've never mis gendered me! Could be cause of my trans bumper magnet and cause of my womanly appearance .

Always loved coming here, they are so professional and sweet, never a long wait either which is great! I must also high light the care that they give their customers, I wanted to specifically thank one of their staff Fabian for helping me with a health situation at the time of my cars service. He really helped me out in my time of need and that really made a difference even tho every experience me and my family have in this business is great! I brought my car in for an oil change and turning light repair. They could not repair the turning light and then they cracked the lense while attempting the repair. They claimed it was like that when I pulled up, but yet neither one of them said anything. This place had become the go to place for me and many other staff in my office, but unfortunately with the dishonesty, we are all going elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Staff very polite and helpful. Was in and out in under 45 mins. Jessica very friendly. Highly recommend. I liked the fact that they let me know about certain things that needed attention before doing any work on my car. No appointment needed but recommend going as soon as they open

Love this place. They will upsell you but they know there stuff. They are quick and friendly. You can get in and out early in the morning.

Place seems back to normal, now that they ve fired this previous manager, Dan. Nice experience, I can recommend, though you re not paying for HQ motor oil. Just the basic synthetic and they do not allow you to bring your own oil.

I am the owner of a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and this has been my second experience at New Rochelle Express Service and hands down they rate at the top of the charts with their customer service .I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to get my car back and when you walk in and they remember you from the last visit is a good feeling. I highly recommend this place to everyone

Had a quick lunch appointment in New Rochelle today. Figured I'd kill two birds with one stone and pulled in for a quick oil change. Christina helped me and she was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks!

Oil change price is great, BUT, they use that to get you in the door so that they can charge you $$$ for other services they find that s wrong with your car. I went around 9am, they already had a 2-3 hour wait, by the time they serviced it for oil, they recommended brakes and other fluids. I was late to pick up my kid at 2:30pm. way longer than the 2-3 hours they suggested.

This review is also valid for the Chevrolet dealership across the street as they work in tandem being part of the same company / ownership.I bought 4 tires on an internet tires dealer website. New Rochelle Express Service is listed as an installer for them and had my tires shipped there. They simply refused to provide the service. Extremely rude staff, be it over the phone (they hanged up on me) and in person when I tried to pick up my tires (they couldn't care less about theyr location). Go there at your own risk. Steer away from them. If they get 1 it's because there is no option to give 0.Service: Tires

My go to place.. Great service .. I hope in the future they can do the inspections.. but for now the services they do render are done fast and reliable

Brought car in for oil change then was told I needed a new battery price for battery $180.00 high huh is the battery gold .Then tried to drive off and light comes on car will not go faster than 5 mph and transmission light says service immediately. So now not only is our wked blown the car we just drove in cant drive away.Not to mention you do not have to be a licensed mechanic to change oil and the battery we paid 180 for has different specs than the car calls for.When asked to put old battery in trunk we were told the couldn't.Ok can we take a picture of the old battery in garbage no.I believe they saw a woman and a payday.I'm writting this review so this doesn't happen to another woman.The car I drove in for a oil change I have to have towed away.This car is mint reg oil changes etc.

Nice greetings and professional manner your vehicle will get the right viscosity. Knowledgeable staff treats my 5.0 with the right care. I wouldn't trust anywhere else.

This place has become the absolute worst! Never again will I take my car to this place. No wonder the place was empty! The guy behind the counter was talking to me like he was bothered that he had to do something! They don't even show you the oil stick to see the new oil. This place has changed hands so many times, that it's ridiculous! The attitude in this establishment is horrendous! Good riddance!
